I own a moving company and needed three commercial batteries for one of our box trucks. I called about 30 minutes ahead, and the young man I spoke with had everything ready when I arrived. He personally loaded all three batteries, and I was in and out in less than five minutes. Excellent service, fast and professional—exactly what I needed to keep my business running smoothly.

Today woke up early to get my disabled scooter battery charged and checked ; sadly laziness stood in the way, for my surprised one hour and a half later nothing was done. Last time going to this location . If you have issues with your battery for disability scooters go elsewhere

I've shopped at this location twice, and based on both experiences, I would not recommend it. I believe it’s a franchise location, and in my opinion, it's poorly managed. First Visit: I went in to get the battery in my car fob replaced. As soon as I asked for the service, I was hit with a scripted pitch: “How we do things here is it’s $23.99…” — implying that this was the only option. I clarified that I just wanted a one-time battery replacement, not a plan or package. I paid the single-service fee and let it go, thinking the employee was just trying to earn commission. However, what bothered me more was the lack of transparency. Unlike other locations where they test the fob in front of you or at least show you the old battery, here they take it behind a wall where you can't see what’s happening. There's no way to know if they actually replaced the battery or not. Second Visit: I returned to simply buy a battery for my aftermarket fob. I clearly stated that I needed just the battery, nothing else. Again, I got the same sales pitch: “How we do things here is it’s $23.99…” I reminded them I only wanted the battery. The staff member looked up my car model, grabbed a battery from the shelf without saying a word, and handed it over. They wanted $10 for a battery that costs about $0.50. I don’t mind a reasonable markup, but this felt excessive. On top of that, the service was cold and unhelpful. Final Thoughts: If you check reviews before visiting places (as I do), be aware: this location seems focused on upselling rather than providing good service. Not all franchise locations are bad — I’ve been to others that were great — but this one has been consistently disappointing. I’d suggest avoiding this store.

I don't know if Icwould recommend regular batteries because I buy the cheap multipacks of generic batteries. But as far as CAR batteries, I think they have very good prices over all of the other auto parts retailers and a better inventory than Wal-Mart, which is usually sold out of the size I need for my cars. I needed a replacement for one I purchased just over 2 years ago. The warranty was 3 years,so they gsve me a brand new battery with no hassle.

I didn't know that Batteries+ sold auto batteries but, they not only do, they sell Duracell which has a consumer rating from 57 people of 4.9 out of 5. Great place to get any kind of batteries or bulbs. Reccommended.

Edit (2-27-25)... again. They have re-added me to their email list! Long story short, batteries are good, but they will add you to their email list... Even when they promised not to! I have blocked and reported each email as spam... not sure how they keep coming thru. (Edit #1) They responded and advised I would be removed... 4 stars for the service and customer service response. (Original review) No problem with the battery. Service at the store was good. Guy tested both old (undersized battery) and new battery. No pressure to buy. However they decided to re-subscribe me to their email list! I pitched a fit, they responded. All good now. (Companies need to remember... Most people don't like to be added to any email list!)

Joe was awesome, he helped me get the right battery quickly and changed it for me in minutes. I nor my family will go anywhere else for our battery needs as long as the team continues to deliver excellent customer service. If you are concerned about getting bad information or no help, go here. They are honest, polite and prompt.

I had a cracked screen on my I phone and my insurance company through T mobile sent me to Batterie Plus. I had no idea that they provided that type of service. I had a 5:30 PM appointment and I guy there a little early. I was quickly approached by the store manager Joe and he asked him how he could help me. I told him that I was there for a cracked screen repair on my phone. In order to perform this repair the “find my phone” feature had to be shut off. To do that I needed my Apple password and I had no idea what it was. As I struggled to find it in my phone and perform a password reset Joe showed a lot of patience and was very helpful! While I was doing that he helped out at least three other customers! I could tell that this guy really knew his job and customer service was at the top of his list! I waited out in the parking lot while he replaced the screen. When he was done he came outside to my truck and had me sign the necessary’s papers for the claim and I didn’t even have to get out of my truck! I’ve owned and operated an auto repair for 26?years and just like Joe we pride ourselves on customer service! I was very impressed, and I wanted to let the owners no that their store is in great hands when this guy is on the clock! I will refer as many people as I can as I was also made aware that they do much more than just batteries! Overall a very positive experience and I’ll be back in the future! Thank you Joe! AJ was super fast and super helpful answering questions and seeing to what was needed. On another visit, the agent helped us find the right battery and even helped us figure out how to install it. Highly recommend!

Horrible and rude customer service. I didn’t catch the name of the sales rep that helped me but she was extremely abrupt and when I went to pay, she started helping another customer half way through the transaction. She never even thanked me. Basically handed me my receipt while she was completely focused on the other customer. I won’t ever becoming here again. Amazon is much cheaper and better customer service.

I called to ask about my battery backup. AJ told me to bring it to the store and he could replace the battery for me. When I arrived he had the battery out and replaced it quickly. All with great customer service and a smile. I will be back!

As is stated in numerous reviews of this store, Parker is an absolute Rockstar! Came in to see if my battery was bad. He not not only gave me the correct battery but installed the new battery and really helped in making this an easy experience. We need more Parkers in the world today! Fantastic experience!

Had a little mix up with an online order. Posts were switched. Went back to the store and the proper battery was in stock so an easy exchange. Didn't have to wait for the batter to be delivered.

I was completely frustrated with service provided by a girl named “Destiny” who gave me the wrong replacement battery for a Waverunner. Joe Fitzgerald, manager of the Altamonte store, ultimately did the right thing and reimbursed me for all the errors made during this transaction. I’ve been a customer for over 15 years and glad to see there are business who value loyalty. I will continue to work with them.

It doesn’t get any better than this. I was having trouble finding a replacement battery for my 7,500 watt electric start generator and stopped in to check their store. The store had a great brand I respect, and the precise item I needed. The personnel were very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and the price was right. Then to top that experience, I connected the battery to my trickle charger when I got home, and my charger confirmed that the battery was “fully charged”! YAY to management and staff!

Recently purchased a 2020 Chevy Tahoe and received only one keyfob.The local car dealer was charging $500.00 for new fob and programming. This store had mine in stock, made the key and programmed it ,then I bought batteries for them,and it costs just over two hundred dollars. The male and female staff on duty were very pleasant, professional and courteous. I apologize I don't remember thier names.I will return for any future needs.,and highly recommend this store.

Staff was excellent, very friendly and knowledgeable. I actually waited for the service to be done and they accomplished it quickly without any difficulties. I was presidency surprised by all the lights and batteries that they had there, including a lot of smart home devices.

I had to stop in late to get my battery checked. Turns out, my Ridgeline needed a new battery. Mike was fast and friendly and installed it in just a few minutes. He was super professional and offered me the veterans discount, which was a huge help! Thanks, Mike, for taking care of me, and I'm sure countless others.

AMAZING SERVICE! I recently was dealing with some car issues and took it to a mechanic beforehand who told me I needed a new auxiliary battery and wanted over $300 for it onto of the $180 they already charged to look at my car. I decided to do my own research and ordered a battery online. When I arrived Joe wanted to double check that I got the right battery. He went out and tested my batteries and turns out I actually needed the main battery. He replaced my battery in a timely matter and was so so kind!

Mike and the staff was amazing. He knew my order before I told him and his co-worker immediately offered to load the new batteries into my vehicle. Within 3 minutes of my initial online order I was contacted by staff to make sure my order was correct (I checked out 6 separate times intentionally). While on the phone they advised they were short one battery, but would immediately leave and travel to a sister store to acquire the additional battery. Within an hour I was re-contacted and advised the order was ready for pickup. The staff was Knowledgeable, patient, and beyond friendly. I immediately recommended the store to a family member as I left the parking lot.

10/10 EXPERIENCE!! A staff member of the tire shop at Costco recommended the store after showing him that my key fob wasn’t working. I tried to fix it myself but I wasn’t successful. Everything from the quick service, saving me a lot of money from having to go to the manufacturer to look at my key to charge me, would be the reason I would come back again! I want to thank the staff at this location for helping me fix my key after having it not work for months! YOUR STAFF is KIND and efficient!! Would highly recommend to anyone that needs some battery or bulb assistance!

I went into the store in Altamonte Springs looking for replacement batteries for a motorized wheelchair. The associate was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He got the batteries, took them out of the box and tested them before he gave them to me. Great service and they cost less than many other places.

I had an excellent experience here. I needed the screen replaced on my phone. Matthew checked but it wasn't one they had on site. He advised for me to buy the screen and that a technician would replace it for me. I came back the next day with my purchased screen and sure enough, Mike replaced it for me. It took a while which allowed me to witness the WONDERFUL customer service that both Matthew and Mike displayed to all of the people that came into the store. They greeted everyone as they came through the door. There were several older customers including one with a flip phone that didn't work. Matthew was able to determine the problem and instead of trying to talk him into buying a smart phone or some other new expensive phone, he told him where he might be able to find another flip phone. Another customer came in with a broken watch band and Mike was able to fix it without charging. I am so glad to have found this place and well be recommending it to everyone. They appear to care about the people that walk through their door. I came back the day after so that they could put my new screen protector on, something that Mike offered to do for me. Your customer service was fantastic! My iPhone battery has needed replaced for a while and I was about to get a new phone ( that I didn't really want to spend the money on), because I wasn't sure that a new battery would be worth it. I stumbled on reviews for this store and thought for $50, I would give it a try. Justin did a wonderful job, and the work was done quickly and well. The battery came with a warranty and it has only been a couple of days, but seems to be going strong. I don't need to keep my phone plugged in constantly. Great service all around. Will definitely recommend.

While in person, the staff was awesome, very polite, and helpful. But over the phone, it is hard to get a straight answer. Getting a different story every time I call about repairs to my phone. In person I was told it would take a day or two, over the phone the story was 5 to 7 days. I do not know who to believe. I all I do know is that it has been a couple of days, still no repaired phone back in my hand, and no one even knows if the part has been ordered! Lack of communication is astounding to me Edit: I did get it back, as good as new. The staff made it good with me, and I would heartily recommend them to anyone! Oh, and if you need key fobs programmed for your vehicle, take it here, they are easily half the price of any of the nearby locksmiths!

Jason was wonderful. He waited on my mom and I. I needed new batteries for my scooter and he put it in quickly. A great place with friendly people. I will be back in the future. These guys are great! Bought a hard to find battery for my 2015 Suburban online and they called me when it was ready. Then they installed it for free! Great service, very fast and friendly. I highly recommend batteries plus in Altamonte Springs. Jason did a great job.
