If you looking to get your car worked on and not get the runaround this is the place to go. They are honest and up front with the repairs that repairs that are needed. I felt they had my best interest in mind suggesting better option even though it didn’t benefit them. This place has my vote of confidence and I will always bring my fleet here.

Destroyed my car. Insurance paid $14,000 to repair or replace door. Door was not making noise after collision and before “repair”. When I picked the car up after repair, the door had loud wind noise. Door warped, rear view mirror popping out, stripping hanging out of door, damage to speaker cover, chips on interior door panel. Door speaker (Burmester) inoperative. At first the owner tried to deny the loud wind sound, but it was so intense that he could not. He reluctantly admitted that he had to “fire the guy” that worked on the car. I brought it back in 2 more times. He said “it’s not perfect but it’s a thousand percent better”. It was not at all better. No noticeable improvement. My car is ruined. Mercedes Benz dealership inspected and says this was faulty work and should not have been done. Horrendously negligent malpractice

Someone yanked a door handle from my driver side so I had to open it from the backseat for some time. I tried some local shops to get an estimate but all they could do is oil change and they have "fix it all" in their shop names. Anyhow, Mike Shwartz was a breath of fresh air, I found his inspection and estimates fair. He was straight to the point without sugar coating. In the end the car was fixed and I am a happy customer.

Best, most honest body shop you will find, PERIOD! I had a repair done, not insurance and on a hand shake agreed in the price. When my car was ready, my BMW key was lost. Mike And Laura are amazing, they went way beyond to deal with my insurance when they denied additional repairs to my BMW that was related to a collision. Mike is awesome! What an honest guy! First of all he scanned my son’s car, we didn’t have to wait & didn’t charge us. He then went over the codes and explained everything to us, and gave his honest opinion on how to proceed, and encouraged us not to invest spending $$$ if the car was for local use. Great service. I recently went to them twice in under a month for body work on my car. Mike, the owner, took care of everything for me and delivered the car on time. The car looks great. Mike and Laura are rock stars. I had my car at another shop and for months they couldn't get my warranty company to approve a very expensive AC repair. Mike and Laura fought with the warranty company to get it approved. We had to wait a few weeks for the parts during this supply shortage, but the day the parts came in they got my car in and had it repaired within a few days. Mike is really fair about his prices, he is not like most shops that rip you off or constantly up-sell you.
