I’ve been taking my car here for servicing on and off for several years, and today I’m even more grateful for All American and the way they were able to significantly reduce the cost of replacing my headlight. What was close to $400 was under $200 (turns out you get an extra discount as a AAA member). I’m grateful for the reliability and honesty All American provides for their customers.

I was able to make an appointment the next day for tire repair. I was served fairly promptly, and within 20 minutes, the job was done. I was charged exactly the previous day's estimate. All American service was prompt and courteous. I'll definitely use them again.
Great service by Jorge and Team, I was informed of my issue via text message with links pointing out to me the issue and how to proceed to resolve it. It was also followed by a call from Jorge and what I would like to do. Service was done in a very timely manner and professionalism, thank you all.
Waited over hour for a simple Look at the Axl and they couldn’t spare a guy. Completely unprofessional. Man behind counter well mannered and genuine about service but overall not a good show of business
A senior female, they have been taking care of my old car for years. I've come to trust their advice and recommendations, as they explain everything and stand behind their work. They take the AAA discount and points accumulate that give you additional discounts. Everyone working there is very pleasant.
Tried to get an oil change. They asked if I wanted anything else checked. I said just the oil change. 15 minutes later I get notification my tire tread is too low. They won’t change the oil until I buy a new tire. Now I won’t take another vehicle here, because I can’t trust them to just fix it without the tire scam. The insurance angle they claim isn’t in effect everywhere.
Can I tell you how terrific they are? My family had an accident, and the car was towed to All American. Ricardo and his team not only handled the issue with the car promptly, but we were juggling a few delicate family/safety issues and the team went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND to help our family out and make sure we were safe and did it in the most caring and kind way.
I believe I treating people with heart. It’s so wonderful to know that there are still business out there that care, too.
If I could give this place a zero star I would. I went in for a battery test and to replace wiper blades. When done I asked if they replaced the wipers and they said no. That set me back about 20 minutes. Then when they said it was done, they couldn’t find my keys. That set me back another 40 minutes and I missed a previous scheduled appointment. When I asked for a credit for the wiper blades they said no they couldn’t do that. What kind of customer service is that. Rest assured I will not be going back
Did not fix the issues I took my vehicle in for. There is a power drain on the battery I needed them to find the reason for. They sold me a new battery, a few days later I had to jump-start my truck to get going. There was also a very obvious transmission fluid leak, evidence of that was very apparent each day with a small pool of oil the garage floor, photos attached, they could not find that?????. I called back but my call was not returned. The whole experience was a waste of my time and money. I will take my business elsewhere where they can actually fix things.

I had a great experience at the shop! As soon as I came in Ricardo told me that they were finishing with someone else to start working on my car.
They went over a few questions I had, gave me answers, and I got my regular maintenance done pretty quick!
Another scammer! I went in for an oil inspection, and they told me I needed to replace the battery because it was low. They even sent me a picture of the measurements. When I told them the battery was new, they said the shop had probably installed an old one. But when I told them I had changed it there, he quickly changed his story and said they had probably read the measurements wrong, so “don’t worry about it.” It almost cost me $300 for something that was working. AVOID THIS PLACE
They must have recently changed owners. I took my car for an oil change and to check it out. When I picked up my car it was misfiring and check engine light was on. I took it back immediately and was told I brought it in with check engine light on. They said my car will misfire until I change spark plugs. My car didn't go in for any repair there were no issues other than needing an oil change !
Brought my 1990 mercedes for service and everything went smooth. 10/10 service & location. Ricardo the manager was very helpful, knows what he’s doing.
This is probably the most well-deserved review I have ever written. So I had a small nail in my brand new tire. It didn't look like my tire pressure was going down yet, but to be safe I stopped at this auto shop to see if they could plug my tire. An older gentleman came out and looked at my tire and said nope, we can't plug it, you need a new tire or we need to possibly patch it. But then Ricardo, WHO DESERVES A HUGE RAISE, came out and said wait a minute let me take a look at her tire considering she said her tire pressure did not go down. Ricardo looked at the tire, took out his tools and removed the nail. He sprayed the tire with a special spray to make sure there was no leak and said there's zero damage to your tire. You are completely fine. I went from almost having to get a $600 brand new tire to a $0 charge. On top of that, Ricardo checked all of my tires to make sure they were all at the right air pressure. This auto shop will have my business moving forward. I WILL NOT look elsewhere. Thank you so much Ricardo for your honesty and customer service!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ if i could give it!!!
Noticed that my car was leaking oil. Thought it would be a good idea to have someone inspect it. Customer service was great when talking to them; I specifically said that I wanted to know the reason why exactly there was an oil leak. Long story short, I’m faced with a $3,500 bill.
No explanation as to why it’s necessary any of the labor and replacements. The pictures did a poor job at explaining the issue, and the video provided was the equivalent of a Human Resources training video regarding “the dangers of low oil in your car”. They were understandable enough so as to take out all of the “estimated expenses” but the diagnostic itself was ~$115.
1 stars because I’ve been coming here since I started college and would routinely go there for general inspections/maintenance. I even had my tires changed once because I trusted them but now I realize it was all just a scheme.

Scam place. Read the comments, they are true. This is not a repair shop, for whatever reason you go there, they roll you into a mandatory tire inspection/ sales pitch. By the way, I went there due to a headlight and yet they tried to hook me into this tire scam.
Because I read the comments before going there, I walked out as soon as I heard the tire scam before they could see my headlight.
I have had nothing but good results since my wife and I started going to All American. On my latest visit I had an oil leak that I tried to solve on my own, with no results. I made an appointment to bring my car in and they took care of it .It was not something I could have done on my own. The staff is very friendly and they all listen to what the issue is and inform me of the cost before starting any work. I have recommended them to neighbors and will continue to do so.
