Had a great experience with a driver named Leach that was his nick name. He informed me I didn't need a starter. That Walmart sold me a weak battery. Was very grateful for his knowledge and he was very easy to talk to. Being A woman in west delray beach it can be challenging with service people. And for having AAA Thank you Leach!

Used through Geico roadside. They were dispatched as soon as I opened the ticket, and arrived within about 20 minutes. my dad was using the vehicle when it died and raved about how wonderful the tech was. Super happy and highly recommend!! Will definitely use again, even if not through Geico.

COMPLETE TRASH COMPANY!!! Called in a tow and it said 55min wait. After 4 hours and meny calls and excuses from the lady on the phone, I canceled. Look elsewhere and save the headache and the money!

Yesterday, the Locksmith came out and opened my car door. Now I can’t open it from the inside. They refuse to repair it and hung up on me. Today, I will be sending a formal demand letter and commencing a lawsuit in 14 days if not repaired or reimbursed for the damage. On top of that I am filing a complaint with geico who dispatched them.

Geico scheduled Coty Towing to transport my vehicle to a repair facility, and the call was dispatched to the company at 10:58 AM. After more than an hour of waiting, the driver arrived and called my phone with an attitude and stated that he did not care and that he had another job to do so if I was not at the location after waiting so longer he would be leaving. I contacted their office multiple times, and when I explained the situation neither the dispatcher nor the other office personnel showed any empathy for how I was treated by the driver. I strongly advise against using this company. After reviewing their Google reviews, it is clear that many other customers have experienced the same unacceptable level of service. City Towing demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism and empathy. Their mission statement does not reflect the way they operate. They are unreliable and do nothing to alleviate the stress of dealing with a tow, an accident, or vehicle repairs. Unfortunately, they are the only provider available in my area. I have filed a formal corporate complaint with Geico and included screenshots of City Towing’s extensive negative reviews. If customer service is not a priority for this company, one must question why they are in business at all. Unless required through your insurance, I strongly recommend that you do not spend any money with City Towing. I have also attached documentation showing all the ETA changes provided throughout this experience along with a text message from the tow driver.

Very nice people, but the fact that they don't have dollies is a bit.WeirdI didn't need them anyway after the third company came out (Atlantic towing, which had dollies just in case). I've used a city towing in the past, and I actually think they're pretty solid company overall, but this time kind of broke my confidence in them. Hopefully, if I need to use them in the future.And I get a sign to them by hagerty, everything will go a little bit smoother.

City Towing came to my rescue when my Jaguar I-PACE completely died after I forgot to charge it. They arrived quickly, handled my EV with absolute care, and were incredibly professional throughout the whole process. The driver was knowledgeable, friendly, and made what could have been a stressful situation feel effortless. I was especially impressed with how smoothly they loaded up my electric vehicle without any hassle. Truly outstanding service—highly recommend City Towing for anyone needing reliable and EV-friendly towing!

You deal with gaslighting and lies. I had a very frustrating experience with this towing company. When I arrived to pick up my car, the employee told me it could not be released without a certain staff member being present. This didn’t make sense, since I had just seen them release another person’s vehicle moments earlier. It wasn’t until I involved the police that the employee suddenly changed their mind and released my car after I paid. It felt like they were overloaded with work and gave me a false excuse just to get me out of the way. I would recommend taking what they say with a grain of salt and being cautious of misinformation presented as truth. This kind of dishonesty and inconsistency creates unnecessary stress and makes it hard to trust the business.

Used road side assistance through my insurance company and I was blessed with City Towing… the second I got their number I called them to let them know that my car is lowered so the driver will need to have wooden boards or something to properly get my vehicle on a flat bed. They said they reached out to the driver to confirm they can tow my car and told me I was good to go. After waiting almost 2 hrs for the driver to show up they didn’t have anything to use to get my car on the tow truck without damaging my bumper so I refused to do it. I called them to tell them about the situation and the representative was rude and trying to convince me to sign the damage waiver saying the driver had 15 years experience and I’ll be ok. I don’t care how much experience someone has. If they don’t have the proper tools to do the job then it won’t be done. Wasted 2 hours of my day so now I’m waiting for a different tow company to get my car. Thanks a lot.

Didn’t even have my car towed. But one of your drivers was literally driving like a lunatic on military trail. WHILE TOWING SOMEONES CAR. Going at least 80 MPH, being stopped at a red light and absolutely flooring it before IT EVEN TURNED GREEN, Lane diving. Like yall need to fire everyone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY PEOPLE.

Dear city towing, I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the disrespectful and unprofessional treatment I received from one of your employees on April 30. On that day, my vehicle was towed by your company. As the car is registered under my father’s name and he was out of state at the time, the retrieval process was already complicated. Nonetheless, I ensured I had all the required documentation and arrived at your location before 5:00 PM. At the time of payment, I was informed that Apple Pay was not accepted—this had never been mentioned in any of the previous phone calls. As I only had access to Apple Pay, my companion offered to pay using their credit card. However, the employee on duty—who was notably uncooperative—refused to accept the card simply because it was not under my name. She did not provide any clear explanation for this policy, nor did she offer any alternatives. I explained that I did not possess a credit card under my own name, nor was I in a position to obtain cash, as I was stranded without a vehicle and my parents were out of state. I even offered to send a Zelle payment from my account, but this too was denied. When I asked for clarification, the employee refused to respond and closed the door in my face—this occurred around 5:50 PM, just before the business closed at 6:00 PM. Left with no other option, I called the police for assistance. Upon their arrival, the employee reluctantly agreed to keep the location open while I retrieved cash (which took longer due to my lack of transportation). It was also agreed with the officers present that the fee would remain at $150, given that I had arrived well before closing time and the delay was due to the payment issues. However, upon my return, I was told the new charge was $190. I explained the agreement made earlier, but they disregarded it. I paid the amount using two $100 bills, only to be told they had no change and that I needed to pay the full $200. At this point, the situation became absurd and frustrating. To make matters worse, I had to return the next day to retrieve my change—which they were initially reluctant to provide. I firmly believe I should have only been charged $150, not $200, and the entire experience was unacceptable. This incident reflects a serious lack of professionalism and customer service on the part of your staff. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed appropriately to prevent future occurrences. I only put one star because it didn't give me the option of 0

Horrible Service. Insurance Provider sent them out. They never showed up and never answered their phone. I would recommend never using them. They must be the worst tow truck company in all of South Florida. I ended up having to cancel them and finding a different company to come do the job right.

City Towing Inc. was contracted by GEICO to tow our car after we were rear-ended. We were told they would be there in an hour, and given a link to track their progress. At exactly two minutes before their arrival time, they cancelled the job and left us stranded on the side of the highway. They gave no reason why they cancelled at all, let alone why they waited the full hour to cancel. These people should have their licenses revoked.

City Towing just left with my vehicle. I had to file a roadside claim with Geico after an electrical issue left my vehicle disabled in a parking lot. It was a busy day with heavy rain the night before and I already had another tow company just not show up. City Towing dispatch called me twice - once to let me know they were able to come out and it would be about 30-45 min, and again when they were running a little behind to let me know the driver would be there shortly. Great to hear from them to assure me I am still a priority. Mo was the driver he was very friendly and asked me a few questions. He was knowledgeable about the shop I was towing to and allowed me to take some time to remove items from my car. He was quick to hook up and after handing him the keys and was gone in 15 min. If I ever need towing again, this is the ONLY company I would call.

There is a reason this company has only a 1.9 rating. They are horrible and dishonest. I had my car towed in an emergency situation while rushing my wife to the hospital. The driver told me that there would be a $14 surcharge because it was being towed 2 miles over the $5 limit. I was rushing her into the hospital and just assumed that it would go on my AAA bill. When the driver called me while I was in with the surgeon and demanded the $14 I told him that he should have collected from me before he left. The garage owner where the car was towed is a friend. So, I told him to go inside and collect from the owner. He told me that I must pay. I had to go back into the surgeon's office and they impounded my car and charged me over $70 in fees. When I complained to AAA and they checked out my story the owner said that I never told that to his driver. When I got to the impound lot, the owner of the business told me only the driver can pay. This is a really deceitful way to pick up an impound fee as well as an extra tow fee and surcharge. My advice, STAY AWAY. They also own a company called Interstate Towing..

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had a dead battery in my car and called AAA, where I'm a member. They dispatched The Duke from Interstate Towing. He arrived literally within a few minutes and was very courteous. He replaced the battery in a professional manner. I'm extremely satisfied with The Duke's service. Highly recommend!

One hour estimate = two hour arrival. Dispatcher said they’d swap my battery. Driver said they wouldn’t. Called the office and some random guy said they wouldn’t and said I was lying. I wouldn’t sit around for two hours for a jump which any Floridian would happily provide. These guys are both useless and dishonest.

Had my car here towed after an accident. They told me I couldn't go in to get my stuff out of it until I paid them, which I later found out is illegal. And my radio was stolen out of the car while here. They told me I had to talk to their manager but he was never there when they said he was and would not return our calls. Honestly I believe they stole it 100% Honestly abandoning your car is a better option than using these people.

I have worked on the property of a condo community in Boca for 2 years now. There are some months I call City Towing 4 or 5 times for unauthorized or inoperable vehicles. Customer service (dispatch) and the drivers are always professional, prompt and courteous. 100% satisfied with City Towing

They lied about the pickup time 12:40pm. Plus, they had to pick up and drop off a car before mine, which wasn't told to me. They said it was another nissan, that was a lie too. I was unable to make it to my mechanic shop before they closed at 2pm. I made it very clear during the intake call and was assured they would make it in time. Poor service, communication, and greed. Don't make promises you can't keep to paying customers who are depending on you to show up when you say you will. A little late is understandable, but not getting picked up until almost 2pm? My car didn't get to the shop until 4pm. I will never use the tow company again. I don't know why Geico even uses you guys. They do not care. Do not use their services. Side note, the tow truck driver, Franz, was extremely nice and professional.

This company receptionist is definitely the ABSOLUTE WORST. She is very rude, disrespectful, uncaring, nowhere near understanding. She has the worst communication i have ever seen. I have worked in customer service for over 15 years. And she is at the top of the list of horrible. You could ask her a simple reasonable question like " can you call the driver and get an updated ETA, because you told me 90mins at 1:40pm, i called for an update at 3:20pm and she told me 60 MORE mins, called her at 4:30pm and she said 20mins." Due to me questioning the timing, she rudely hung up on me, and when i called back, she picked up the phone and placed me on hold and never came back to the phone. Not a " hello, can you please hold or nothing?" Just pick up and place me on hold. This company really need to FIRE her for being such a horrible to paying customer, who work hard for their money. Or choose a different tow company because She is their option. The company themselves have to human values and should be shut down. I'm going to report to the BBB, FTC, AND whatever else company that will help do something about this. However, Mosses, the truck driver, was absolutely great. I hate that he works for suck a horrible business. The company are horrible because they allow the receptionist to be rude and disrespectful to customers for no good reason at all

This is NOT a 24 hour business. The driver told me they open at 6 am. I called AAA at 3 am and was cancelled on 3 time before they got to my location at 8 am. Additionally, the dispatch lady was incredibly rude, there was NO communication from them about when they would arrive. This was the worst situation ever. Whoever this lady is, even the drivers know she's incredibly rude and condescending. Take the time to have whatever service you use to call another towing service. NEVER AGAIN

Crooks. If I didn’t receive the service then I should not have paid a $75 fee. 134 total and 59 dollar refund. I didn’t cancel the tow truck. The tow truck driver should’ve verify that he was able to do the job before he came to the car. They just want to rip people off and make money. There was a $75 cancellation fee charge to me. I don’t recommend using them. I never canceled the soundtrack they got there and said that the car will be damaged if they towed the car. That’s not my problem. My car has been told plenty of times and it got dragged on the ground but it was fine.

Not even worth the 1 star, however, couldn't write a review without it. Waited 4 hours for a tow with AAA Premiere Membership. After 1st tow arrived, they were called away for an accident & had to leave without towing me. Another 20 mins. later City Towing arrived. Driver said if my vehicle was all wheel drive I'd have to wait for another truck. My vehicle is front wheel drive. Hooked up my car & I grabbed my work laptop, which contains confidential information that I am responsible for. Driver REFUSED to let me bring my personal belongings (work laptop) & said there was no room. I said it would be on my lap & he told me it had to stay in my vehicle because HIS bag had to go on my lap. I stated that I cannot risk something happening to my work laptop & he said "nothing's going to happen ". I said you can't guarantee that. A car could hit it or my vehicle could come loose, you never know, stranger things happen. He said you're not bringing any of your stuff in the truck. I said please don't make a bad situation worse. He proceeded to drop my car in the middle of the parking lot, blocking cars trying to leave & sped off!! I had to push my car out of the way..... When I called AAA back they said the driver put a comment on my record that I had too much stuff & he couldn't wait so he left. HE OUTRIGHT LIED!!! READER BE WARNED!!! IF EVER CITY TOWING IS RECOMMENDED, I WOULD QUICKLY DEFER ELSEWHERE! RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL & LIAR!

Normally this place is pretty cool drivers are awesome and very informative.I call and let them know someone is parked in my space here where I live and it’s done. But tonight I call and get told by the dispatch that I can’t call only people who are on the list which I have a reserved spot and the complex stated to call. She was like well my policy states that a resident can’t call. I normally don’t complain and just know it’s not a knock on the drivers it’s the last two dispatch workers that Don’t know what they are doing.

Geico sent this towing company out today to tow my car to a shop after it died on me at work. Showing up a hour later than estimated, the dispatcher was the rudest and probably most miserable female I’ve ever encountered. Lack of professionalism to say the least, she had an attitude from the beginning with no customer service in her tone whatsoever. After telling her to cut her attitude because I couldn’t locate the tow truck, she asked me if I wanted my car towed or not & then canceled the tow truck. She proceeded to tell me to show up to the company site to get confrontational, completely undeserving of my money and combative. I then called Geico requesting to not work with this company any further and they sent somebody else out. They were able to unlock my car, jump my battery and tow my vehicle in less than an hour. Do yourself a favor and call any other towing company, expect for this one.
