Hey guys called these guys for road service repair on a belt....just so happen I had the belt. Guys should up 35mins 15 mins later belt was on... After haggling with office chick named Victoria who was trying not to fold I got the price down too a more manageable price.....$250 I wasn't mad 😡 I should have gotten belt changed.

Hello my name is Andres I usually don't leave reviews on companies that I've had great experiences with but it is my new year Resolution to start. I came to EXP Service LLC because I needed a DOT inspection on my Cascadia early 2024. I recall meeting the owner, She was very Professional and helpful, the mechanics were also very professional and knowledgeable. After receiving the service she offered me parking for my truck at a very reasonable rate which also included a discount on any labor performed on my truck by her shop, this was an incredible offer to me so after a few months I started parking and still park my vehicle there. The place is gated and have cameras I've never had issues with feeling that my property wasn't safe and I occasionally leave my keys to have the truck serviced by her staff while I take a break from work, they usually park the truck for me while I'm home catching up with family. Vicky ((The Owner)) Along with Eric and Her guys would make you feel like you are her only customer at times as if your issues are the only issues. I recommend this company especially for owner operators like myself trying to cut overhead cost.
If you need safe, secure parking and just a short distance from Atlanta! This is a perfect location plenty of space clean, and organized. Staff is exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. You need your equipment serviced here, this is a full service shop. Nice hidden gem glad I found them.
Never and ever go to this place because the owner and the mechanics are very rude and unprofessional people waisted my time they took my truck to the shop for one week and then cannot fixed it. They say you have to be paid for our time That we cannot fix your truck shortly. I can say they don’t care about your equipment and your time only they think about this own business own time. Do not waste your time to this place.

The service here is great. The work was done timely and the communication is excellent. I brought two trailers to have DOT inspections done. The pricing for the service was excellent and repairs were done well

Actually, Invoice 204451 was sent via email (your requested communication method) on 10-23-23 and invoice 204530 on 11-27-23. We resent you a statement on 1-12-24 after receiving a sales tax exemption ST-5. The fact that we did not bill you through your December completion is proof that we were more than helpful and understanding.
If you open the invoices, it clearly states that the terms are "Due Upon Receipt".
As you did not pay the October invoice, we had no reasonable assumption that the second invoice would be paid either. So, a promise of a lien, to ensure payment, was our only choice.
This email that you are using as "proof" also shows us trying to set up a payment plan to help you. The lien, if placed, would have been lifted upon completion of payment, as stated in further correspondences with you.
This company rented heavy equipment from our company and left the following review after we said we would lien the property to insure payment. I have included their lies and our response to show the truth. Beware if providing services to them.
Their lies....Do not rent out machine from this company , the machine is very old they brokedown all the time, i signed paperwork for 1 month it took me 4 month to finish because their machine is broke down all the time , also they will bring small machines in the beginning so they can charge additional fee for machine and transportation. and after all this mess i got an email saying they will put lien on property because i refused to pay the unfair additional undiscussed fees, so you sign paperwork for 1 month , you dont finish in 4 month because they keep changing the brokendown machines and bringing the wrong machinery on purpose to bill you up. than you get email if you dont pay in 30 days from rent agreement they will place lien on property. It was very unfair charges and extremely poor service on their part. our agreement was $4500 in the begining agreement i end up paying $19000. Please do not do the same mistake and do not use these poeple period because they will scam you.
The truth...What happened is on September 26th YOU requested a Cat 320F for your job. Delivery charges were incurred by you for that delivery. Upon working the machine for 14 hours, YOU decided that it was not the right machine for said job. YOU incurred charges to return the machine. Both delivery and return are between YOU and the trucking company, we do not deliver or pick up machines! Even though it was YOUR mistake, we did NOT charge you for the Cat 320F that was not returned until October 2nd (a 2.5 week rental)!
On October 12th, YOU requested a John Deere 350G. YOU paid the trucking company for delivery. You used that machine for 140 hours and returned it (by paying the trucking company) 1 week past your due date. We, however, did not charge you for that one week!
On November 15th, YOU requested a Hyundai HL750. YOU paid the trucking company for delivery. You used that machine for 109 hours and returned it (by paying the trucking company) 15 days late! Yet, again, we worked with you and did not charge the extra 2 weeks for this rental!
Your total, including taxes, insurance, and environmental fees was $13,870.00
We waived $3,854.00 on the 320F
We waived $2,710.00 on the 350G
We waived $3,245.00 on the HL750
You paid by credit card and we WAIVED the 3% charge of $416.10
In total we waived $10,225.00 in charges!
Your account was past due and, as most rental companies do, a lien was to be placed on this property to insure payment. Thank you for your payment today!
Very versatile and timely shop. Will try to get you in and out as quickly and efficiently as possible. Fair pricing and They do pretty much everything. Even have parking and cross docking if needed.
My exhusband Greg Broughton Jr had his truck repaired here. He says that they are awesome people and they repaired within 2days and was able to get back on the road. Totally recommend Exp to all OTR and all other drivers. Thank you Exp!
Very good shop great mechanic place safe to park. Very secured location for parking & they have the best mechanics in the area. I'll recommend EXP Service to anyone ‼️
The truck parking is reasonable and spacious. There are security cameras everywhere and the yard is gated with keycard access. With the implementation of the ELD system, parking always seems scarce, so if you have home time and need somewhere to do your 34hour reset, check them out

Just started, but so far absolutely great company with excellent people to work for every one from dispatches to mechanics to staff and owners are very well to work with.
I’ve been renting parking place from this company for almost a year now. The parking lot is very safe, gated and secured by cameras. Never had any issues.
I had a major breakdown last month by Monroe, GA. My truck was towed to this service shop, and let me tell you. These guys worked as hard as they could to get me back on the road as fast as they could. Normally this would've been a two day breakdown but these guys got me up and running in 1 day. Excellent service, amazing management, and great job overall. Highly recommend!!
Great Shop, We had issues with out Peterbilt took it to them, they found that the turbo was bad and they got it rebuild and got us back on the round within few days, Mo and Mike we're great help. We we're really satisfied with there service. ---Life Logistics Group
These guys are great, the owners took time to speak with me and hear my truck issues, the shop manager Mike is absolutely awesome he kept me updated on every step of the repair process and the technicians did an excellent job of fixing my problems.
