This is my second time using Marty’s. The first one was to change all my tires. They gave me a good deal and treated my car with tender love and care. Then I have multiple issues that I should have been taken cared of but I put it a side. Marty’s again with their expertise made my dying car back to life. I could have spent an arm and a leg if I used another big company. I truly trust Marty’s - they are affordable and reliable - trustworthy, friendly and they treat you like family. Even though I ask a lot of questions and annoying comments on my text messages- they treat me professionally- and assured me that they will take care of my car issues- which they 100% definitely delivered. This shop is great. I had a very complicated electrical problem with my Honda that was not easy to figure out or fix. John and Jason not only got it taken care of but they did it even when I was being difficult. It was not an easy fix and took some time and unfortunately due to unexpected things happening in life I really was impatient about needing my car. But they got it taken care of and I'm greatful for it. This shop has alot of good reviews for a reason. They are trust worthy and dedicated to ensuring they get you taken care of.

We were in town visiting for a few days when an engine trouble came on. Spoke to the shop and was able to schedule a same day appointment. The mechanic and owner ran diagnostics, cleared faults, tested the battery and explained what they did assuring me the remaining fault was not critical and could wait until our trip was finished.I appreciated their quick response and expertise. Totally professional!
Very helpful with quick diagnosis of problem. Was kept informed of what problem was and provided an estimate for repairs in a timely manner and updated as to progress of repairs. They did a general inspection of vehicle and found some issues that if not taken care of would have cost me much more and become safety issues if they had not discovered them. Have used Marty's for several years and would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to see that their vehicle is taken care of properly.
Staff were all very professional and the service was complete. They answered all of my questions and understood that they were making sure that the repairs to the vehicle was for my granddaughter so that she had a safe and reliable vehicle. They did a great job repairing our front seat. It had stopped moving & they found the correct part to repair now our seat is working fine. We definitely recommend Marty’s for any car repairs. They also kept us updated which was good
Driving to my parents on Christmas Eve I ran over a small piece of tire debris that knocked off my tire shield. I am new to the area and decided to try out Marty’s so I brought my car in first thing Monday after Christmas. They stayed back from lunch and didn’t charge me a dime to put it back on and check to make sure everything else looked good. I will definitely be bringing my car back for future service. We have a 2006 Sienna with 150k miles, and for years we’ve struggled with suspension issues, vibration, and loud brake noise that multiple shops never truly fixed. I had a coupon for a free oil change with the purchase of four tires and needed both, so I tried Marty’s Automotive. Will and Jon were very helpful and professional so I brought in my second vehicle for the same service and was very happy with the results. Overall it was very positive experience!
I've been coming to Marty's for over 20 years. In recent history less so as I managed to luck my way into an extremely low-maintenance vehicle. However, every interaction I have with the team at Marty's has been excellent and reassuring. Many other car places I've been to (out of convenience) have left me feeling unsure of the information I'm being told and even feeling like I'm being fleeced for services I don't need. Marty's team is genuine, forthright, and clear not only about what they recommend but also what your options truly are. I just wish I still lived closer so I didn't have to mess with anyone else <3
They We’re a wonderful. I will use them time and time again, and I will refer them. Constant communication very honest patient with all my questions. This is the second time they have worked on my vehicle. Both times have been highly satisfied.
Unauthorized Repairs & Violation of FL Law
My vehicle was towed here on 12/24/24. I left a note on the steering wheel specifically identifying a faulty battery terminal fuse as the known issue.
Despite this, the shop performed repairs without my authorization. I was not contacted before the work exceeded $100, which is a violation of Florida law.
The initial bill was nearly $400. After I disputed it, they admitted a "double charge" and reduced it to $210. This final charge is still excessive for a simple, sub-$30 part I had already identified.
The work was done without my consent, the law was broken, and the price was unfair even after a correction. I do not recommend this shop and am requesting a revised, fair bill, or filing a complaint with Florida States Department of Consumer Affairs.
The team at Marty’s went above and beyond with their assistance and helping me get my son’s car back on the road. They spent extra time searching for a part that wasn’t available for a few weeks to ensure our vehicles was down for the shortest time frame possible. They found a replacement with a better warranty and had us back up and running within 4 days. Thank you!!!
Martys Longwood have taken great care of all three of my vehicles over the last couple of years. Shout out to John Will and Jason and the only reason I am not shouting out to the other employees is because I don’t know their names individually. But as a whole the group at Marty’s are A+

Dropped off my car for 4 new tires and an alignment. They were quick to answer the phone and make an appointment. They accommodated a couple special requests from me for pick up and drop off. It was quick in and quick out, and there was no fluff or upselling. Great experience, and I’ll be back!

The brakes on my sons car was in need of replacing and Will was able to get me in and provide us with a quote, the work was done in a day and even got a call the day after checking in to see how everything was. Marty’s automotive in Longwood was fast and efficient! I got my engine replaced a couple months ago and yesterday I got an oil change. They kept in contact and always answered all my questions. I dealt with Will and he was just fantastic to work with. I would highly recommend using them for any of your automotive issues trust me you will not be disappointed!
Marty's Automotive was a great first experience!! John drove me home and picked me up when my car was ready. I had asked them to rotate my tires and they said that the tires didn't need it and that they would check at my next visit for an oil change to see if it should be done then. I HIGHLY recommend that you take your vehicle to Marty's Automotive for service. They have been in business for 30 years and I appreciate their honesty.

My wife’s SUV decided the AC was tired and going to take a break in the middle of August. We are an active family with multiple children needing to be different places all the time. I needed a quick fix. Marty’s got me in without appointment at 9 am and did an evac and recharge for us the same day. Not the most complex job, I know but, the fact they got us in and out in a few hours time without notice was huge for us. All other competitors pushed me off until next week and Will squeezed us into their scheduleI. I knew they were already busy too. Easy to deal with, great communication and even send you a link with pictures and description of services performed. I will be using Marty’s for my future auto repairs.
