After a long day at work I ran over a piece of metal and blew my tire out. I got a few numbers to towing companies with advice that some can change my tire as well. The person came out within 30-45 of me contacting them, assessed the damage, unhooked my spare, went to Walmart to put more air in the spare even, and came back to change the tire. Allen C was very kind, understanding, and professional which made made the stressful situation more manageable and less chaotic.

From the moment I called for a tow to the time I was driving away, the entire experience took just 50 minutes. It was the quickest, smoothest, most professional, and kind service I’ve ever received.
This all happened unexpectedly picking up a very young child from school— tired at the end of a long day — so as you can imagine, it could have been a very stressful situation. Allen and the driver (I’m so sorry I don’t remember his name, but he was incredibly kind) were absolutely amazing. They were calm, reassuring, and genuinely caring during a moment that could have easily felt overwhelming.
I felt so lucky to have found their shop while frantically trying to figure out what to do. Thank you both for making a stressful situation completely anxiety-free — and for providing such excellent service without charging an arm and a leg. I truly appreciate it!

Great service. My teenage daughter’s Jeep broke down in the middle of Linton road. Allen arrived quickly, had parts ordered the next day and immediately completed the repair. He was upfront, transparent and fair with all of his pricing which is something that’s important for a parent with an out of town college student. Thank you, Allen!

My tire picked up a nail, so I pulled into the nearest tire shop, conveniently located right by the Brightline train station. The technician was incredibly professional and quickly pinpointed the nail's exact location. He clearly explained my options, completed the repair efficiently, and the service was surprisingly affordable. I'd absolutely give them 10 stars!
