I had a very disappointing experience with this wheel shop and I strongly advise others to be extremely careful.
I found their listing on Facebook Marketplace advertising a set of wheels for $800. After negotiating, we agreed on a price of $650. The photos in the listing showed wheels in excellent condition and the tires were described as “new.”
I drove almost two hours from another city to purchase them. When I arrived, the product looked completely different from the photos. The wheels were heavily scratched and clearly damaged, and the tires were far from new — they had less than half of their tread life remaining.
Even though the condition was not what was advertised, I decided to proceed since I had already spent so much time traveling.
Then, to my surprise, the seller suddenly changed the price from $650 to $1,000. When I asked why, he claimed that the tires on my current wheels were not in good condition and that he would not accept them in a trade.
The problem is that we never discussed any trade at all. The agreement was simply to purchase the wheels for $650. At no point during our conversation or in the Marketplace listing did it say the price required trading in old wheels.
Only after I arrived did he say that their shop “only sells wheels with trade-ins.” This was never mentioned beforehand and was not stated anywhere in the advertisement.
In the end, I wasted more than three hours of my day driving there and back for a product that did not match the listing and a deal that was changed at the last minute.
When I told him I would leave a negative review about my experience, he immediately blocked me on Facebook and removed the Marketplace listing.
Based on my experience, I recommend that anyone considering doing business with this shop be extremely cautious and verify everything before making the trip.
These guys are great! Went above and beyond when I bent the wheel of my car. They were transparent with pricing, and the experience was entirely positive.

The staff was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with the service being done. I never felt rushed, and customer satisfaction was clearly a priority.
The work was done quickly and efficiently, and the quality was outstanding. My vehicle looks great and drives perfectly. Pricing was fair and honest, with no hidden fees or surprises.
I bought a truck from them for 3500 dollars it garbage any and everything is either cracked or broken from the drive shaft on down!!!!!!!!! 4x4 and it had 4 totally different tire sizes on It

I went up here to get new rims and tires for my car and the prices were very affordable and I would highly recommend you go up there and buy your new and uses tires from Moe!
I met the owner Moe and he was such a nice guy! My transmission went out and he fixed my car and it drives like it’s brand new! i would highly recommend him to any of your friends!

Wheels R Us has been the only place I've used for my vehicles over the last 17 years. Not only is there work done right everytime, the customer service Mo and his team provide is what keeps me coming back. I would highly recommend using them.
Moe and his team are phenomenal and do great work, to ensure that you find what works best for your vehicle. They always treat you like family and show they are compassionate about the work they do. He’s been in business for years and a staple in the community.
The staff was super friendly when helping me check in in my uhual. They worked with me all the way to resolve any issues that occurred. Definitely recommend this place!

Bought a full set of brand new tires. Prices was comparable to other shops. I asked that tires be balanced before installation which was included in price. My new tires were rolled over to the machine for balance but were not as I were told "the machine isn't working". Also the staff was very unprofessional and did not work well together. Great spot for quick tire fix but buy a full set of new tires elsewhere.
i wish i could give less than one star. I worked with Spencer aka "Spence" and for some reason also his wife Ebony who I was forced to pay for new speakers via Zelle or CashApp. Spencer was rude and unprofessional the whole time and even threatened my life when I had trouble setting up my CashApp. Not great customer service there, Spence! Also rude and unprofessional was the business owner Mo, the front desk guy Mark, and some wannabe white gangster from Georgia with a weak mustache and a haircut looking like he's from Medieval Times. I had to call the police when Spence threatened my life in front of several witnesses. Then I pay the guy $900 and he did a poor job on the speakers! All kinds of hissing sounds for no reason and one speaker cuts in and out all of the time. Then Mo would not return my wallet, Airpods and other items that got left behind from a Uhaul I rented from Mark. I will be suing via a civil lawsuit and pressing criminal charges. I wish I could give less than one star.

They sold me rims and told me they will 100% would fit. Got home and tried to put them on my car and they didn't fit. I went back to get my money back. The guy says "ah we kinda don't do refunds" There is nothing saying that they do not do refunds and i didn't sign anything.
Please go somewhere save your time and money! I'm out $1200 now!

This is my go to shop anytime I need help with anything tire related. They are very fast and efficient and you can't beat the prices. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming and I would definitely recommend these guys to anybody who needs work done!
I had an amazing experience at Wheels R Us. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I came in for new tires and had a few questions concerning my car and they helped with the issues I had with my car quickly and gave me a good deal on the work and tires I needed.
Purchased a car from them a few years back that's been holding up quite well especially because of their in house mechanic Orlando. Who by far is the best mechanic I've had the pleasure of being a customer of. Couldn't recommend him enough , truly a professional !

Entire staff is very kind and very honest. They were even so kind as to drive my purchased vehicle 1hr away so I wouldn't have to pay to tow it, and filled the tank of the car as well. Strongly recommend.
I was in a jam... and tired of going to the same old tire shops with bad tires... Wheels R Us came through. They were great. Good prices on good tires. They even got me squared away on a well needed tune up. Go check them out in Longwood. Sweet looking rims too.
Went to get new rims and tires and asked them to paint the rims white and blue when I went to go pick up the finished product I realized they had done everything by hand and they looked like a 3 year old who can't paint inside the lines had painted them. Told them I didn't like them and that I wanted my money back which he refused to give me back then told me if I actually wanted them to be installed there that I would have to send my car with someone else or he would traspass me overall horrible experience wouldn't recommend it to even my worst enemy.
