Such a great shop to browse and look for unique finds! Owner was so sweet and fun to chat with as well. Even had local artist made pottery to browse which was an added bonus and fun keep sake from the trip. Shop is well laid out and had something for everyone. Highly recommend stopping in!
I purchased a glass vase that had a candle and shells along with a handle to carry. very beautiful. The staff and owners are always friendly.
What i am not happy about is the 5.5% fee that was charged and i was not notified prior to ringing me up. Credit card companies generally charge the merchant 1.5% to 2.5% so why are they charging customers double of what the credit card is charging and why don't they tell you before you purchase.
Very Nasty Customer Service. Run by two hateful sisters. They provide mixed messages. They informed me they are the owners, and each booth has an owner with consigned products. Ok. I thought. They said that in a month the Christmas items would go on sale. So I returned. Then they told me it is them as owners who lower the prices and that the products I wanted wouldn’t go on sale until 6 months since It was a new consigner. This after I wasted a second trip. Now I phoned and a third encounter, and I was told each consigner discounts their own booths. Well which is it? Mixed messages all the way around. Who needs this annoying behaviour. Completely confusing nasty women. As I walked away both times, they talk behind my back. I know because you can see them behind the windows. It’s ridiculous behaviour. So many other antique shops to go shopping. My suggestion is avoid this one. Though the place is clean and organized, the customer service is horrendous and a nightmare.! Avoid the nasty aggravation. .
My one request for our vacation was to check out some local antique stores and while Trailer Park Collectibles was the only one I made it in to see, I spent probably 3 hours in there viewing every single booth! We even went back on our way out of town to grab a beautiful mermaid ny husband found on our first trip in. The owner and staff, both days, were very hospitable. The owner even recommended local places to eat that we did try and very much enjoyed! We would definitely go back on our next visit. I love vintage jewelry and clothing and there is a plethora of it here!
Very rude customer service. Seems to be a trend over the years if you read other reviews. The older lady does not like kids in the store.
My kid had a $7 item in his hand considering buying it and walking through the store calmly. The lady insisted on taking it from him and holding it at the register instead of letting him just carry it. She said he didn't need to hold it, that he can put it back or she could take it to the register. We put it down and left the store along with another customer that also stated she didn't like rude people. The other customer apologized to my child that the employee was so rude to him.
This shop is so much fun -I love the customer service they always ask how they can help even carry your items up front to free up your hands! Very reasonably priced.
This shop feels like a hidden gem - low prices, huge variety of items, and extremely helpful staff. This is an antique shoppers dream!! The store was clean, organized (as much as it could be) and the workers spoke to you to make a genuine connection. You are not just a customer to them! They also have a Cockatoo in the front named Sweet Pea and she is just a sight to see :) we will be back!!
I stop in regularly. So many interesting things to see. Prices are reasonable. (This is not an overpriced Antique store). A friendly place. Don’t forget to check in on Sweet Pea the cockatiel in the front window.
I have been a regular customer here for a few years now and have bought a multitude of different things, having very pleasant conversations with the various people running the front counter. However, what I experienced today is unlike anything I’ve ever encountered. Before entering the store, there’s a sign stating that you need to be 18 or older to enter without a legal guardian, which is already weird for a retail store. Being an over-18 adult woman, I entered with my younger sister, for whom I have a shared custody agreement, making me one of her legal guardians.
The first lady was very kind and welcomed us into the store, but then there was an older lady behind her who seemed to be knitting. She looked at us and asked, “Are either of you 18 or older?” I told her I am, and she replied, “Well, you need to read the sign.” I explained that I had and was ready to show my ID when she said, “She can’t be in here if she is under 18.” I explained that I am her guardian and therefore we should be allowed to shop there, but she insisted my sister had to wait outside because “sisters don’t count.” This is absolutely ridiculous since I am legally one of her guardians.
As I walked out, she said, “Goodbye, kids,” which I found extremely rude, considering I’m an adult woman with an ID that she wouldn’t even bother to check. Instead, she just shunned away some loyal customers. I don’t believe I’ll be returning here unless I can say without a doubt that she isn’t working.
I’m an adult woman, I expect to be treated as such.
I really liked this antique shop! They had a pretty great selection of varied antiques for decent prices, and most everything was in very good condition! It was organized quite well and not overly cluttered, which I really appreciate, as I tend to get overstimulated easily. My favorite “booth” was actually an upstairs loft in the back, completely full of gorgeous vintage clothing! There were even a few Gunne Sax prairie dresses, which I’m always on the lookout for and rarely come by. The staff was so sweet, and I had a lovely time browsing through! I can’t wait to stop by the next time I visit my family on the island!
It's a great place for vinyl, Old Rock t-shirts, some vintage clothing, and jewelry. They have a little bit of everything, at reasonable prices, and helpful, friendly staff. It's a go-to thrift/antique store for the area.
Great shop with lots of interesting inventory! The owners were extremely friendly and accommodating. Even welcomed my dog in his stroller in to shop with us. Definitely recommend shopping here!
I absolutely will drive out from JXS town just to visit this collections of vendors. Each collector has their own speciality. Of course, some days are diamonds …. But they are a great group of collectors ! Fun to talk to, learn from. It’s a very fun way to blow an hour or much more !! There are plenty of unique and retro things.
I love the variety! It has genuine antique items, many ocean themed items, and cute modern twists on old items as well as handmade. Record room in the back is cool. Beautifully decorated ❤️ although a bit overpriced.
Update new review. Still love this place even if inflation has hit this place, too, a lot of nice stuff. Layout of displays are not cluttered or disorganized. Kuddos!
Woman inside was extremely rude, my friend and i were just walking around politely looking at the antiques when a woman came up to us and rudely asked to see our IDs (which is illegal) and told us we did not look like we were 18. she told us to leave the store. This is honestly preposterous considering i work 2 jobs and have purchased my own car but am too “immature” to walk around an antique store just to try and buy some rings i thought were pretty. outrageous behavior honestly. However i must say the woman at the front was very nice props to her

Excellent little Antique shop/peddlers mall. We’re so glad we stopped in. Excellent selection and atmosphere and the ladies that run it are super helpful, accommodating and fun. If you’re in the area stop in and check this place out. You’ll be glad you did.
Lady was incredibly offensive and rude. My 12 year old daughter asked her for the price of some candy. She looked at her and immediately accused her of putting candy in her bag. This shook my daughter up and she told her she didn't take anything and she could search her stuff. By this time I began to step over there in intervene when I heard her then ask my daughter how old she was and who she was in there with. All over asking for the price of a pixie stick. We literally went in that store for 2 minutes to look at some vacation souvenirs and left upset. While thus could be a story of misunderstanding and resolved then and there, she decided to go the route of being a jerk and not creating a very welcoming environment. There are plenty of other shops you could go to that have much better quality items and mostly customer service. If I were not a gentleman I would have let this lady have a piece of my mind. Instead I am just warning any and all to be weary of this low class etablishment.
Fun place to wonder around through. Lots of different vendors in a Booth layout. Wide variety of interesting things some specialty booths and some just general. It's not all antiques mind you there's some "vintage" items that aren't necessarily antiques but you get the idea. There's some artsy stuff and some new and handcrafted booths. Overall don't walk by walk in we had fun.
