I bought a battery November 2024 for my Audi at O'Reilly's Auto Parts on Dixie and Spanish River in Boca Raton. While my son had my car in December of 2025, the battery went dead. Instead of calling me to ask where I got the battery and if it was covered under warranty, he thought he was doing me a favor and purchased a new battery from a different auto parts store. When I became aware of this several days later, I assumed it was too late and decided to just write it off and forget about it. On a whim, I decided to call O'Reilly and ask if there were and options because this battery still had 3 years left on the warranty. I spoke with Lisa the store manager. I told her my story, and while she agreed it was unfortunate, there wasn't much she could do. Then she said let me just call my boss to make sure. when she called me back I could not beleive what she had to say. She said to bring the battery (the O'Reilly battery) back along with a receipt showing that I purcahased a new battery from the other auto parts store and she would give me a full refund. I immediately brought the other battery back and she issued me a $303.00 refund for the battery I just purchased. I have to say that I owned a business for 40 years before retiring a few years back, and as an owner sometimes you make decisions like this one as a matter of policy. It would have been very easy to say sorry, but you should have brought the bad battery back to us and we would have issued a warranty replacement etc. O'Reilly has made a new customer for life. I encourage everyone to buy their auto parts from this vendor. Great customer service is not always easy to find, but at O'Reilly's you won't have to look for it. It will find you!

This location is Great, I walk in with a battery which was giving me a issue and man let me tell you Lisa Lamoureux was the Store Manager drop what she had going and help me and also one other guy with easy and handle my situation with No hesitation Thank You for that because I was In & Out with no Problem.

Last night i got there 8:45pm he took 10 minutes to find my gasket for my truck when i went to go pay he said he dont take cash because they already cleared out the cash register and only accept cards only. Why would they close out the cash register prior to 8:45 to save 10-15 minutes to leave earlier . That is bad business! Took my business else were !

Do not go here, you will have a better chance of getting help from a wall. All I needed was a simple diagnostic on my engine to see if I truly need a battery or if something was causing it to drain. Apparently rain affects them from doing that. So they might as well pack up shop and leave cause welcome to South Florida. Go to AutoZone or somewhere.

Recently I had an issue with a battery exchange over an O'Reilly store by my house. As I was purchasing some parts for my job, I asked Lisa, the Boca Raton store manager how to go about this issue that happened at davie store, the older salesman was resisting to exchange my battery that was still in warranty. Lisa was extremely helpful, professional, and resourceful. Upper management please duplicate Lisa's professionalism, attentiveness, resourceful and spread to all your stores management. Thank you Lisa!

Will not honor the prices of items that are labeled on the shelf. Claims it is mislabelled and they haven't updated the prices yet. Woman working up front even admitted that she won't change the price to match what is on the shelf because the manager said 20% off is the highest discount they can do so that the employees can reach their monthly sales goal and collect commission/bonus. Be careful going here and grabbing an item you think is much cheaper than what it rings up as, because they will not change the price even after checking the shelf and acknowledging their mistakes. Not to mention the manager here is an absolute disrespectful liar who would rather keep horrible employees than resolve issues.

I want to thank the gentleman who stepped in and helped me today. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name, he may have been the manager. I went into store to purchase a battery. I asked the salesperson if he could test my old battery. He tells me he is the only one in the store so he can’t go out to the parking lot. I counted 3 workers in the store and then a fourth came out of the back. I was able to get the manager ( I think) to have the original person , test and install a new battery. It took maybe 10 minutes, I like OReilly , I get all my parts there. So I will go back, but that employee needs to work on his customer service.

Nikolai efficiently helped change my car battery on his fifth day at work, all while cracking jokes and maintaining a smile. I enjoyed the experience, especially considering it’s usually a hassle. His positive attitude made it a lot more enjoyable!

Best place to buy what you need!! Lisa and her associates put the customer first!! They will work to find exactly what you need and then they will try to get you the lowest price for it. I have shopped at O'Reilly's in the past, but each time I go, they are better and better!!! Highly recommend!!

Do not go to this place if you have a battery problem in less than 1 year I had a girl name Abby and her manager tell me I don’t have warranty on a battery I spend $300.00 this is ridiculous and diagnosing my car over the phone it’s like me as a dentist would diagnose their toothache over a phone I will take this to corporate I took my car to get a diagnosis first of all the person that sold the battery to my husband didn’t even ask if my car was outside the shop and sold me the wrong battery for my car so be careful…

If you like feeling welcome in a store and getting advice on their products, just don’t go there. Some people shouldn’t be put in a position where they are in direct contact with clients. If I was the boss, I would get rid of this guy chop chop. Edit following your answer. It’s okay, no hard feelings. I just wanted to let you know the situation, as a business owner too, I would appreciate to be kept aware of the potential bad behavior of my employees. I actually plan to go to one of your store tomorrow to buy some stuff, I’ll just go in another of your adresses :)

I had a rental car and the oil light came on. Budget told me to add oil I couldn’t reach it so I called around to see if I could find anyone that would help me put all in my car and every place I called said no except O’Reillys on Spanish River. I talked to the manager and he was very helpful and got someone to help me put it in the car. That is customer service! And we don’t see that near enough anymore. I highly recommend this place.

Got a set of MacDaddy jumper cables from the store asked the guy if it was good to jump a truck and he said these will jump the biggest diesel rig you dun ever seen. Man, he wasn’t kidding!! as soon as I put the last cable on, Sparks flew like Fourth of July. My truck turned right on he wasn’t lying. love the organization and layout of the store. They have way better selection than advanced auto parts. Gotta love the Irish, go O’Reillys!! my new store And go to for any auto parts. Thank you guys!!

I live a few blocks away from O'Reilly Auto Parts & I part my Deisel Box Truck 3 blocks away. I have spent a lot of money at this location since they started. Last year I purchased 2 batteries for my truck at a cost of just under $500. I just took one of those batteries to test. They told me I needed a new battery. I told them I just purchase it at this location last year. They told me they have no record & I must show the receipt. I couldn't find my receipt. I told them to look at my history of purchases. They showed me on the computer screen that they had my name & phone number but not one item was listed. Now I was just there 2 days earlier, purchase a air filter & pointed to the person who sold it to me. I've been going there for years & spent a lot of money & they erased everything. Back business. Needless to say, I will not go there again. There's plenty of auto stores who want business. I'm a busy owner of 30years. 5-Star Review

Not a friendly experience with this O Reilly's. From out of town, always use O'Reilly's. Went in, and the clerk kept saying they were having computer issues and couldn't look up the part. Another clerk was available, and supposedly, they were able to look up the part. They said it was a part they didn't have and were not able to order it. I went to Autozone, and they did not have it in stock but were able to order it. I got it the next day

I recently visited O'Reilly Auto Parts in Boca Raton and was very impressed with the level of service I received. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, and they were able to help me find exactly what I was looking for. The store had a wide selection of products, including parts and accessories for a variety of vehicles. The prices were very reasonable, and I appreciated the convenience of being able to order online and pick up in-store. The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed. Overall, I had a great experience at O'Reilly Auto Parts and would highly recommend this store to anyone in need of quality auto parts and excellent customer service.

David was nasty and rude. Called to clarify if they had the specific brake pads for my car, told me they did and to just come in to see it and figure it out. I go in and he gives me an invoice with the correct item number and label so I assumed they are the correct ones. I unfortunately did not notice until I disassembled the entire wheel of my car that the brake pads he had given me were too big and not the right model. I go back with my dad and approach a wonderful employee named Elle who helps us and even apologizes for the mistake that was not her fault. David grabs the box and inspects it and does not say a WORD to us, not a sorry, no empathy or understanding for wasting our time. He could not own up to his mistakes. We need more people like Elle she was lovely and so very kind. This is not the first review to comment on David's negative attitude and energy or his overall zero experience with customers. I expected better from my visit to O'Reilly's.

Excellent customer service. I stopped in with my two sons, 5 years old and 5 months old respectively, and after grabbing the tho gs needed for our van, tried to find some sort of adhesive to fix my older son's broken flip flop. One of the employees actually took the time to dig out a hot glue gun and proceeded to make the repair for me! More importantly for the typical customer, the store is well kept and managed. Thank You!

I cannot say enough good thing about O’Reilly and specifically Violet who did me a huge solid at 7:30 pm. Autozone would not replace my battery after dark in Deerfield or Boca. Violet said no worries just get here before close and I’ll take care of you. Outstanding customer service you cannot say enough positive things when a person goes out of their way to help you out when no one else would and most importantly you when your desperate for assistance. Highly Recommended thanks again Violet and O’Reilly.
