Welp, as my spidey senses warned me and were right, this body shop is not the place to go for any type of repairs. They cut corners, don't order the right parts, nor do they install the right pieces needed. They’ll charge for recalibration when it’s not needed and the list goes on. My car was side swiped after the initial repairs were done, so I had to have my front bumper replaced again. Mostly cosmetic, but the body shop up here in Boston told me that there wasn’t a driver side bracket that was needed to keep the headlight supported and asked me if I knew anything about it, being that my car is a 2023. Needless to say, I told him the car was involved in an accident where it was parked and a truck ripped off my front bumper. Took it here to Paulks, and went through so many delays and inconveniences, as well as over charging for recalibrations. I guess that explains why my driver side headlight would shake when the lights were on. In short, avoid going here, go to a commercial body shop or one with a more reputable history.
Phil & Yvette were amazing from beginning to end! They were very detailed and did excellent work. I needed to replace a bumper trim, and the job was completed in no time. I also had both headlamps restored, and Phil personally took care of it in just a few minutes while we chatted. not to mention the price was very reasonable, not like so many auto body shops to say the least.

Not only will this body shop restore your car back to “ new” the owner of the shop Phil is extremely helpful and kind . Not a lot of good people out there and his prices are fair with exceptional work. I was referred to him by someone else and now he will forever be my go to for auto body work . They did a both a bumper replacement and full detail on my older Subaru. The repair was perfect but the detail was the best I've ever had on any car- ever! I cannot recommend them enough.
I my car there for over 2 weeks to get minor rear bumper fixed and when I picked up my car it was filthy, 0 miles left of gas(I left it with 1/4 tank) they swore it wasn’t driven and then all my electrical malfunction lights were on and I was told it was because a calibration needed to be done, well Paulks disagreed so I had to pay for it myself. Would not recommend.
The owners, Phil and Yvette, have been so easy to work with. I have a Lexus RX350 that got rear ended and the insurance we used was not great to say the least, but Yvette went to bat for me and was able to get everything taken care of! My bumper looked great and even when I had a minor issue arise, they were quick to fix and guarantee their services. Check these guys out for any vehicle damage you need repaired!
After being rear ended I chose Paulk's Auto Body for my car repair. Many years ago they did a great job detailing my car so they were the first place I thought of after this accident. They fought tirelessly with the insurance company to make sure my car was repaired properly and with official and good quality parts. It gave him a pristine 2006 Chrysler crossfire for a paint job. The paint job was a disaster, the worst paint job I've ever seen in my entire life. He also claimed that he do interior work which was horrendous, I had to take it to an interior shop and have it all redone. Word of wisdom, stay away from this shop. You will be sorry at the end.
When our son‘s car was totaled after only having it for two weeks, Paulks saved the day by getting it back to its normal state and usable again with their honest and affordable pricing! You could tell that Yvette and her husband truly cared about our family and helped us navigate the entire process. We would use them again without a doubt!

The repairs done also required painting the 2 doors on the driver's side of my Silverado. Eddie is definitely the person you want for a paint job! I couldn't be any happier with the final results. Yvette, Phil and their team are amazing and extremely welcoming! I want to share a shout out to them for fixing up my leather seats in my car. Had an ink stain that would not come out of my white seats just shy of three days after getting a new car! They were able to repair my car and make it brand new again! Phil did an amazing job helping me with my bumper, and even when the job he anticipated was above what was planned, he was still able to deliver to my needs in a timely fashion. The bumper was perfectly paint matched to the car, despite being sprayed separately, and the paint quality was smooth and clean. For any auto body needs, I highly recommend this business!

If you’re looking for an all around shop, Paulk’s auto body is the place to go. This company went to war for me to assure I kept my truck. They went above and beyond with repairs and kept me updated through whole process. Big props to Phil and his team. Took my 13 yr old, original paint, Subaru STI to get the hood repaired and painted. Also got the whole car waxed and buffed. The results are AMAZING!!! Showroom quality finish!

I can't recommend this place enough! I was referred here to get a quote on repainting my 2008 4Runner. It was chipping all over and beginning to rust due to age and the hot Florida sun. Phil was so helpful from start to finish! Not only did he explain the steps of the entire process, but he was also able to address some other concerns I had with the vehicle and gave me a great price! He went above and beyond by sending me pictures and videos to update me on the progress and was always very quick to respond to my phone calls and text messages. When I picked up my vehicle it was pristine, washed/waxed/detailed and literally looked BETTER THAN NEW!!! I'm very happy with my decision to trust them and couldn't be happier with the results!
