Nico was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He helped get my very heavy Tesla Model Y out of deep, soft sand quickly and efficiently. You can tell right away that he has years of experience he carefully assessed the situation from every angle and executed the recovery with precision. Within about ten minutes, my vehicle was safely out. Highly recommend his services!
This is my first time at a tow yard after a terrible car accident. I had the opportunity to work with Niko and I can say I’m truly grateful because he called me down. He made me feel very comfortable and told me everything that I needed to know. Niko deserves a raise because he was so nice to me.!!!
Nico bailed me out in a tough spot. He Came promptly for a tow, gave a place for my dog and I to be out of the heat, and even stayed with me to charge my phone in his truck until I could call for help. Made the crappy situation we were in a lot better and I appreciate Nico, Boca PD, & Priority Towing for that much.
Would NEVER trust this company with my vehicle. He kept swerving and cutting me off on 95 until the Atlantic exit. Literally insane- needs to be reported. This is 11am Thursday 02/19/26 to find and report the proper driver.

My son had an accident on I95. He was by himself. Nico took care of him, made him less upset. When I needed to arrange for the car to picked up, Nico made the process super easy. Also just a really nice guy. I highly recommend Nico and Priority Towing Boca.

Recently my car broke down, I was stranded on the side of Glades Rd, and it was so hot outside. My car wouldn’t start, I called Priority Towing in Boca and the woman on the phone Concetta told me not to worry, she was sending a driver. Within 45 min I was loaded up and safe, my car was brought to the repair shop and fixed. The driver was respectful and helpful, and friendly. I appreciate their help and professionalism so much, it made a stressful situation end up turning out to be one that was easily handled. Thank you! ?
I'm out of state and explained to the woman on the phone that my fiance is deaf first thing. Her car overheated so she needed a tow. The woman on the phone proceeded to have an attitude the rest of the call and got nasty with me asking why my fiance couldn't call herself. I proceed to tell her that the first thing I explained was that she's deaf and can't call for herself. She then told me it'd be about $250 for only a couple mile tow. Don't use this company.
My son got into an accident. Insurance company requested I move the car to avoid storage fees so I had the car towed to my house. I called 1st to see what I needed to do and the girl was so helpful and gave me all the info I needed to bring in with me to have it released and towed. Walking in they were welcoming and definitely took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. I left and 15 minutes after arriving to my house. The driver, Vic was there to drop my car off. Vic went above and beyond helping me get my car in the spot I needed it. Which wasn’t easy but he pulled it off. I’m beyond grateful! I wanted to hug him!! He even jumped my other car that had a dead battery.
Everyone was great! I’d give them 10 stars if I could!
My car died on a busy road and would not turn over or shift into neutral. Skip showed up quickly and had the car hooked up in minutes. Very professional, quick, and kind service.
