I had a very good experience so far. Everytime I go they treat me well and I feel that they actually care about your car condition and the fixes that it needs.

Jonathan and Gabriel always treat me like family. I wont take my Cruze anywhere else.

Jonathan was a true professional in the industry, honest and calm. Shop was clean and had a great staff. Everyone there was friendly. Thank you for taking care of my son‘s truck.

These guys were great! I have been having an on going issue with my Chevy and they figured it out quick and even showed me what was failing. Jonathan and Gabriel were a lot of help and super nice to work with. If you live in the Longwood area then I highly recommended coming here!

This place is terrible. Gabriel had a horrible attitude and the sassiest man I’ve ever spoke to. I asked how much an inspection was and he quoted me $80 and then I asked him what I would be getting done for that amount and he named a couple things and then asked me why I was asking that and how exhausting it is telling me what I’m paying for and then proceeded to call me back and cancel the appointment saying we’re not compatible. I never in my life experience such a terrible customer service. I wouldn’t go here for nothing.

Beware! I came to this shop because I was told they were honest, but that was not my experience. I brought in my son’s car because the ignition would not turn after an attempted break-in. I clearly explained the issue and what I needed done, they said it would not be a problem. A day and a half later, I was given an estimate of $1,200 dollars, which I declined. After that, they charged me $182.00 diagnostic fee for an issue I had already identified.

Brought my work truck in for 2 new tires, alignment, and oil change with a full inspection. After leaving a 250 deposit and returning to pay the remaining 425 within 2 weeks my calipers were locking and shown signs of a damaged speed sensor(which is at my tire). The guys at the shop at the desk were very friendly and everything seemed OK. I honestly do not have the time to deal with the issue, so I will post this review to help others. Currently my truck is out of commission and have had to spend extra to keep the business rolling. Exact words from the guys at the desk as i left...was "wow your truck is in great condition:(

Brought my car in to get the power steering and oil leak fixed. They did a great job, the car runs like new. Service was very friendly. I would definitely bring my car back there again.

These guys are so great..I take my cars there for a variety of services..and I feel they are very honest...I am very mechanical but certain jobs ate better left to the professionals...so when I was replacing my shocks the other day myself and couldnt get the nut loose on top of the shock I took them there and they did it at no charge...even before that they had a customer for life in me

I had an excellent experience at Longwood auto! The price was great and the service was thorough and quick. I had great conversations with the front desk person and enjoyed the entire experience. I even had a great cup of coffee! All things that I have never had at any other auto place so I will definitely be back!

They were friendly changes out my tires and had the car ready for me on time. The manager made me feel important with all my questions

I normally don’t leave reviews but today was the third time I’ve been to longwood auto fix with issues on my Chevy truck and my wife’s Range Rover. All three of my experiences here have been phenomenal, they are professional, clean, keep me updated, and are beyond fair when it comes to pricing. They gave me multiple options and routes on how to move forward. Gabriel and the technicians here are great and the do business how many places used to 20 years ago. I will only take my vehicles here moving forward. Their location is in a little bit of a tight spot and the parking lot is bumpy but don’t let that deceive you on the quality of repair they do.

Amazing service, found them through their participation in a church community service event. Everyone was kind and the mechanic was patient and gave trusted recommendations for my car. Will be returning!

Awesome service. Extremely helpful and thorough. Even took the time to show me the engine and make sure that I understood everything before I drove off. They also made sure that my car settings were correct and updated.

Great experience. Customer service was great and a very fair price for my AC repair. I was treated professionally and he took the time to explain the repair needed and my options. I would definitely recommend .

I brought my 2014 Toyota Corolla in due to my engine not running properly with my car stalling. Alex was very helpful and gave me a discount for the battery replacement also needed. With the service, they do take pictures of the concerns found as backup and allowed me to come back to their garage to see the concern. the My car is now running properly, thank you! ***Update as of 5/19/25: Longwood Auto Fix also helped with changing my Transmission Fluid. While other repair shops declined or didn’t offer what I was requesting, Longwood Auto Fix offered to complete the service and listened to what I have researched. I will continue to come back for future services.

Took a car to have a pre purchase inspection. They missed alot and did very little inspecting. Missed oil leak ,bad battery. Didnt do actual visual inspection of air and cabin filters. Car was from Swerve Auto sales . They might be working together to make sure cars in bad shape get sold. Cant confirm. Would not use this shop ever again. Cost was 81.00 for a pitiful inspection. Avoid this business.

I have been using Longwood Auto Fix for quite awhile, as well as my daughter, we both have been VERY happy with the whole team working there, I have had Major repairs on my vehicle as well as all my routine auto maintenance. My daughter had a Major issue with her vehicle and L.A.Fix. Was honest and said it was not worth fixing, it would cost more than the car was worth.we really appreciated that information, they suggested where to go for a used car, and they spot on. I also recommended L.AFix to my friend, she told me she was very impressed with Longwood Auto Fix.

Avoid!!!!!! If You are a woman, don’t trust this place. If you are a male with a wife, don’t send her here. I came here needing my motor mounts changed and windshield wipers replaced. They charged over 700 for all 4 motor mounts. Over 1000 to do the job. I asked why it was so pricey and was told some nonsense about warranty. Went to a local auto parts store (same place they get their parts). Price was 330 for all for mounts. To replace the wipers 85. Again went to an auto parts store. Paid 30 and they put it on for you. I really think they took advantage of me because I am a woman. I was able to get the job done by a honest mechanic for 630. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid!!!!!!!!!!! You will get robbed. If you’re in doubt look at what they charge you for parts and call an auto store. They were charging me about 400 more for parts. Extremely dishonest and untrustworthy. Response to owner: The response from the owner should prove they are a scam. I didn’t go to the dealership, I went to another repair shop to get my car fixed once they gave this outrageous price. And I did buy my own parts. From where? The same place they buy theirs. Advanced Auto Parts. Again this place is as crooked as scoliosis. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Oh and my car is running beautifully. Look around and compare price. This place is not it. I love exposing places like this!

I found Longwood Auto Fix online after moving to the area, which made my longstanding independent mechanic from another area too inconvenient. They have been very responsive to my repair and service needs, and were very fair on pricing, for both of my older cars with 140,000+ miles. Also very helpful with rides to and from the shop as needed. I would recommend them.

My side view mirror had been broken for around a year now, and I finally decided to fix it. I chose the closest shop with the highest ratings around me which happened to be Longwood Auto-fix. They didn’t just pull off some mirror off a same-model car in the junkyard, they ordered it brand new from the factory. The day I got it fixed I asked last minute if they could change my oil as well, and they squeezed me in no problem. It was the cheapest oil change I ever had. They are quite the professionals. I’ve been to some sketchy mechanics in the past, but you can tell they are efficient and prideful in their craft and business.

I have gone to Longwood Auto Fix twice now and had a great experience each time and will definitely be back! The first time was just an oil change because I got a coupon in the mail, but the second time was an emergency repair because my A/C fan went out so my A/C wasn’t cold. I called all of the places that had the best reviews and picked Longwood Auto. Not only was the price a few hundred dollars cheaper than the others I called but they were super friendly and helpful on the phone, and in person, and they got it done the very next morning after I dropped it off! I was DREADING this repair when it came up - especially price wise as I was quoted over $1000 anywhere else - but Longwood Auto Fix made this as easy as could be and I am so grateful for that. And my car’s been working great ever since ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Honest and awesome. My BMW 328i was in need of a washer pump. All teachers get 10% discount and they even did a full inspection and told me that not immediately but in a couple month I may need something replaced. Other mechanics most probably would have asked me to replace immediately. Such is the honesty of this place.

A huge thank you to the folks at Longwood Auto Fix! My alternator went out and they were so thorough and so fast with getting my car back to me. The prices were fair, and they also provided a comprehensive list of other recommended services without making me feel pressured to address everything in that moment.
