While I did not visit Amelia auto mart for a car, I did happen to pull into their parking lot after having a flat tire. Without question, they changed my tire and helped me avoid what could have been an awful afternoon. I’m confident these are good people worthy of doing business with!

Simply the Best!!! I saw online they had my dream car, Nissan Murano Crosscabriolet. I drove up very early from Saint Augustine beach. I was able to talk to Jeff who services the vehicles. He was extremely nice! Shortly thereafter, Lane the owner showed up. He was also extremely nice and we engaged in a very pleasant conversation. I told him that I would come back during regular business hours. He said, no problem, come right now! Got me into my dream car and then Sabrina who does all of the paperwork assisted me in the most friendly and professional manner. I'm 57 years old, I've owned a bunch of cars I've dealt with a lot of dealers and auctions having had my retail Dealer License about 10 years ago. These folks are the best of the best! You're not going find better. They even let me look underneath the vehicle on the lift without my asking! Who does that but honest, transparent, quality people? Look no further...these guys are the Real McCoy. A+++

The staff was friendly enough and willing to go the extra mile but I ended up with serious trust problems. I tried to purchase a Ridgeline a while back. I asked them about the timing belt. They didn't know if it had been changed and said that they would have their mechanic check it out. When picking it up the next day, they told me that they had installed a new timing belt, hydraulic tensioner, idler pulley, and water pump. When I had my mechanic look it over he said that there was no evidence that the cover had ever been removed. I called the deal and asked them about it. They once again said that it had all been changed. It was only after I told them what my mechanic had told me that they began to change their story. The long and short of it is that they told me one thing and delivered something else. They were not honest. They did refund my money in full and without questions. Be careful when dealing with them. Verify EVERYTHING that they they tell you their mechanic is doing to prep the vehicle for sale.

Great family-owned alternative to the massive dealer lots; not a huge inventory, but Lane and Sabrina have something for every interest here. Roger is a knowledgeable salesman, and Jeff happily and promptly took care of a couple very minor issues that appeared AFTER our purchase, which many other places would have dismissed as "no longer their problem". Seemed like most of their stock also had low enough miles to qualify for an affordable extended service warranty, including our choice. Will recommend to anyone looking for a decent ride from an honest shop that actually has non-dealership pricing; pretty much knew right away we were going to buy from Amelia Auto Mart. Laid-back personable people and atmosphere to top it all off... Thanks y'all!

No Pushy Salespeople. Lane answered all questions about cars. Prices were very good. Only test drive a car. Good Local Trades.

Been meaning to post a review but am just now getting around to it: My brother bought a car from here and I actually ended up working at this establishment for a year as a result and I have nothing but GOOD THINGS to say about these people If you are in the market for a great used car this is one of the first places to check- of all the times I came to work I not once ever seen something distasteful come out of it, nothing but honest talk and fair deals I’ve always told people to drop by and give a look No one told me to post this review but I can honestly tell you this is not like other car dealerships

I would recommend this business to anyone looking for a used vehicle. The entire staff was very engaging, open, and honest. Absolutely no games or pressure, they made the process very easy.

I just moved to the area and had read the reviews, which convinced me to buy here. I walk on the lot and I see a 2006 Toyota Highlander with only 80k miles that had been dropped off that day. I bought it on the spot after a test drive. This was a no brainer for both myself and staff, who were wonderful. They cleaned up some cosmetic issues and did general maintianance. I so love this car. The paperwork was quick and painless.

I recently purchased a 2010 Toyota Tacoma from Amelia Auto Mart. Lane, the owner, was honest and transparent throughout the process. I was quoted a fair price and there was absolutely no pressure. I worked with Sabrina for the paperwork and she was also very kind and helpful. Hard to find such an honest and reputable dealership. Really good people to deal with. I was searching for a particular, fairly rare vehicle and found this dealership online, as they had what I was looking for. After several phone calls, emails with additional pictures etc, I made the 6hr drive down from NC. Vehicle was in great advertised condition and the transaction was smooth. I live in California and I found this dealership while searching for a specific vehicle online. I called the dealership and Justin answered my call, Justin was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and the history of it. Our initial conversation made me feel comfortable trusting him (which isn’t easy seeing how I’ve worked in sales before and don’t trust most sales reps). I never felt rushed to make a decision but I also felt valued as a costumer. I watched the vehicle online and called the dealership several times over the course of 3 weeks with numerous questions, and received quick results. As I decided I wanted to purchase from them, Justin then connected me with Sabrina who handles the paperwork for the dealership. Sabrina was prompt and excellent with communication throughout the process. As I stated I live in California, this dealership is located in Florida. Sabrina Fed Ex all the paperwork to have it signed and sent email copies as well. After I picked a shipping company she emailed pictures as conformation of the shipping condition. After receiving the car I ran into some issues registering the vehicle in a different state due to being stationed in California and wanting to register the vehicle in Mississippi. So I called the dealership and explained my situation, and once again Sabrina came through by providing the required paperwork the same day. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with how the entire process went. From contacting them with questions, to sending paperwork to and from, to them recommend shippers they’ve used in the past, to them aiding in fixing paperwork issues that were my fault the entire transaction was very pleasant. The communication was great throughout, no matter call, text, or email I always received a quick response and accurate info. Definitely will recommend this dealership to my friends. Oh, and they offer military $500 off and a warranty on most vehicles.

We found a vehicle, test drove, and bought. The transaction was very smooth. We can sense that providing excellent customer service was first and foremost here. A small family owned business with "Big" customer service. My hubby and I have bought two cars there and we will continue to buy our cars at Amelia Auto Mart. The service doesn't stop when when the customer gets the key and drives away. Lane, Sabrina, or one of the other service people are always willing to assist in any possible way, and they attempt every effort to make car buying totally easy and painless. If your type of car isn't currently on the lot, it eventually will be because of the great turnover of vehicles. I will always recommend this business to my friends and family.

Lane and his team have for the past 30 years been one of the best merchants in the Nassau county area, we buy from them, trade with them, heck its such a cool showroom we stop by just to chat once and while. You Should too !!!

As far as buying a car goes, this was my best experience ever. No pressure, fair prices and the after sale service has been brilliant. It's hard to find a car dealer you can trust, but Lane is one of the good ones.

I love the great crew at Amelia Auto Mart. They all helped me out when I needed a new used vehicle. Randy helped me go through their sizable inventory (of quality cars worth owning) to find the right match for me, Exactly the one I wanted. He worked with his contacts to help me finance a newer model Land Rover Discovery. Just three short months later, someone ran a red light and totaled that beautiful Disco for me. Randy got me into an even newer model, fully loaded, Honda CRV. My payments are affordable and the customer service from this crew is outstanding, truly above and beyond. Don't waste your time driving all over Jacksonville and South Georgia. I searched online and hit the big lots. Unfortunately they had big prices and big dealer fees too. But that's not what you'll find at Amelia Auto Mart. They provided great service and had the best price I could find. I'm so thankful because I got an awesome car!
