My car was damaged due to a careless driver. Excel repaired my car and it looks perfect. Also the communication cadence was superb. I highly recommend Excel and note my mother-in-law echoes my feedback as she had her Lexus repaired here too.

Horrible scam my sister is disabled and they are keeping her car hostage for the last month. Insurance debt them $1600 to repair they lied and said it was only $600. Haven’t started repairs for bumper repair going on 3months.

What a horrible misogynistic auto body shop! My daughter’s boyfriend had set up getting her car fixed and as soon as she called the shop to say that the tow truck was bringing her car over they told her “NO!” They wouldn’t take the car. As soon as her boyfriend called back up to say what the heck is going on they told him to go ahead and bring the car on over. Don’t ever do business with a horrible horrible place like this!

I stopped by Excel Auto Body to get some paintwork done on my car, and I’m really glad I did. I had checked out a few other shops first, and most were either trying to upsell me or overcharge. When I met Glenda, she was straight-up honest from the start — told me exactly what needed to be done and nothing more. That’s what sold me. She helped me find the best solution, and the team delivered amazing work. The paint came out flawless, the car looks fresh, and they finished right on time. The service I received from Excel AutoBody was top-notch from start to finish. They worked on my car quickly and efficiently and I was impressed on how fast I got everything done. Had some bodywork done...had my choice of shops, since it was sourced thru insurance. Glad I chose Excel. They stayed within the estimated time needed to repair (actually finished 3 days early). The work done was spectacular! The staff could not have been more pleasant to work with. My vehicle was cleaned and detialed inside and out, too. I highly recommend this group.

They do amazing work. My car came out looking the exact same as the day I bought it. Extensive front end damage had me nervous that the car would never be the same. As you can see, from the day it came off the lot to the day it came home from Excel, it's like nothing ever happened. Repairs can take a while, and it can be frustrating being without your vehicle, but the customer service I received from Daisy was exceptional, even when I myself wasn't the most pleasant person to deal with. Thank you for your assistance in getting my car back!

I was really going to rate for zero star! I had a minor accident and the front of my car, bumper corner, needs to be fixed (superficially). I selected this store from my insurance app (for cost estimation) b/c of its closeness to my home. Then they sent me a link and I uploaded some photos including my car’s VIN. After days I called them to ask about the process. They told me I can stop by their shop as they need to take more photos. During all phone calls I was reminding them that I just want the estimate. B/c I don’t want to pay out of my pocket. I was going to wait until the other driver’s insurance pay directly to the body shop. When bodyshop staff took photos, she told me it takes about 2 days until they estimate the cost. I was on my way to home that she called me and told that I need to drop off car for estimation! Later I called them again to schedule an appointment and she told me I need to leave my car there for one week! As always I told her that I only need estimation at this time. B/c this is the requirement that my insurance wants. Surprisingly, when I went there to drop my car, other impolite employee told me that they want to start repair. I tried to explain for her that I talked to her coworker several times. But she was interrupting me and insulting me by saying “you don’t understand”. It was so disappointing after spending much time. They behave so bad and aggressive with customers. They responded me: "Excel AutoBody doesn't do estimates without taking damaged parts off to see any possible hidden damage. Even when damage looks minor. Excel AutoBody is approved REPAIR facility for your insurance, NOT AN ESTIMATING facility. There is no need to receive an estimate for your insurance when the other party involved. The other party insurance takes over the entire process." However it is not the thing I had been told from the beginning when I called them several times and and emphasized them that I need the estimation as MY INSURANCE ASKED ME TO DO THAT. On the phone their staff told me that it is OK to do the estimation. I have explained the complete story above. I worked with insurance companies in this regard, mine (State Farm) and the other driver's insurance (Progressive). Both of them asked me the estimate. I found other body shop (Caliber Collision) and they did the primary and visual estimation first and after the insurance approved, I dropped my car for repair. They were so professional and nice. I am so upset about Excel AutoBody, because they wasted my time for nothing. And at the end their staff insulted me.

I was extremely happy with the work performed by Excel. I dealt primarily with the ladies up front who took care of everything and were awesome. My car is a paint color which is hard to match so I was expecting it to be close but not perfect but you cannot tell where the work was done at all so I guess they were able to match it near perfect. They also got the job done in less time than I expected. Overall I was very pleased with their work and would recommend them to anyone as well as using them myself in the future.

Amazing, amazing amazing service is all I can say my car looks even better then when I bought it brand new the whole driver side was completely damaged in my car accident and I just got it back today and it looks exactly as when I first bought it from the lot. Awesome work and efficient time I didnt get back In the estimated date but its OK I never called them and asked them how long it was going to be. All I cared was for them to take there time and get it done efficiently and they executed it perfectly. I recommend you go here if you need any auto body repair 10 out of 10 great work, very nice and professional. They are all kind in the office and the workers are great. Make sure you thank the guys that worked on your car they deserve to be recognized for their awesome work they put into it.

I was hit from behind and insurance sent me to Excel. My car looks as if I just drove it off the lot. Not only did they make the exterior look like new, they cleaned the inside. I am more than satisfied and highly recommend. Fantastic customer service as well.

Don’t go here! Paint doesn’t match on bumper and they tried to tell me my bumper it didn’t match before and the front bumper doesn’t match either. Photo included from before I took it here with matching paint. Poor tape lines, bubbles under the paint, and loose glued on plastic panels. EDIT: Added photos of the right bumper you’re saying doesn’t match at night and during the day to clearly show my bumper matched before taking my vehicle to Excel. Your argument is my visibly damaged rear bumper didn’t match from the factory? What about the left side bumper paint not matching, poor tape lines and clear coat line on the left bumper, and burn mark circled in green? Your response is argumentative and a clear indication you can’t provide quality work and professional customer service. Also provided a photo of my car the day I bought it, of the RIGHT bumper that in your words doesn’t match straight from Mazda factory. Lastly, since you’re clearly lacking any level of professionalism and decided to be petty, might as well add I’ve NEVER taken my car through a car wash and whatever piss poor way you washed my car, I now have swirl marks in the paint of my entire vehicle. Photo below to prove it.

I had a great experience with Excel Autobody Longwood. They were quick with the repairs for my Ford Bronco Sport and they kept me updated every step of the way. They did an excellent job with the repairs, everything came out great. Definitely recommend them!

Great service and excellent work! The body repairs were beautiful and the paint was matched exactly to the color of my 1999 Toyota. Eric, Madeline, and the rest of the Staff were a pleasure to work with and kept me informed during the process. Brought my car in after an accident in which the other person was at fault and their insurance took full responsibility. They kept me up to date with messages and it wasn't in the shop for very long (11 days), they did a great job with the repairs. Car looks, works, and feels great so far. I'd recommend.

Pros: The customer service was great and some darn good, hard work was delivered. The paint match was spot on. I was real nervous since my last car was aged and they couldn't match the paint. They respond quickly to inquiries. Cons: Take pictures of your entire car (with the date) before in case something happens to the car in their care bc their pictures are blurry, look your car over carefully afterward bc some small things like broken plastics or a locking mechanism may not have been repaired properly. Conclusion: I'll be back. They did a fantastic job. I couldn't be more pleased.

UPDATED: - They quickly fixed what they didn't get done the first time. I am not changing the stars based on the fact that they quoted me a HIGHER price when I was going to pay out of pocket. Usually, it is the other way around. Otherwise, they are competent and capable of top-notch work, and even though they could not fix my car for about a month and a half (due to not being able to get parts), they rigged my bumper in the mean time so well, that it was hard to tell there was anything wrong. I did appreciate that! Just picked up my car and it looks great. They were very quick, and polite. The reason for not getting 5 stars has to do with estimates. It seems that if you are paying out of pocket, they charge you more than if you are going through insurance (seriously!) - is it not supposed to be the other way around? Also, I had a couple of small areas that needed to be fixed (a rough scratch on the back bumper, and a spot on the gas tank cover that needed to be repainted. The estimate for that was almost $900!!! Although they gave me my car back looking great, I will probably take it elsewhere if and when there is a next time.

I got linked up with Excel through my insurance company to do repairs to my vehicle after an accident. Getting this set up was easy with their online questionaire; filled out info, uploaded photos and set appointment time all online. Once they had my truck they were super fast.. had my truck back in 3 days. They were prompt with providing status updates and the finished product was great. They detailed the inside of the truck when they had it too. Definitely recommend.

Would highly recommend!! I read a lot of reviews prior to deciding where to bring my car for body work/painting and even though some of the reviews said the customer service wasn’t great, all the reviews about the work completed was positive. So I decided to bring my car there because All I cared about was the outcome of how the car looked. I have to say, the customer service was also outstanding. Daisy was very communicative about the status of my car and extremely helpful working with the insurance company. My car looks great and it was a pain free experience! I wouldn’t hesitate to go back again!

Recently I was rear ended in my brand new car and I was quite upset. After insurance claim processed this was our 4th car we took to this body shop through the years even at the old location. I can not say enough of good things about this body shop and how well they treat their customers and returning customers with great care and professionalism. Christian was great at explaining the process and was very patient , polite and listened to all my needs. Though I knew they've done an excellent paint/ repair job on our other vehicles this time I was especially worried about pearl paint match and the car being very new. I got to meet the owner, who took time to inspect my damages and reassured me that I will not be disappointed and explained that they work directly with insurance to settle any additional costs that might come up. Christian arranged the loaner services pick up and drop off for me . When I picked up my car it looked shiny and bright. They washed it inside out. Though I found a super tiny little unpainted corner, Christian was very good about it and responsive to my concern and took the car back in for a touch up. He mentioned about life time warranty on their paint job and said if my husband finds anything I could not find they will fix it any time. All around the customer care was excellent. I believe in giving fair praise and honest feedback for the great services.I will highly recommend this auto repair facility for the quality of work, great customer service and fair costs.

Absolutely excellent service and quality of workmanship. Christian was a pleasure to work with. My car was rear ended and I took it to Excel for repair and they did an outstanding job. And they only had the car for 4 days, which I felt was very quick. The car looks brand new now. Christian even told me that the new bumper they used was brand new from Orlando MINI so that I knew the parts were genuine and of high quality. He also mentioned they have a warranty (which I highly doubt I will have to use, but of course it’s great to know). As an added bonus, I noticed that they detailed the car inside and out.
