I sold this company a 04 Dodge Caravan, when I was quoted $550 I was ecstatic. Unfortunately that where the excitement ended.
The van has been sitting for a few weeks so it would not start without being jumped off, which I have no way of doing. The person that quoted me said that would not be an issue, they are only worried about having all 4 tires that hold air, the original catalytic converter, battery, keys and title.
This can had all of that.
When the driver arrived to pick the van up he did his inspection and tried to give me $200. I tried to explain about the quoted price of $550. (There was a language barrier, unfortunately my Spanish is not the best, Google translate helped a lot) he walked away to call his supervisor. In the meantime I called the company back to get clarification and got the person who quoted back only the line and she was sympathetic and told me their should be no reason the driver should be deviating from the quoted price. So she transferred me to dispatch who were no help whatsoever the first person stated "I'm in dispatch I have nothing to do with the people who quoted you" and hung up on me, when I called back another person answered and tried to fight with me after I told him I was just hung up on by the last dispatcher. He said he would handle it and he hung up on me also. That's when the driver came back to me offering $300.
I'm having financial troubles and was told the can had to be gone today no matter what, and had no choice but to accept. I feel like I've been scammed.
Moral of the story, I do not recommend using this company for anything as they're unprofessional and uncaring for the people they serve...

Bad business!! They quoted me $470 over the phone to only come and tell me the same thing about the catalytic converter is aftermarket and they would only give me $200. And after you call them once they will not stop calling you back until you sell them the car.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. Quoted $450 over the phone for a car that they would part out at over 4K with just engine, transmission and body panels. Very unprofessional and dishonest. Do youself a favor and work with other car buyers.
AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COST. I was quoted $700 for my car. Then when the guy looked at it, he gave me a BS excuse about how my catalytic converter is after market and they couldn't honor the original quote. They couldn't even meet me at $500. They will SCAM YOU. AVOID LIKE THE PLAUGE.
My husband and I were calling around to find the best price to sell our car. Unfortunately, we didn't realize we had contacted the same person multiple times. The lady we spoke to became upset and said she didn’t have time to keep creating tickets. She hung up on us after telling us to have a great day and claimed we were wasting her time. Overall, the customer service was very rude and seemed to be run by people who should not be in customer service roles. I wouldn't want anyone representing my business if they behaved like that.
I’m giving a five because Anthony was great but initially they told me one price and took 250 off because of an aftermarket catalytic converter that I had no idea was on there.
Got quoted 550 only to get 400 and then the tow truck guy came out of his own pocket with another 50 to try to make up the difference which is sad this company should never be doing that to people if you quote $550 you pay $550 you guys still owe me $100 and you owe the driver $50
Went Very smooth and they gave me exactly what I was quoted online just know that if they come out to pick up the car and there are parts missing you will not get what you were quoted. I most definitely will recommend these guys to everyone that I know that needs to get rid of a vehicle. The whole transaction took less than 10 minutes.
Great experience! The worker who picked up my car (Vilo - not sure if i spelled his name right) went above and beyond to help me ensure I got as much money as possible out of my car. He did a thorough overview of the process, called multiple junkers near me to ensure i was getting the best price, and completed the entire transaction and handed me my cash in less than five minutes. Great experience! If i ever have to junk a car again - I 100% will be using this service. Thank you!
Vilo I think was his name was very polite. Was quoted 550 but when he got here couldn't get the price quoted he explained why very professional and tried to get us more.
I had a great experience selling my car to All Car Buys today. The tow truck driver Ventura arrived 30 min early at my location. He was very knowledgeable and very professional. We had a great conversation the whole time. Overall I will totally recommend this company to my family and friends in the future. Be careful of all the reviews here. Very clearly stated everything about my car prior to pickup, and they quoted $600. They arrived 2 hours late, even after numerous times of me calling to check in, then when he got here he looked at the car for 30 minutes and was waiting sending texts back and forth to "headquarters". Felt like they were stalling.
Ultimately, he then offered me $300. I told him that's nothing of what they quoted originally, and I was able to negotiate back up to $450. He told me to call customer service the next day, I did and left a message for a manager. The lady said they would call me asap. Nothing after that.
Texted in as well, no responses. Find another company. Buyer beware. They will not give you the money they quote online, and had I not been in a rush to get it out I definitely would have sent them away.
I set up my deal online and by phone very fast. I sent pictures of every angle to view the car and got a $600 offer. I had to drive over one hour to meet with tow truck driver who took more pictures and said he had to send them to his boss before payment is made and then tells me they will only offer half of my original offer. Car had no damage anywhere to merit that action. Dirty trick
My over all experience was Great. The driver was punctual, and professional, but he didn't stop there like most do, he was a genuinely pleasant and personable human being. And I appreciate his contribution in making a bad situation easier to tolerate. Much appreciation. In this crazy world we live in, may everyone run into someone that makes them smile and enjoy their day a little more.
