I was involved in a car accident and Wes with Tri-County was very efficient in clearing my vehicle off the road and getting the accident scene cleared up. It was very easy for me to retrieve my belongings from my vehicle the next day at their All American Blvd tow yard. Thank you Wes for making an unpleasant situation tolerable.

I called my State farm insurance because I needed a tow I called him at 12:15 today on August 1st they told me would be probably about an hour or two well three hours later I still did not have a tow truck 4 hours later I still did not have a tow truck I decided to cancel them and call try county towing they were prompt the driver I think was Ryan or Brian a wonderful young man excellent very courteous we appreciate all the help he gave us so I would definitely recommend your tow company and if we ever need a tow we will be calling you first not happy with my State farm insurance company that I've been with for over 30 years thank you no contract no le and don't get any plan like unlimited talk text and six gigs of data for just $30 a month

There rude and disrespectful not the way to be in lol ife because always remember your just like y'all got on that hight horse the lord can bring you rat back down God says the same so treat a person how you want to be treated if it was you on the other side

Scam at Cassleberry location. This company was called to an accident by the police and while they diligently towed the car as requested, they failed to provide any information about their service fees. When we went to the site they had no paperwork to offer about their services and instead quoted two prices for the tow + 8 nights on the lot. Option 1: take the totaled vehicle off the lot for $700 Option 2: sign over the title and pay $200 These quotes were made arbitrarily and apparently on a whim, as there were no rates, calculators, etc. I asked the guy to write down the quote he was offering and he refused. He said to take him at his word. He was rude, dismissive, and appeared high. Currently researching this company’s legal history and my legals rights.

Rude, unprofessional, and incredibly unintelligent. The manager was beyond stupid.

They are just awesome. They fit me in their busy sch. They offered great rates in both things that I needed. I am very lucky I found their number and grateful for them.

I have to start by saying many thank you to Jennifer. You happened to be at the right place at the right time and without hesitation jumped right in to offer your husbands service. I was leaving Target and got my baby in his car seat. I then tossed my keys, wallet, and phone on the passenger seat closed the doors and came around only to find the driver door locked. I thought nothing of it and went back to the passenger side to let myself in only for that to be locked as well. Tried the back doors, locked as well. Now panic set in. I waved strangers down to call 911 my child was locked in the car with all the windows up. As we were waiting for the police to show up, Jennifer passed by and asked what was happening. Someone brief her in on the situation and she immediately contacted her husband who is the owner of tri-county towing and reassured us someone would be with us in 15 mins. The police and fire fighters showed up and attempted to unlocked the doors for 15 mins to no avail. That last option was to bust the windows. However, Jennifer stayed on scene updating us of their location reassuring us that won’t be necessary her guys had the tools that would get my son out in less than a minute. My son was smiling and waving to the officers so with no signs of distress we waited. True to her word, a gentleman showed up and got my door open in a minute or less. I’m upset with myself for forgetting his name, I would have loved to shout him out. He had great energy and was such a happy person that without knowing it he comforted my nerves and put me at ease. That man definitely loves his job and those he works with. I was expecting a charge, they didn’t even discuss payments with me. I thank them and we parted ways. Not all heroes wear capes. Many thank you again!

These people are not worth it at all, my car was literally 5 miles from my house and they charged me 200$ just for that! Insane!

The casselberry location has some very unprofessional men working for them. Their customer service skills are non existent. They don’t know how to talk to people. Not sure who owns this company, but they need to really be mindful of who their hiring.

They were a little late picking up my van, but they were very professional and when they got to my location they got the job done quickly.

I Had a flat tire just as it was getting dark. I was so upset that I began to have some minor medical problems! I had originally called another towing company in the community. I believe it was AA and J. The first company’s tow truck driver arrived and immediately asked me where my spare tire was. I told him that I never said that I had a spare tire and that I do not have one! Despite the fact that he was aware of the medical issues happening, he got an attitude and got angry and ran back to the tow truck, slammed the door and drove off! Then I called tri-county. Best thing I ever did! They arrived quickly and the driver, I believe his name was Joe, did an absolutely perfect job! They were everything that the original company had not been! The Tri-county driver was extremely professional and had the car on the flatbed so quickly I was shocked! He was very understanding that I was very distressed and having some issues and did everything he could for me! One of the most professional jobs I have ever seen! I will never understand why the first company had four stars in tri County only had three! If I ever need my car towed again Tri-county will be my first choice! Cannot say enough good things about the staff of this business from the young lady who was working as a dispatcher to the driver and everyone! CALL THIS COMPANY FIRST! You won’t be sorry!

I hated it first of all they gave me the run-around.. very poor customer service and people's skills ... All the items in my vehicle came up missing ... Behind their locked gates.....

Perhaps I did reveiw the wrong company, there was two tow trucks, I apologise for the lack of research of whom infact made the attempt to move our lift! I will do better when posting on the status of businesses in the future!

Racista and bad person they broke my truck They call me what i not white his call me imigrante i not recomend they are no profecional when tray lift up my truck they open big hole in the oil pan

**update from the rude reply "from the owner"** this was from hearing of my best friends' experience. Whoever is replying to this should see that I've never had a tow from this location personally, but I don't appreciate the way you treated a young adult when they had no one else to call on the 4th of July and Maitland Police Dept. was who referred them. Don't assume. ***warning to young folks, don't order a tow from this place, they will SCREW you out of your money and take advantage of you. This was result of a referral by Maitland Police Dept The problem wasn't having to pay the bill, the problem is the lying about payment methods, the improper way they give the paperwork for payment, and the overall attitude towards a customer. BEWARE! Also, I rarely leave 1 star reviews, but this one tops the cake. Congrats Tri County Towing Altamonte. I wish I could leave 0 stars

This was my first time having to have a tow and the guy (sorry I dont remeber his name) was awesome. He offered sugestions on what could possibly be wrong with my car. He told me a few things to have looked at before I go spending money on something that isnt the problem. I will definitely keep Tri County Towing in mind if i ever need another tow. Thank you for the kidness and advice on what could be the problem with my Chevy sonic.

Excellence and professionalism is in high supply. I had a issue with another towing company. I got in touch with wendy and she took time out of her extremely busy schedule and resolved my problem without any hesitation for which I am very thankful..Excellent company..

Tri County was prompt, professional and a great company. Their owners are community oriented and contribute so much to the community. This towing company is due a 5 star rating because of all of the above.

Pure awesomeness had Tim from Tri-County tow my $6000 tool box twice he was fast and treated it like was his own. Deffinetly recommend! Tim for towing anything at this point.
