From the time I called the store and spoke to Jamie till the time I arrived at the store Jamie was helpful, kind and laughed with me . Customer service such as this makes me want to come back and tell others!

The staff is always fast, friendly, and helpful. Wide selection of parts to choose from and on hand. This location was referred to me after initially traveling to a different O'Reilly store. Parking was not a problem and it has wheelchair accessible parking and entrance.

The whole crew at this store is amazing We are car dealers and this is our go to store for parts. Sylvia, the store manager, Ralph, Porter, Wyatt, the commercial staff, the delivery drivers, and the others whose names escape me, are the very best at what they do. Thanks for always taking care of us...

The place to go for extremely slow service even if you are the only customer in the store. Parts inventory doesn’t match what is stated on the website and has resulted a wasted trip for me multiple times. I think I’m done with this place

This really is the auto part store I’ll ever go to - everyone who works here is very helpful. Plenty of auto part stores automatically assume that because I’m female that I know nothing about my truck… these guys always treat me with respect and offer advice. Can’t say enough good about them!

Yooooo, This place legit saved me a good chunk of money. Ralf was beyond helpful, and was able to help me diagnose The issue with my car. Just last week, I had to go to a different parts store for a separate issue, and while they were able to give me the codes needed for the repair, that's all they were allowed to do. Ralf was able to supply me a printout of exactly what the issue was, other possible issues, and even offered some advice as to how to address my issue. Earlier today, I went to a mechanic and it was going to cost me $115 to diagnose the issue with my car, not even fix it. And today, I'm walking out knowing exactly what I need to do, and the part needed to fix the car, for $50. Definitely wish I had come here last week

I don’t know much about cars but I do know about people and Santos and Seth are two of the rare kind hearted genuinely good people you could have the pleasure of meeting in life. I arrived very sad having gone to other places like autozone and pep boys where help seemed nowhere to be found. I was practically laughed out of the building because of my cars condition they refused to help or educated me. All that changed when I met Santos and Seth they answered my questions, offered assistance and even showed me how to fix things that had been broken since I can’t even tell you when. I had been without ac for years and they were able to fix it within minutes and if you live in Florida you understand the importance of A/C I arrived a very sad girl but left with a huge smile on my face because of their act of kindness. I will never go to another auto parts store again in my life because of them they did not try to trick me they were transparent with pricing and above all else they showed me kindness. This world could use more people like santos and Seth if I could give a million stars to this business I would.

Price expensive. Service not good. U need a person to answer phone and one for customer. Don't ignore customers or soon u out of business...better today. Busy time. Good prices

Went a couple days ago and was greeted by an sales associate. Though I wasn't pleased with his attitude and demeanor, Ralf Berrios was a manager that addressed my concerns and turned the situation around. While I understand not everyone desires to go above and beyond, Talks Ralf's customer service did that and it was much appreciated.

I went into the store about 20 minutes before closing and as I walked in someone working behind the counter and not wearing an O'Reilly Auto Parts shirt immediately said to me and my son "waiting for the last minute to come in". As a paying customer I shouldn't be treated that way and I felt insulted by this person. Also I ask him if he speaks Spanish and he said "no I live in America", again being rude, insulting and in my opinion racist. I think he was either the manager or even the owner because this person did not care about his actions. I will never buy anything in an Oreilly Autoparts store ever again and will tell my friends and other about this.

Went in to return something and the cashier was extremely rude and acted like I had no idea what I was doing, saying he’s never seen the receipt I had ever before. It was an online order from a different store and he questioned me why I came into their store to return it, why does that matter I was doing my errands and it was on the way, I had a different cashier help me in the end he was actually in uniform unlike the man who was helping me before.

O'Reilly's is a decent store. It's right outside my neighborhood so it's convenient. If you need something for your car and your tool something like that it's really is the place to go. They actually rented out or rent tools. And they're actually hiring right now. It's a small store on a couple employees real friendly.

Ralph is a LIFE SAVER!! He helped me with changing out my battery in this heat!! He was so pleasant as well! I’m so thankful he was able to help me because I was afraid my car was going to cut off on me soon! Amazing location!!

Leonard took care of us from the initial phone call inquiring on a specific battery, tested our battery to confirm it was indeed the issue, gave us all of our options for replacement, suggested a brand he was familiar with and installed our new battery all with a smile within 10 minutes from start to finish. Beyond awesome customer service! Thank you Leonard for getting us back on the road!

I use to love this place until recently.. I always got all my car stuff their oil filter batteries etc.. this past week my car battery died. My dad took it since I have warranty supposedly... They told my dad my warranty expired.. lie # 1 then lie#2 they supposedly charged it and told him it was no good... Today we took the battery elsewhere to be charged and Low and behold it charged and works perfectly!!! Y'all tried to scam my father who is elderly !!! That's a big no for me.. will most definitely be taking my business elsewhere..

As a human who knows zero… literally no understanding of car parts.. I’m an easy target for craziness. Benny was so kind. He gave me several price points and options. I respectfully asked him what would he sale is mother/sister.. he advised me and I took his advice. Thank you Benny for being respectful and honest. Your customer service is top notch.

I just got my battery changed and Benny is AWESOME! Friendly service and he was honest about the conditions of my corrosion. He recommend on how take care of it going forward. I will be coming back! Thank you for your amazing service Benny!

They get points for being friendly but otherwise they're a little bit disorganized. It took three or four phone calls and two visits even coming back later to get the part the correct part. Was told several times about what was the correct part ended up none of that was right and they had to have the one brought from downtown but they do get points for doing that

I came in looking for a battery for my key fob. Benny opened the key up for me and when we didn’t know how to get the battery compartment open, he Googled it. He was super friendly and kind. He figured it out and even replaced the battery for me and showed me how to do it as well. Thank you Benny for your excellent customer service.

Great staff here! I needed an alternator and they had it in stock. I forgot to also request the belt and so I didn't order one. Upon arrival for the alternator I was reminded about the belt. This would have been a big mistake on my part. No worries though, when you have good staff to rely on they will make sure you leave with what you need... Well maybe not leave with but at least know about. I am smart and heeded the advice given. Like I said.... Love the staff very knowledgeable and friendly. Be smart.... Go to O' Reilly!

Great service! They open until 10pm, and helped me install the AC & Engine filters, cleaned up battery connectors. The assistant mange is really nice, providing the best service he could. Thanks for all!
