VIP is outstanding. Exceptionally friendly and responsive. I know it can’t always be this fast but they picked up my car in 25 minutes from when I called and had it at the dealership in another 20 minutes. The driver was great and took great care prepping the car. Also the road was narrow for the pickup at school time so he was very courteous to the other cars getting by. Will definitely recommend VIp towing.

Hector my tow driver was wonderful. Very professional and personable. The company stayed in contact about the location of the driver. After he dropped my vehicle at the dealership Hector called to let me know he and my vehicle arrived safe.

I had a really messed up situation where my truck wouldn’t roll even in neutral….while blocking a gated community of with a pile of cars waiting. Took his time, figured out the situation in a way that didn’t damage anything. Very patient and professional 10 stars.

Excellent service!! The driver, Carlos, took the time to troubleshoot the starter failure prior to towing. He even took the time to figure out how to put the car in neutral so he can tow it. Most drivers would just throw their hands up and say I would need a different truck. Great attitude and service. Would definitely recommend this company!

Carlos was fantastic! Came to the tow location quickly, was friendly, and accommodated our family into his truck to save us a $75 Lyft ride. He went above and beyond to make our stressful situation much less stressful.

Over the years I’ve had a number of occasions when I need a tow. I have to say that my experience with VIP towing was among the best. Santos, the driver, was great. He extracted my car from a crowded parking lot quickly with minimal disruption to others. Well done!
