Skip or whatever his name is, is a con artist and he is good at it!
A scan shows major issues, my mechanic, found that the engine light has been TAMPERED with and disconnected so that the truck can be sold.
He is not returning my calls, and he knows he scammed me.
My credit score isn't great after some medical bills but the staff treated me with dignity and found financing options I could manage without judgment or condescending attitudes that I experienced elsewhere recently
The efficient paperwork process without unnecessary delays meant I wasn't sitting around for hours while they supposedly talked to managers which seems like common stalling tactics elsewhere
Thought we were getting a deal. Car smelled of mold so we should have said no right away but we were fairly desperate we had it for less than a month. Day after purchase check engine light went on. Bad oxygen sensor. A few weeks later blew two tires in a few days span and we thought alignment was the culprit but it turns out tie rods were bent ao alignment couldn't even be fixed without a costly tie rods repair. Out the fully financed cost of the vehicle now and had to purchase something else. Couldn't be more displeased.
We purchased a beautiful Chrysler Town N Country van from Skip. He was an absolute joy to work with. Great price + no dealer fees, etc. to inflated the price. He will prove that not all car dealers are the same stereotypical slick salesmen. Simple, no nonsense and very open and transparent. I highly recommend him and Family Auto Brokers to you.

This dealership promotes itself as “bad credit friendly,” but that’s misleading. They do hard credit pulls right away and almost immediately push for a co-signer. It’s disappointing because the advertising gives false hope to buyers with less-than-perfect credit.
The only upside is that everything is handled via email, so I didn’t waste gas or time visiting the lot or speaking to anyone directly.
I can’t say enough good things about my experience at this car lot. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a selection of vehicles to explore. The sales representative who assisted me was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely honest. I felt respected throughout the entire process, like I was a valued customer and not just another sale. To top it off, there was an adorable and friendly cat that added a delightful touch to my visit. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a car.

This was by far the easiest and no pressure purchase of my 51 years. Skip is personable and helpful. There were no hidden fees I wasn’t surprised by any additional charges even with the financing. With the vehicle I wasn’t met any surprises. I will absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for their next car purchase.
I seldom write reviews but I have to write one for Skip! First, Skip is very personable and never treated me like I couldn’t afford the vehicle. He advised me of all the minor imperfections of the vehicle. I advised him the vehicle would be a gift for my nephew who’s going off to college in the fall. I needed a dependable vehicle to get him thru the next 3 years. He doesn’t charge dealers fees which was a godsend. Every other dealer I went to was adding at $750-$1200 in dealer fees. Family auto is a hidden gem with very decent vehicles. My nephew will be driving a nice 2016 Lincoln MKT town cars. It was the perfect cash car in the price range I was looking for. I would definitely recommend family auto to any of my friends and family!

I was outside of the office and nobody answere in the door and when I call to the office a guy answered and ask for help outside to know the price of the cars and he said: wich car? And he not come to help me like another dealer. He no try to sale.
