They took $20 dollars off the alignment, but then it had to $20 dollars in shop fees.It's kind of humorous, just leave the price as is and be honest with the customer.
Came in at 6:30 with a nail in my tire, the guys helped me out were able to get me a new tire and rolling. Huge thank you to Ron and the mechanic that stayed to help me. This has reenforced the fact Firestone is my new tire place.
Ran over a screw while working an hour from my home tire was slowly leaking air I wouldn't have made it home...This Firestone patched the tire up and had me on my way in less than an hour...very greatful they were able to help me out same day so I wouldn't be stranded ? 2/13/26
Excellent, professional, courteous service. Ron was particularly helpful. I was a walking with an urgent problem. He work to fit me in as soon as feasible. I will definitely return to this center when I require future maintenance or repairs.
I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience at this Firestone location due to unprofessional behavior, rude customer service, misleading time estimates, and a complete lack of communication.
I had a scheduled appointment for 4:00 PM. Around 12:00 PM, a staff member called and asked if I could come earlier at 3:30 PM, which I agreed to as a courtesy to them. When I arrived and checked in, the woman at the counter told me the service would take “about an hour and some change,” so I reasonably expected to be done shortly after 5:00 PM.
Instead, my car was not even put on the lift until around 4:22 PM. By 5:00 PM, only one tire had been removed, and by nearly 6:30 PM they were still not finished with the installation.
When I approached the counter to ask for an update, the man behind the counter first told me it would be done by 6:00 PM. That time came and went with no completion, no updates, and no explanation.
When I asked again, I was met with a hostile and rude attitude, as if I was inconveniencing the staff simply by asking a reasonable question about my own vehicle and time. I was made to feel uncomfortable and disrespected for doing nothing more than seeking basic communication.
Between the excessive and unreasonable wait time for a simple tire installation, the misleading and changing time estimates, the lack of proactive communication, and the rude, dismissive behavior from staff, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had.
I would not recommend this location and will not be returning.
Horrible experience this morning, called to schedule a tire rotation for 10am. Informed Ron the service tech I had a doctor's appointment at 11:30am. He said no problem and that they would inspect the vehicle & rotate the tire for me cool no problem.
I was told 45 mins when I spoke with Ron the day prior over the phone. 11:15am rolls around and I was told give me 5 more minutes, I reminded Ron about my doctor's appt and he told his tech to back my truck out. He informs me there's no charge because no work was done to which I was shocked we schedule a tire rotation, no? He informs me they inspected the vehicle but hadn't rotated the tires. Great priorities, remind me who get paid if he sells me something? They recommended I get a new battery which hasn't been a problem for me once. So I got to wait an hour and 15 minutes with no work being done just so they could try and sell me something I didn't need. Thanks so much for the work firestone, I would have had no problem if they inspected the car and did the work in that amount of time but all they cared about was their pockets today.
Poor experience, poor quality service and poor management all the way around. Prioritize your customers first request Firestone, do the work you were hired to do.
We have been bringing our cars to Firestone Altamonte for years. We are always treated fairly, given thorough explanations of what services need to be provided for my car(s) and today when picking up my car, my son brought in his Donkey Kong toy car that needed to be “fixed” and Daniel super glued it back together for him, made his day!
I had a great experience, thanks to Dan and the entire team. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain everything without pressure. The service was efficient, honest, and exceeded my expectations. It’s refreshing to work with a team that genuinely cares about doing the job right and providing excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be returning to this location and recommending Dan and his team to others.
Don't go to this place if you don't want to be scammed! Asked for a quote to fix my passenger window and was very specific that the problem was the window regulator. They told that they'll have to see the car. I brought the car already with the door panel opened, showed that the motor was working but the clips that hold the glass broke but they insisted to just give me a quote without drop the car. Two hours later they called me with a quote of $480 to fix it. I rejected and to get the car had to pay $113 for "inspection". The plastic clip broke was even at the exactly same place that I saw inside the door before, they didn't touched the car... The so called "inspection" costed more than the whole window system (not just the clips).
Unfortunately that's how those place make their money, but hopefully this information helps others to not be scammed!
I called Sunday afternoon as I needed a tire rotation/alignment and I had low pressure in one tire. I had every intention of dropping my vehicle off that afternoon for pick up the next day. I dropped my vehicle off at around 12:45pm and was told it might be done the same day. I got the call approximately 2 hours later that my vehicle was done! I have been using the Altamonte Springs location for approximately 3 years now as it is close to my residence and work. Every appointment has been great!
What a great experience. Can't remember the gentleman's name that was at the front desk, but he was very pleasant and friendly. They got my tire in for a flat repair quickly and did a great job.
Went in for an oil change and tire service and service personnel were so nice and informative. Didn’t feel like I was pressured to purchase anything extra. Very good experience and they’ve definitely earned my business in the future. Thank you!
Best experience ever. We are here out of town from Miami doing a project for the city of Altamonte Springs and Cathcart Construction , we had a bad tire on one of our trucks and this girl welcomed us with open arms. Prompt service , fair pricing. I highly recommend.pricing was so good we bought 4.
I had to get a tire replacement, and from the start, Ron and Siani were very attentive to my needs. Together, they served me with the highest quality service, and both Ron and Siani are very personable and amicable. Siani happily adjusted my invoice, as a mistake was made. Ron referred me to a rim repair shop, which was very helpful.
All in all, I love getting my car serviced at Firestone Altamonte, and highly recommend them to anyone who needs vehicle repairs.
I had the pleasure of interacting with the Managed, Daniel and Kevin. I must admit Daniel was the most professional, approachable and friendly person I've met in this business of automotive care.
He went above and beyond to answer questions I presented. Kevin, was needless to say very professional but provided exemplary customer service. He has a spirit of making sure the work that do is done accurately and throughly. Joe was a pleasant addition as well. I highly recommend Firestone auto care. I say this because I hv an Acura ILX and normally go to dealer so this is a first for me at Firestone. I must admit I am glad I do. Thank you for taking care of my car.
Ps. There was also Siani. I can't say enough about her. A week ago I was at car wash and shockingly my car wouldn't start. I casually went over to Firestone and explained my situation and she without hesitation offered to help and they did. What a relief. That initial contact with her and Kevin brought me back to Firestone. Stellar service and professionalism. I encourage you to stop by a s check them out. I am confident you'll be glad you did as I was.
Very knowledgeable and customer service is great from all workers. My car is in a bad shape from neglect and not really knowing much about maintenance. On two occasions they walked me through all the issues and educated me. They also helped me out as much as possible with the expenses, because the total estimate is a hefty bill! Had a last-minute tire emergency and called around to multiple shops. I spoke with Siani and she was awesome! She answered the phone immediately, had the tire in stock, and got me in with the quickness. I walked in, got it done, no hassle. Exactly how a shop should operate!
Because i was there on two occasions i was impressed by the Customer Service and work done on my Toyota as i am restoring it. With only 63,000 miles on a 97 Camry i am picky about the work done. But as i stated i was very impressed.
Bought tires there a few years ago and very happy with product. Anyone can stop in to have your tire air pressure checked and adjusted, complimentary. Friendly, knowledgeable technicians.

The staff was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly before getting started. My car runs so much better now, and they even finished faster than I expected. I really appreciate their honesty and attention to detail — definitely my go-to place for car maintenance from now on!
I came in close to closing needing a new tire and of course it was too late to get service which I understood. I booked an appointment and Siani helped me by putting air into my tires and hooked me for the next available appointment. The next day the service was so smooth and comforting very helpful staff keep up the good work!

Let me start by saying Jesus is the one who brought us here to this exact location and he continues to show us this is the right place to go. The staff are friendly and honest, they do everything they can to make it as affordable as possible. I have had to bring my 2001 PT cruiser up here 4 times now and every time the Lord Jesus and the amazing staff here have continued to do amazing work on my car and keep it running. I love this Firestone and I will never take my car anywhere else.
Life Savers! Both my front Tires were bald and back tires were also bad. Came in within the last hour of the business being open and they got me 4 brand new tires with full service. They were done within 40mins and whole time had a smile on their face.
Amazing service and top notch professionals.
