Chad and Christina were very helpful in figuring out how to decide what to do about down sizing from a 10x25x8 to a 10x15x8 and have a smaller one for overflow just in case. We ended not needing the other one.
Q was very helpful in buying our first storage unit. She showed up several types of units as well as helped us pick which unit was closest to the door. Would recommend using cube storage and having Q as a help!
It was my first time using Cube Smart. I have used a couple of others in the past that were not good. "Q", and Chad both were excellent. They answered my questions, showed us our unit and we were in and out very quickly. Their process was so simple and easy. They gave us water, opened the doors , they get a 10 + for service and excellence. Thank you very much. So clean as well.
The management was very kind and helpful throughout our time renting. We rented a 5x10 for nearly 2 years and the experience was very convenient and easy to navigate. Only complaint I would have is the price, but you get what you pay for! The place is very clean and management is professional and attentive. You can ensure your stuff is secure with Cubesmart.
I have never had to get a storage before but "Q" was amazing she walked me through the process showed me my storage unit, answered any questions I had, and she was very thorough and friendly. I highly recommend this place they are great in every aspect

Clean units...latching mechanisms easy to work with because there new and under good management. The price was fair compared to Public Storage. Public storage started at 191.00 and raised my rent to 475.00. I have the reciepts and screen shots and it will be on all social media. I hope Cubesmart doesn't stab me in the back like they did. Fingers crossed. I recommend the Altamonte location because of the space to drive big u haul or trailer type set ups. Public storage is cramped with narrow lanes and no room to load and unload. I stopped in for the quickest and easiest sign up with Q. She made it effortless for me to simply stop in, pick a room, & be on my way with the rest of my day. She was extremely patient while I was deciding on which storage size to pick & she was knowledgeable with explaining the process for me to come in to my storage space & the surrounding of the building. She was a very joyful person to work with during a stressful day!
Ms. Q at the 240 Storage Point Altamonte Springs was amazing in helping me secure a larger unit, giving the best monthly rate. My hole experience was top notch. She is very professional and attentive to her customers

? AVOID CUBESMART ALTAMONTE SPRINGS — Deceptive, Harassing, and Unprofessional Management
Do yourself a favor and don’t fall for the so-called “specials” at CubeSmart in Altamonte Springs. What starts off sounding like a great deal turns into an absolute nightmare the second you sign up.
Before renting, I had a phone conversation with GM CHAD MILLER, where I explained up front that my boyfriend—a respected vintage clothing collector—would be using the unit to store clothing, take photos of his pieces, and post them on his website to showcase his finds. Nothing was being sold from the unit. There were no customers, no foot traffic, no business being conducted—just someone documenting and preserving vintage clothes. Chad said this was 100% fine.
Then the harassment began. Suddenly, we’re being accused of running a business—with zero proof. No evidence, no complaints, just assumptions.
And here’s where the nonsense really kicked in:
• Their website states unit access from 6AM to 10PM. But because my boyfriend is sometimes there 30 minutes, sometimes up to 2 hours, they claimed that was “excessive.” I asked: Is there a time limit during access hours? They couldn’t answer. Because there is no policy.
• We brought a personal power bank, charged off-site, to light the unit—because the lighting they provide is awful. That, too, was suddenly “not allowed,” but once again—no written policy to show for it.
• We had a desk and chair in the unit purely for storage. No electronics, no monitor—yet they claimed we were “setting up an office.” Completely baseless.
When I asked very direct, reasonable questions like, “If someone with OCD wants to come organize their unit every day, is that a violation?”—no one could give a straight answer.
And when I called about ending the lease, I was told I had to give two weeks’ notice—but the CubeSmart website clearly says just clean out the unit and remove your lock. When I confronted them with that, they immediately changed their story to match the website. So which is it?
? The staff is rude. The rules are made up. The management, especially Chad Miller, is dishonest and manipulative. They tell you what you want to hear until you’re locked in, and then do everything they can to make your experience miserable.
I will be contacting corporate. I’ll be posting this experience everywhere it matters.
If you value truth, privacy, and integrity—STAY FAR AWAY.
Update: just wanted to also provide an update on this review when terminating the lease agreement. This is the type of response that I get back to my email. The lack of unprofessionalism and respect is insane super Disappointed with CubeSmart as well as Chad Miller. The way this guy acts as well as his staff seems like a bunch of highschoolers. Very immature
Just met Q as we came in the office Q was very warm and professional and knowledgeable she made us feel at home and answered all our questions and we would certainly recommend our friends to to this location Q exhibited a lot of patience and friendliness towards us period We felt really comfortable speaking with a live person instead of being on line. The office environment was very clean we really enjoyed coming to the office especially being interviewed by. Q
I really want to thank Ms. Q for her patience and kindness towards me. It was a tearful journey when I opened my storage unit a year ago, but Ms. Q's friendly and understanding personality helped me through the heartache as I have moved from unit to unit and from one goal to the next. I. So thankful for her great customer service.
I spent half a day searching for a storage unit. this facility was recommended to me, and I can see why top notch clean, excellent customer service. Major phil at home, just completing the paperwork. very friendly offered water. walk me through the unit, showed me how to open to close it. Explain details on how to enter and exit top. Notch is all I can say. They deserve a ten plus I would highly recommend them to anyone.Congrats guys outstanding

I have been very happy with the service and the facility. It’s always nice and clean and I love that I’m on the 3rd floor with A/C. They always have carts for us to put our stuff on to bring to our unit. When I needed to add another unit they made it so easy for me. They just added the new unit to the account I already had and I didn’t have to sign another contract. I always feel save going here by myself day or night. It’s always very well lite. I highly recommend this place to store your stuff at a save place.
Everything was always clean and in working order/ carts available and never had any issues with other tenants. A code is needed not only to get into the building but just to get on property which made me feel safe when I was working on organizing my stuff there. The app worked well for billing but it wasn’t hard to get in touch with a real person when I had questions. I moved out on a weekend and forgot to turn off auto pay and they refunded me no issues. Very nice experience
Q was very helpful and sympathetic towards me, for my storage unit with a different company had flooded. She understood the urgency to find a unit right away so I could salvage the remaining dry items I owned.
It's so nice to have moving carts near the doors to accommodate with the moving process. The facility is very clean! The office is kept very nice as well. Q excels with her customer service !!
