Great at the time and location service was fast and professional. Note: It wasn't busy.

I had to wait almost 5 to 10 minutes, for one of the two guys there to notice that was standing in front of them, I was ready to leave at that moment.

They take care of you.

They always have the correct parts. Others in town always say "well I can order it."

Shout out to Chase here at O’Reilly’s. He’s super helpful, understanding and just awesome! if you ever need any help Chase is who to go to!!!

Stopped in to grab some turn signal and brake light bulbs for my school bus conversion. As usual, O'Reilly had what I needed in stock-something I really appreciate when traveling with a less common vehicle. It's one of the few chains that consistently comes through with the right parts. Always a solid stop on the road.

I always get the service I need with a smile and even if I don't know what tool I need for the job. They always figure it out. Thanx Chase and Mitch

Good people, please do some research before you go in thier. Their people are a little green and do not know much about vehicles.

The younger guys are ruining this place.They just want to hang out with friends while at work or act like they don't see u when u need help.Also never scan in online order.i have to just walk in and tell them my order is here but y'all aren't scanning them in. We can come in up to 5times a week and now we go to AutoZone.

O'Reilly will pretty much have everything you need in stock, which is good. But they are very steep on prices. Needs to upgrade their computer system. My dad had to drive all the way back home and look for a number behind his vehicle seat, just so they could verify the correct part he needed to buy

Nice guy named Hunter helped me out, went above expectations and did a great job today. He helped me fix an issue with my head lights. Valuable employee, great experience. Thanks Hunter

Very helpful staff. Talked me through some work I was doing on headlights. They even showed me a better price online for a product. Great customer service will make me a regular everytime.

Got the part I needed ...just felt like I was interrupting when I asked for help to determine what the issue was...did not offer help to put in the bulb for me like the McDonough location did...this is 2nd time at Covington and also stopped at Monroe and they were the same...the young lady at McDonough sure knew what customer service was all about! Wish that store was closer

Staff is always helpful and attentive. Here I can get in, get what I need and get back to getting it done without any extra issues added to my day.

I placed an order online to pick up in Monroe store. I will say Herbie, who helped me went out of his way to figure out why he couldn't locate my order and was very kind. However the lady working with him was a bit snarky stating she couldn't believe I did a pick up order instead of just getting my item (tire pump) off the shelf. Irrelevant and NOT helpful. Then, they couldn't find my item. It wasn't even in stock in the store. Herbie ended up finding out that I was emailed to soon stating my order was ready as he wouldn't have the pump in stock until tomorrow. Not his fault but that needs to be fixed for sure. I wouldn't have gone to pick up if I hadn't been sent an email HOURS before stating my item was ready for pick up.

The store is very clean and organized the staff is very friendly trying to help however they can. The staff however does need a little bit more knowledge on what they sell. Again not hard to tell me what part I need with a computer starring you in the face.

Go see Morgan, she's great at helping you find your vehicle's parts and always with a smile! There are also two other men there that are very nice too! This is the Monroe O'Reilly.

I've never been a fan of O'Reilly Auto Parts...until I actually shopped here. Now I won't shop anywhere else. The knowledgeable staff, same day delivery on most parts not in stock and excellent customer service has earned my respect and repeat business!

My husband works for a Trucking Company and the truck he drives broke down. Luckily this Store carried the parts we needed to fix the problem and get back on the Road. Employees here were very knowledgeable,and friendly. Thank you for your great Customer Service!!!!
