Maurices is the best they always there to help been coming there for about 25 years I have older cars so they always break down. His tow truck drivers are always helpful and nice. I feel relieved knowing they are there.just bought a used car had them serviced it runs amazing
Jay was my driver. Car died at a stoplight of pretty major intersection. He showed up quickly and gave me a nice break to move it to a safe location while I arranged a long distance tow to get it back home. Much appreciated.
I had a tire actually come off the rim on my corvette!! I’m in the middle of nowhere and was happy I had bought an AAA membership. I called them and Maurice auto repair for a new tire. He had to go an hour away to get my tire. After 9 calls and AAA NOT HELPING. I called back Maurice and he sent a tow truck right out and 35 minutes later I’m done!! No hassle even for an out of town customer! If I lived close , this is where I would go!!!
Brought my Mercedes in this week to get my tires repaired. I was in and out and happy to get back on the road. They even threw in a new key battery when they saw it was needed.
I would like to start off with the main office it is very clean and very nice, The service advisors at Maurice’s auto repair are phenomenal. The quality of work to give to us as customers you wouldn’t get it anywhere else not even at a dealership would treat us as customers like the way Maurice does to his customers. I would definitely recommend anybody from town or out of town to come here to get any work done !!
Maurice’s has been taking care of my Camry since i was 16. I busted my rim recently, they got me a new wheel and tire. I was very happy. See you at my next service.
They worked on my 92 F150 I had fuel issues and needed a new transmission. Mr. Maurice knew it was going to take longer than one day so he gave me a loaner for the day. I'm really happy with the service and expertise they provided, multiple shops couldn't figure out my fuel issue Mr. Maurice personally figured it out in the first hour. I will be a return customer.
Ran into some unexpected emergency car trouble out of town. The team here was incredibly helpful and quick with their service. Pricing was incredibly fair. And they were 100% transparent about what the car needed. Highly recommended!

Cody, Jackie and Demetrius went above and beyond the call of duty for me. I was stuck two hours from my house with no hope in sight and they came through clutch. I don’t know what would’ve happened without them. I would’ve been absolutely up the creek with no paddle, I would refer them 1000 over . They were phenomenal. They worked with me financially, and they had me in and out.
I had a flat tire and Maurice’s Auto came my rescue! They couldn’t plug my tire due to a cut in the sidewall, but they had a new tire ready the next day. They also rotated & balanced my tires for a reasonable price. The owner & staff are wonderful, they do everything possible to create a positive experience!
They are very polite and respectable people. Very knowledgeable with very clean work. I was shown all the spare parts and they explained all the work that had been done. They had me look at the vehicle to make sure i was satisfied with the job done. I was impressed that the owner was on site showing me everything usually its just the shop manager. I would highly reccommend people to go to this shop.
Jay from Maurice’s Towing is top-notch! He’s towed my ’65 Mustang twice, and both times he called ahead, arrived right when he said he would, and handled my car with care. He’s friendly, professional, and keeps you updated. He even sent photos confirming the car was safely delivered to the shop. It’s rare to find someone this dependable and courteous. Maurice’s did a fantastic job repairing my vehicle after it was struck by debris from a truck. It needed a new bumper, grill, fender, side mirror, and sensors, as well as new paint on the driver door. It looks just like it did prior to the accident. The insurance company did NOT make it easy by any means, but Sharon kept on them and updated me daily as we awaited payment. I’m very satisfied with the repair and the customer service.
Demetrius and his team are beyond excellent and extremely professional! I highly recommend Maurices for any work needing done to your vehicle. Demetrius is the most understanding and caring Service Manager I have dealt with. I brought my truck in for some suspension work and asked for a diagnosis of a whining noise I heard coming from the rear. Mr. Maurice diagnosed my truck of needing a new rear end, gave me a price along with a warranty I couldn’t pass up. I made it known I needed the truck repaired as soon as possible for an upcoming road trip. Not only did this place fix my truck, kept me informed with the progress, and had the truck back to me early than expected, Mr. Maurice through in a fresh pair of brakes at no additional cost. Came in at 0800hrs with a new trailer wheel and tire to be mounted and balanced. Was planning on coming back later to pick it up, but service manager Dave told me to hang out, and they would have it done by the time it would take to write up the invoice. Sure enough, 10 minutes later I was out the door, my tire mounted and balanced. Very reasonable $40 charge too. Very satisfied with their service, will definitely be coming back!
Everyone at Maurice's was amazing, from the manager to the service technicians to Maurice himself. They made sure my car was fully taken care of and I was highly satisfied with their service. They made sure i received all the necessary repairs at a fair price. This was my first time using their services and I will be returning for future auto care.
Maurice’s Auto Repair was absolutely amazing!! We called with issues with my car as we were traveling. They said they could take my car in immediately. We were met at the front office, everyone was friendly and helpful, and the car was taken in back right away. They even dropped us off to get food while we wait…. We were planning to stop for food anyway, but they went out of their way to accommodate us. These days it’s a hit and miss on finding people like those at Maurice’s. Thank you so much for being awesome!!
I wish Maurice's was in Houston because this would be my auto shop. Had a problem with my truck while visiting Lakeland, needed it fixed fast to get back to Houston on time. Maurices's had my truck on the rack within 30 minutes of arriving. Gave me an estimate before noon and had me out the door the same day. Excellent work for a fair price, Good communication and a very nice waiting room. The most impressive thing was how friendly and family like everybody working there was which makes a difference in their pride and performance. They're joking with each other and the customers, greeting each other, Helping each other. It's clear they work together well as a team, and to me that makes a difference in the outcome. Maurice is personally involved with customers , helped to expedite things when he heard my situation, much appreciated.
