They don’t respect their customers. They don’t accept returns. Go to some place else. Be careful. Don’t waste your time and money here. Check out all the bad reviews. They all say the same thing. Rude, unprofessional and disrespectful people and business behavior.

They did not want to replace a blower motor that I bought on 2/17/26 and tried to returned on 2/18/26. No sign or no information on the receipt saying that I could not return electric parts. How i should know that, if no prior information was given

Giancarlo went above and beyond to calm a very stressful incident where my children and I were broken down. It was dark and we felt insecure but he invited us into the store while we waited on the tow service. He spent a good amount of time on the phone with my husband explaining the situation which reassured him. He is an honest and compassionate young man and it was a blessing to meet him.

I had an extremely disappointing and uncomfortable experience during my visit. What should have been a simple quick stop turned into an ackward situation involving inappropriate behavior from an employee. No customer should ever feel harassed or unsafe in a place of business. It’s clear that their reputation is slipping, and encounters like this only make it worse. I was so uncomfortable that I genuinely considered calling the police. No one should be put in that position, especially in an environment that’s supposed to be welcoming to customers. Unless this business makes serious changes to its staff training, oversight, and customer safety policies, I cannot recommend it to anyone and will continue to spread my word. I’ve learned that other customers and employees have reported similar issues, which is deeply concerning. This suggests that the problem isn’t an isolated incident but something that needs immediate attention from management. It’s a serious red flag for the company’s culture and oversight.

I’ve had uncomfortable experiences at this location. Some employees mix their personal life with their job, asking customers for personal information and making comments that feel more uncomfortable than customer service. It scares customers away, we’re just trying to shop, not deal with someone treating it like a dating situation. This kind of behavior makes the store feel unwelcoming, and it really needs to be addressed. Until then, I won’t be returning to this store. I prefer shopping at AutoZone because they maintain a professional, no nonsense atmosphere. The staff is always knowledgeable, and focused without any of the distractions or unnecessary personal interactions. I really appreciate how Auto Zone keeps the customer service relationship professional, which makes my experience feel more quick, efficient and comfortable. I’m there to get what I need for my car, not to deal with anything outside of that. If you're looking for a place where the employee customer interaction stays strictly business, without any of the awkward "dating vibe" or flirtation. AutoZone is definitely the place to go. I’ll keep returning for the straightforward, hassle free service. Highly recommended!

My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. Prices are high compared to the store down the street, which offers better discounts and more affordable options. Customer service here has consistently been unhelpful, and on several occasions I felt very uncomfortable. Overall, this has been one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had, and I would not recommend this location. Customers should never have to worry about being approached in a personal or suggestive ways when all we want to do is make a purchase. This behavior drives people away, and it’s unacceptable that it continues. I will not be returning and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

I always have a great experience at this store. The free installations and checks are great, and they never pressure you to make purchases or upgrades while doing it. The staff is very friendly and you can tell they all enjoy working together. Very glad I live right around the corner from here!

Yesterday afternoon, I had some car trouble at the circle k gas station on 436. A guy by the name of Joey who had Advance Auto parts logo on his shirt helped me out and got me going again. He said he worked up the street and just got of the clock. I truly appreciate him going out his way for me. Nice to see people like him are still out there. Thank you Joey!

Bought a TIPM from them for my Ram 1500, turns out it was faulty. Wouldn't recommend this parts store as they sell broken parts.

I only gave it a three star because they had what i was looking for (which took time to find) and it was a calm environment. With that said the customer service sucks. Asked a gentleman where can I find a certain tool and he just pointed instead of just physically showing me. The two other females that were there were to into their personal conversations then attend my payment. I waited patiently (because I also work at retail) but I would never give that kind of service to my customers because I know how a customers experience is what can make a break a customer being a regular. Next time I'm going to take a few extra minutes to go to autozone since it's in the same area in altamonte springs.

I came into the Altamont location store #9123 and was greeted by the friendliest employee named Gregg. I was aimlessly, staring at all of the car washing and wax products when Gregg offered to help and asked me what exactly I was looking for. I was explaining to him I went through the car wash, and it left a very unusual iridescent spotty film on my black vehicle. He could’ve just pointed out a couple products or given a recommendation but instead he walked out to my vehicle to take a better look. When we came back inside, he showed me several items that he thought would help. Here’s where it gets better. Not only did he recommend an amazing product, He read the instructions and suggested a specific polishing cloth that I wouldn’t have even thought about getting. The point of me writing this review is to say that it’s the tiniest things that make the biggest difference in someone’s day. A little bit goes a long way!!! Thank you, Gregg for saving the day for me. I was at my wits end and thought my paint was ruined. You are excellent at your job And I hope more people are lucky enough to find you like I did. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Walked into Advanced Auto Parts and counted four employees who saw me standing there—not one offered to help for at least five minutes. I get it if they’re busy, but there was zero acknowledgment. Finally, someone decides to help, and it only goes downhill from there. I brought in a DieHard Gold battery that died in less than a year. It’s supposed to be a three-year battery, yet I’m told it was only covered for 90 days. Seriously? Why would I spend $140 on a battery here when I can buy the same type for $35 on Amazon? I expected a quality product and a solid warranty from a well-known brand. Instead, I got overpriced junk with a misleading guarantee and lousy customer service to top it off. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration—shop elsewhere

Visited this location today and I just want thank Luis for helping me!!! I had called the Longwood location and they refused to change the connectors to the terminal of my car battery so I decided to come to this location and Luis helped me find them, and also changed them no questions asked!!! i been a Elite AAP customer for like 12 years and have lived in orlando that period of time. THIS particular store is the absolute worst one every single time I have to go here. I ALWAYS avoid this store. the first time I came in I stood at the counter while 3 employees just talked to each other while I stood there for 5 minutes before saying a word to me with no one else in the store. then the second time two people working but no one was at the front desk for about 10 minutes . i hate that this store is the hub. all the other stores I never have a issue.

Amazing service!!!! I went to couple of store before coming to this and no one want it change the battery of my car because it was to much labor, I can to this store and men day and night . This Amazing lady help out with no questions ask, she took control and change that battery in 5m with long beautiful nail and everything and under the rain. What a service, I thing her name was Yami .Thank you so much for helping me out!!!

Would not take return. Did not look at item, did not reference their nonreturnable item list online, etc. Just flat refused. I took it to another location and, lo and behold, the manager there gave me the return no problem. Screwing me out of money is a way to lose me as a customer and go to O'Reillys etc. Luckily the other manager knows how to conduct business so I'll be returning, but only to their location.

I was stuck in the parking lot & everyone was so nice. I know they could not actually do the work needed on my car, but they let me work on it and kept checking in on me. When I wasn't sure of what u was doing, they gave advice & I got the job done. Thank you So much! U were all amazing!!

Placed online order and received an email five minutes later advising one of the items was canceled. I received a phone call advising they did indeed have the item, but would have to pay for it in person. When I arrive in person, they advise they accidentally canceled the entire order and would have to pay again. They said they could not honor the discount code I used online and would have to place the order online again. Very unprofessional and extremely inconvenient. With there being so much competition in the market, you would think they would try to make it up to the customer. Not here. Order: 373790484

The experts at this place are very helpful. I was in line to purchase a tow rope (that one of their associates suggested to me based on the needs that I expressed to him) when a group of younger guys came in and you could tell we're in a hurry and in the desperate need of a car part that I had never heard of before. They all scattered around the store looking for it but eventually came back up and hit up the sales associates at the counter for assistance. Come to find out, they were dirt track racers and needed a very unique part that this store didn't have in stock. By the time I got checked out, the associates all came together in a huddle with these kids and found another store close by that would hold it for them so that they could make it to the track on time. I loved just being the fly on the wall watching these associates figure out what they were needing and then finding it for them to save the day. Job well done to ALL the associates and managers of this store. Sean really helped me get my car up and running. My battery was dead.he came and fix the issue in 10 min I was broken down and had to get to work within 30 minutes. He came right away replace my battery terminals and got my car started and on time to work very helpful very kind. Great customer service job done in a fashionably Time manner

Shout out to Yamilca at this location! After getting horrible customer service regarding my faulty battery needed replaced at the Forest City location I was recommended to come to this location. I was in earlier and having the worst day and Alexander was so nice and patient with me and explained exactly what I needed and why, looked up the cheapest parts that I could get and ordered it for me to get it there for me by tomorrow. He said it costs zero dollars to be nice and I left in tears but in a good way because man I really needed just One person to be nice to me, thank you so much Alex you don’t realize how much that 10 minutes you spent with me turned my day around.

Been going to the store for a while actually bought a motor here for my truck when they first opened. They had seemed to have always have nice people. Update went back 6/26/23. I was able to understand the person helping me and they were easy to work with getting my part.

Quick efficient service - ordered what was needed - be at store in a week - the only issue I have is not with AAP but the fact that Jeep can be so greedy to charge so much for a right rear lower body reflector! Would never buy Double $ @ Jeep with a AAP $38 part charge for a 3x5 inch piece of shaped red plastic! No wonder their vehicles cost way TOO much!
