I had very bad experience with Jenkins with their driver named John Marra he was very very rude and disrespectful when I was trying to explain stuff about my car he told me to shut up and said if I had a problem I could call for another company to come get my car this is very unprofessional and uncalled for

REPLACED DRIVERS SIDE FRONT FENDER AND THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THAT IS WHY I ALWAYS TAKE MY CARS TO JENKINS COLLISON CENTER FOR REPAIRS.

Just had a tow from Wauchula to Lakeland with tow truck driver Adam. He got to me really quickly after the request being made. Very professional, nice & knowledgeable! Hands down 10/10! Highly recommend!

On Christmas night I had a young kid back into my car while it was parked. After the claim was settled with his insurance company I took my Nissan Maxima to Jenkins. Mike and his crew did outstanding work to repair the damage. The car looks awesome again. They are top of the line.

Lies lies lies that’s all you’ll get from these people!!! They even lie to you about the kind of loaner vehicle you’ll get!! They are not upfront with their customers at all! Then get mad, rude, and defensive with you when you ask questions about their lies!!! Still waiting for a job that I was told would be 5-7 days almost 3 weeks ago! Hopefully their work is better than their word, and how they treat people!

If I could give this place zero stars I definitely would, dealing with Melissa is a joke she gives you the same runaround, and the same excuse after excuse every phone call. We had to wait 30 days for our parts to come in. Supposedly, they said they would have the car for five days unless something else needed to be replaced that would push it back a little bit. We are now 14 days into a rental still no vehicle and I was just informed it’s gonna be another seven days, but not before she got rude with me ignorant and snapping at me not understanding one bit what we are going through as a customer, then wanted to transfer me to the manager who, by the way would probably give me the same circle of bull that she has, so I said no thank you and hung up They are very unprofessional And ignorant. I will be reporting to the BBB and whoever else I can because this place is the worse and their customer service is horrible. There was no need for her to get so defensive on the phone. She’s not the one doing the work and I clearly told her that I just asked why do I keep getting the same excuse over and over and you keep running circles, saying the same thing!! I’m Hoping their work looks better than the lies they tell and the way they treat their customers!!!! They definitely do not value their customers here and do not realize that they have jobs Because of us, THE CUSTOMER!!! get it right Melissa.

In March a car hit my Honda Accord I took it to Jenkins collision trusting them with my vehicle. The manager is Mike and his secretary name is malissa. They had my Honda Accord for over four months and I was very patient and understanding the secretary malissa is a good actor she said always said Hun I understand or something very good at acting. I also have a Nissan versa this year has been something else for me in the beginning of April a car hit my Nissan versa my son drives from the rear also. They had direct Auto insurance. So because I trusted Jenkins with my Honda Accord I took that there also. Well malissa and Mike's true colors started showing the repairs for the Nissan versa was 588.89. they tell me I had to pay this because the direct Auto insurance was pending on there insurance.malissa should have make sure however she did not long story Short with this is I had to pay 1,300 dollars to get my Nissan versa back I called the police they cam. Malissa left so she didn't have to speak with the police.i should notof has to pay this.

Grace was wonderful. She was professional and answered all my questions. My car looks great. I would recommend Jenkins Collision Center 100%. There was alot done as I was in an accident.

Got lost but once found their place, it was like clockwork. Everyone was very polite, businesslike and prompt. Lady made my estimate quickly, explaining some details to me. I appreciated their help with my problem, non collision.

They totaled the interior of my vehicle and it was an antique just cause it was totaled didn’t mean everything was junk poor handling of other peoples property

My vehicle was repaired by them 2 years ago and now my car has electrical issues from there sloppy work.
