I used to give 5 stars for this place when they were family owned, but now it has fallen so far from Grace. They have had my vehicle for 3 days to replace front brakes and rotate tires which they haven't even started. I would not recommend using them for any type of work in the future especially when they cannot provide reasonable timeliness for routine work.

This was by far the best tire shop I’ve ever went to! So helpful when I needed a tire on my car last minute! You won’t find a better place that will treat you like family and make sure you’re safe on the road !

Everyone at this location. Doug. Brad. Larry are seamless working as a team. I am 69 years old and have a fleet of cars some American and foreign but does not matter they fix it and being honest always know they only fix what is needed. They always let me know what to watch for that might need attention at a later date.

Came in for a quick oil change, everyone was very nice and professional. I asked if I needed anything else, and they were honest and said everything was good! I really appreciated not getting pressured into buying anything I didn't need.

Nothing hometown about this place… Quoted me 160.00 to replace my pads and turn rotors (if necessary) I provided the pads because I’m picky about what I put on my vehicles. Called me a day later and said that they couldn’t get my calipers pistons to depress on the front. Tried to charge me 990.00 to replace them and flush my brake fluid. So basically I had no choice in the matter (could have had it towed elsewhere, but they knew they had me ) I Declined the flush. Came up to 600+ dollars. Guy wouldn’t even look me in the eyes, didn’t apologize for the inconvenience. I used to work in the industry. I know service writers make commissions. Word to the wise. Just because someone can get to you faster, doesn’t mean it’s going to be a good experience. If I pulled something like this in my company, I’d be sued… PS : the truck belongs to my corporation , not my wife whom had a terrible experience with this company. My invoice had my wife’s name on it. But he failed to even ask the most basic questions in customer service. I’ll never use this place again nor refer anyone here.

My tire pressure light came on 2 weeks after getting a tire plugged at another shop. Hometown Tire fixed it up at no charge and I was out within 30 minutes! 10/10 recommend. I will definitely be returning for any future needs.

Quick service for not having an appointment. I brought tires purchased elsewhere to get mounted and balance, and eventhough they seemed fairly busy, they were able to get my truck taken care of in a couple of hours after I dropped it off. The price of the tire mounting was less expensive than expected. Highly recommended.

This place is amazing! Always professional, always trying to help in any way possible. I took my truck in because a tire (driver right) was out of balance BAD. I waited for them to balance the wheel, they did the work complimentary...made my day! Albeit, my husband and I has purchased some tires from them and had work on truck, SUV and RV...they run a good business. Period. I would recommend them out of all of the local places here in Monroe.

All around wonderful experience each time at Hometown. Staff is professional, honest, knowledgeable, and considerate every time. Most recently had a tire leak that was repaired quickly and efficiently. It’s always a pleasure to have Hometown perform maintenance and repairs on our vehicles.

Fantastic tire company. Had a fast leak, they immediately plugged the leak and quoted two new tires. Very competitive prices. Had them installed the next day. All of the staff are top notch and very professional. Highly recommend them.

Awesome experience. These guys are super helpful. I drove in with a run-flat at 0 psi. They took me right away, put my car on the rack, quickly identified a screw, offered to repair or put on a spare. Was in and out under an hour easy. They also ensured my car’s warning system was reset before sending me on my way. Highly recommend.

My husband and I have gone to Hometown for several years now for different vehicle issues and regular servicing. Their staff has always been very nice and professional but that was especially evident today when I took my truck to have the tires rotated. Of course that isn’t a very big deal, just regular service maintenance that needed to be done. When I went back to pick up my truck (which was ready super quick) I asked how much I owed and he told me not to worry about it since it was just a tire rotation. Now, the news of receiving a complimentary tire rotation might not seem like much, but little did he know that made my entire day and quickly turned a bad morning for me into a good day. Simple and kind gestures still go a long way. So thank you Hometown for providing quality work and top notch customer service!
