After spending a few minutes looking on the tool isle, I politely asked the woman up front if she knew where this tool was. She showed no interest in helping me at all. I don't mind paying for the more expensive pliers, but if I don't have to spend 10 additional dollars for something I need 1 time, I'm not. Either way, I politely asked for help, if your store does have it in stock, please politely do your job, check, and just tell me you don't have it in stock.

I recently purchased a windshield wiper that ended up flying off, and I went back to the store a few months later and told them what happened and they went and figured that it had not been locked down and Betzy, the manager was so gracious and gave the best customer service and replaced the wiper for me. We are senior citizens, and that kindness really helped our budget. We have always shopped AutoZone, but really appreciate their great customer service!!! thank you, AutoZone and thank you Betzy for taking such good care of your customers. You just made very loyal customers for life!

I had the pleasure of meeting Betzey this morning. My car was giving me trouble to start, but I already knew the battery was going dead, so I went straight to this Auto Zone and so happy I did. Betzey was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I was in and out within 20 minutes. They have most definitely gained a new customer. Thank you for your great service, Betzey. You saved my day!

I’ve had two disappointing experiences at this AutoZone location, both involving the same employee. About a month ago, my car needed a jump and I went inside to purchase a battery for my Mazda. I was told they had the battery, but the employee said it was raining and he wasn’t going to install it. I asked if I could come back later, and he told me flat out that he would not do it even if the weather improved. I was directed to Tire Kingdom instead, which I ended up doing. While that situation was at least understandable due to the weather, I returned today to purchase a headlight bulb and was again met with poor customer service from the same gentleman. I was told to look in the book and find the part myself and that help would only be provided if I couldn’t find it. I became visibly upset, and another customer noticed and kindly helped me find what I needed. I am very grateful for that. While I was there, another customer walked in and was greeted in a similar manner. The employee appeared confused by the customer’s warning lights and told him he couldn’t help. That customer became very agitated. As I was leaving, I did see the employee eventually go outside to assist him, but the interaction was already tense. Customer service should include basic help and courtesy, especially when customers are coming in for routine items. Unfortunately, both visits felt dismissive and unhelpful.

Take your business to O’Reillys. I went to autozone for a battery and already the lady had an attitude. I asked her if she could install a new battery into my car and she told me we won’t service your vehicle. I then asked her to charge my battery instead. She told me that I had to take it out my self and give it to them. I told her 6 months ago I went to that same autozone and they uninstalled my battery, charged it and reinstalled it. She was upset and said, I’ve worked here for over 4 years, we have never done that before. Either she is lazy or didn’t know how to change a battery, but she is the worst employee to deal with. Do not waste your time here

Exceptional service from Betsey and Gustavo. They go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Highly recommend this location. The Manager Betsey personally called me the next day to ensure everything worked out. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I got there at 8:50pm today 10/08/2025 and the manger talking bout I can’t get my cash returned today because she closed the register all ready.. what! The store close at 9:00pm why you locking up way before time told me to go to another store like they don’t close at the same time.. just horrible service

I like that they finally put a Auto Parts close to our neighborhood after 28 years the downfall is they play Spanish music and they call me Papi and I don't like to be called Papi. I do hope they change the music. But O'Reilly and discount is just a little farther down

I had the pleasure of working with Leighton today. I needed to purchase a new battery and have it installed. Leighton went over my options, told me about their rewards program, and had the battery installed, all within 20 minutes. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Overall a great experience. I highly recommend AutoZone and Leighton.

If Google reviews allow me to give them 0 star, I would. Allow me to begin by sharing my recent experience. Today, I visited this location to have my vehicle’s battery replaced. There were only two staff members present, and one of them assisted me. Initially, everything seemed fine, but the situation changed once the replacement began. The staff member removed my car’s battery in a rather forceful manner and didn’t clean the battery terminals, so I attempted to clean them myself. At that point, she asked me—quite impatiently—if I was finished. She even remarked that I could have my boyfriend change the battery for me. To clarify, if the shop does not provide battery replacement service, I would not have made the effort to come here and request assistance. Ultimately, while the battery was replaced, I sincerely hope that the level of customer service can be improved to better support customers in the future.

I needed to install a new engine air filter but I needed the t25 tool to get the job done. I didn’t know it was called a t25, but Jonathan knew right away which tool it was and completed a perfect install. Thank you!

They said they couldn't find my name or contact info to exchange the battery I bought from there company which was obviously still in warranty. They referenced me to a other store saying that they don't have access to the new system. Battery is 2 years old only. Not happu I got the run around. The manager stayed talking for an extended time to a person that was obviously there to flirt instead of being a customer. The other employee tried to help me but with no success. Saying that if I didn't have a receipt they could help me. The manager sent me to another store. She said that their facility is newer and that they do not have access to the old customer information. What?

I went to the new store to give them a shot at earning my business and boy did they! The store manager Betzy Velez was friendly and fun to talk with she made me feel very welcome into her store. The young man who helped me find the correct battery for my 2022 Subaru Outback Touring XT was Jonathon Mendez he always had a smile on his face even when he was installing my battery in 96 degree Florida weather. He tested everything before he let me leave. I am so glad that Auto Zone opened up in Altamonte Springs. Great job team!

Car wouldn’t start — AAA came out, tested the battery, said it was fine, and got it jumped. They advised me to head to AutoZone for a charge. I went to this location, and these guys saved the day. They confirmed AAA’s assessment, quickly got the battery on a charger, and had me back on the road in no time. Huge shoutout to Alex A. — he handled the removal and reinstallation of the battery, which is tucked into a super tight and frustrating spot on my Acura. Total pro. Appreciate the honesty, speed, and willingness to help. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back here again. Thanks again

A couple days ago I was having some issues with my car battery that I bought just over a year ago which had a 3 year warranty at an Autozone on Kirkman in Orlando and they couldn’t find me in the system when I called them to get my battery replaced, but nobody seemed to care at that location, but then I went into that store at Altamonte, which was the closest to me with the receipt from a year ago and the manager there named Betzaida Velez went above and beyond to get my battery replaced even though nothing was coming up on that computer that I purchased that battery from Autozone over a year ago. I was frustrated & disappointed because of that other store because they were very nonchalant about this whole situation, they didn’t seem to care at all and all I wanted was for someone to just help me out, but that manager Betzaida at store# 9224 not only replaced my battery, but she also went out with me & replaced my battery herself. Definitely a caring & nice human being who takes pride in helping customers and who knows what being a manager means. People like her are the ones who deserve to be in management position at Autozone.

Brand New Store in Altamonte Springs. Everything is in stock and new! Was greeted by Alex the manager. Devin C. the cashier gave us excellent customer service and has a wonderful smile! We will be back whenever we need auto parts.
