My friend broken down in the middle of the street and Ernesto came out to help us about 2 weeks ago. He had great communication and was very funny! Reasonable price! Turned a stressful situation into a positive experience! Will definitely use them again!!
I was picked up by one of their drivers which requires that they have a CDL license and the guy didn't even speak English. Very uncomfortable to try to communicate with somebody like this and unprofessional. Hopefully now with the CDL regulations this company has purged itself of drivers that cannot speak English
I had a great experience with Ernesto! Very timely and he provided great communication about my car. I’m glad he was able to help me with my car and will use him in the future if I ever need to!!
Plan for them to try to keep your car. If you call and ask for the amount owed, MAKE SURE you ask them to text you proof. They will lie and add $100 more once you come up with the money if you can't prove what they said over the phone. I know if someone says $267 versus $367. Those two numbers don't even start off sounding the same at all lol but that's the stunt they pulled. I'm sure it was $367, but when they lie and tell you it's less you will be left without your car because your short money. And they know, once it gets too high you won't be able to take it out. It's a $13k car so I'm sure they would love to keep it lol NO THANKS! But thought I'd give everyone a heads up on how deplorable these ppl can be while they literally mess with and try to destroy lives.
The driver did not speak any English, so communication was horrible. Secondly, they took my vehicle to the tow yard instead of the shop I asked for. They told me I’d see the bill in my email. But now they won’t let me go pick up the bike because it’s the weekend so now it’s just racking up my bill
Tried to get car from yard gat locked and no answer on phone been calling for 8 days and drove there 3 times. Left 3 messages with my number and no call back. Can't get in touch and bill is most likely going up everyday.
Horrible. Paid 225 for a trip less than 5 miles away but because they work with the city they think that’s an ok price wouldn’t recommend unless your insurance is taking care of it
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. When we asked what it would cost to tow a vehicle to our house. We were told a price and when they arrived with the vehicle the price was doubled. We discussed the miles and price before they even towed. This company is dishonest never use them.
The driver was very kind and only had to tow our car two blocks after I had an automobile accident. We paid $150.00 plus tip in cash; this happened two days before Christmas 2022! After the Christmas holidays, I asked no fewer than 4 times via text for a receipt; I should have asked for one immediately, however...
To this day, April 18th, 2023, I have received absolutely no communication. They were called by the police who arrived at my accident, so I am thinking that they might have a contract with Seminole County. However, I am going to pursue this with Seminole County, because, if they do, then they should act professionally and not like some fly-by-night business!
These people never pick up the phone, give a run around. Says a manager would call back to provide updates on services required or assistance needed. This place is a complete scam!
This person drives like a maniac. I have dash cam footage of him driving off the road on 417 to pass someone. Don’t bother wasting your time with this company, they are careless.
Liked them just not their rules. I believe that if you buy custom stuff, you should be able to get it out and give the original back. Nope not aloud, but but but but if you have so.e one awesome thats dealing with you they might just let it slide. The car lots trying to get over on people all the time, no one likes seeing that happen to some one. Pritchett towing is great
