I went there for a battery replacement, and they broke my Taptic Engine. Attempted to fix it and eventually js told me to deal with it, even tho they broke it in the first place. Had to go to a different location for them to replace my phone.

On the phone I was told that they would look at my pc and tell me why it won’t power on, free of charge but I had to make an appointment. Once I was in the store they try selling me a 100$/year plan for a top tier diagnostic and if I didn’t get the plan it was still 100$ for the basic diagnostic test. Didn’t even bother looking at the pc. Waste of time. If the basic was 50$ would have considered it. Rip off and bunch of liars

The worst experience I’ve had ever. I purchased a printer from amazon but not being technical I hired a geek squad technician to come and hook it up, I spent $106.00. The guy shows up and can’t fix the printer it’s damaged so I have to return to Amazon. He then tells me that Best Buy had a very good printer on sale for 79.99 he encouraged me to get it, I needed a printer fast, so I said ok order it, gave him my credit card, he keyed the info into his phone, I asked for a receipt and he said I would get an email with the order number and confirmation number. It was supposed to arrive the next day 3/20/23. It never showed up. I called support first I couldn’t understand what these people were saying heavy middle eastern accent, all in all I got transferred 7 times and hung up on 4 times. I’ll have to dispute that charge on my credit card when I get the statement because I don’t know which credit card I used. I will never use them again and never buy anything ever again from Best Buy!!!! They should also refund me the $106.00 for the tech that came for 5 minutes! I’m furious!!!

Took nearly 40 minutes to apply a screen protector to my iPhone. Took my phone back, and I sat and waited 40 minutes until the worker went back to check on it.

I made an appointment here to replace the battery on my iPhone. I even though they were short staffed, it took them a whole hour to put in my work order after figuring out if they even had the battery. Then I was told I’d get a call for pick up and to wait an hour. It’s not rocket science to replace a phone battery. After 90 minutes I finally get my phone back. TOTAL TIME: 2 1/2 hours! What a waste of my time!

I took my macbook air m1 in today and they did a geat job!!! It took about 5 minutes and they fixed the issue. It was minor fix and i was on my way. Thanks guys i will def use you in the future.

What a waste of my time. I needed my battery replaced in my iPhone. Apple’s site offered the option of going to Best Buy. After scheduling an appointment through the Apple site (with my iPhone model and serial number available) I show up on time to find that they don’t have a battery. They suggested I go to the Apple Store which I could have done already had I known my visit to Best Buy would have been a waste. Lesson learned!

I took my computer here after my monitor displayed a no signal message. When I told the young man at the front counter the issue I was having, he said they did not work on monitors. I asked him if he can check out the tower. He plugged the tower up to their monitor and it had the same message. After he took it to the back for the technician to look at it, he came back and told me that there's nothing that they can do for it and it's 12 to 15 years old. I ended up taking my computer to Refresh Computers in Longwood. It was diagnosed that a few wires were loose and I was out of there within 10 minutes. I will never go back to this store again and I'm extremely disappointed with the level of service here. Please hire better technicians!

Went in for a warranty replacement for my Airpod Pros. I was told they would do the replacement there and they even called the morning of the appointment date to confirm what I needed. When I arrived they said they had limited stock so they would not do the replacement and the only other option is sending them in to Apple, however if I chose that option I would have to pay first. I told them it was covered under warranty and they still refused and wanted me to pay. They then said go to an Apple store and have them do it. They did not care at all for my time or inconvienence to me. Very poor attitudes with the employee and manager. Will not return.

My wife purchased a new HP laptop from Best Buy last year, and we asked the GS to transfer from the old pc to the new. From the 1st day we received this from the GS, and after we had purchased a maintenance plan, this laptop has not worked for longer than 1 week, without a failure to send and receive messages. the have been at LEAST 15 different GS "tech"? people to remote in to correct, and numerous times, have been awake all night waiting for them to go in and correct, and not so much as even a courtesy call to explain it would be accessed for repairs, We are 1 year into this nightmare, and even went as highs level 3 to correct the issue, and as of today, it remains uncorrected. I would never recommend this "outfit" to anyone. If there were a way to give them zero stars I would. Please do not use the Geeks for any PC repair, or maintenance.

Carlos at Geek Squad is the absolute worst and refuses to help the customer. He sits behind his desk and hides. Makes the customer call geek squad even though the customer is standing at the geek squad desk. Carlos gave the same treatment on to separate occasions within a 30 day period. Steer clear of this location. Do not purchase their protection plans either as you are charged monthly and then have deductibles that are outrageous ending up costing you twice what the original product cost.

Do NOT take your computer here. They don't answer phones, lie about repairs and updates, and the service for repair is slow. Was promised a 3 week repair and it’s now 5 weeks and computer is still missing. They have no clue what’s going on. I highly regret buying warranty with this company.

DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR COMPUTER! I accidentally unplugged my 5 month old computer in the middle of an update. The computer still worked but would take about 30 minutes to work through a grey screen of annoyance. However, it STILL worked. I dropped it off to them to correct it, said they would back everything up then repair it. This will be my 3rd visit now (2 days of work at a time even with "priority") and it STILL takes 10 minutes to startup AND they managed to lose my entire C-drive! Seems they only backed up my downloads. EVERYTHING is gone.

Extremely slow. Waited 20+ minutes for them to put a screen cover on a phone. It had air bubbles and had to wait for the them to do it a second time with another long wait.

I would never recommend Geek Squad. My 6 month old TV went out. I called Geek Squad after a 20 minute chat session that went no where. They said I had to call Samsung. I finally got them to come out. They said they had to order parts and would be back in a week. It's been a week. They now tell me the parts weren't available and I'd get a call within two days for a status? I had to fight for an appointment. I had no update that parts were not available--what were they doing, waiting for me to complain? I used Best Buy/Geek Squad so I could just call and get things fixed. If I had to do it again, I would never use Best Buy or Geek Squad. I'll get a local retailer that actually cares about their customer.

Annoyed to have hauled my giant desktop in only to find that they won't even let you leave your computer to be looked at later without an appointment. This is customer NO service. I'll buy my technology elsewhere now.
