This would be a ZERO if google would let me. What a disaster... My girlfriend's moon roof got cracked and we were sent to All Pro through a third party company from her insurance. The insurance ordered the glass and had it shipped to All Pro. Shortly after they received the part they moved locations. We waited almost 4 weeks and finally reached out to them. They were clueless right from the start. It took three trips to their shop to convince them that the moon roof they had was ours and not for another vehicle. We asked three times for a quote for additional labor we wanted to get done which we never received. We wanted to get the headliner re-done because it had started sagging and the sun screen for the moon roof the cables had broken. When we dropped the car off we expected the headliner to get pulled and sent out to get re!-finished, and we were told a week or something. And that was fine. At one point there was some back and forth with them and the insurance about the mechanical for the sun screen. Mike said he was trying to get the mechanical covered by the insurance. I knew that they wouldn't cover it because the two are unrelated. At the five week mark I went to the shop. Mike told me he had gotten the mechanical approved and we were good to go. The next week I guess they called my girlfriend and explained to her that the mechanical was not covered. We were also told the headliner was at the upholstery shop. Knowing better I called the upholstery shop and they told me they did not have the headliner. Big surprise. I went back to the shop at this point HOT. When questioned about lying about the sun screen mechanical being approved Mike explained that I misunderstood him and that he was able to get the glass approved. The glass that was approved 4 weeks before even dropping the vehicle off. The conversation got heated, tempers rose and Matt, one of theor employees wanted to fight me right in their little hall way. Can't say I've ever had an employee at a business want to fight me. Crazy! A week later they finished the vehicle. 6 weeks later. Headliner done that we never got a quote for and the sun screen still not fixed. I think they called my girl and quoted her on the repair the same week we got the vehicle back. She declined the work because she felt like if she approved it, they would have the vehicle for another 6 weeks. Can you blame her? Six weeks to do a job that shouldn't have taken over a week. Multiple lies from All Pro. And her tan leather seats, covered in grease. I have worked in the automotive industry for 26 years now. I've ran automotive retail repair shops for a nationwide company. This was by far my worst experience at an auto repair shop. I have never seen a business drop the ball so many times. Unorganized. Unprofessional. Just the absolute worst

My 2913 Subaru Outback finally had a problem. The A/C was not cooling properly. It would cool after engine start but then seem to take a vacation when the engine warmed up along with the summer temperature. I brought my Subie to a recommended local shop who serviced the A/C while I waited. After a 1-1/2 hour wait I was informed the system was recharged and a dye was injected to show any leakage. I drove home and for a few days the A/C seemed to work, although not providing the freezer cooling as when it was new. I tried to make a follow up appointment to assess the problem but was told the first opening would be ten days hence. At that point I called All Pro after a recommendation from a friend. The owner, Dave, a fellow Vietnam army veteran made an appointment for the following morning. Upon researching the problem and finding debris in the system, he recommended a condenser and evaporator replacement and a purging of the lines. Long story short, the parts were installed in a day and the A/C now cools like new. I checked with my nearest Subaru dealer and was quoted a price of between $1200 and $1500 dollars. All Pro did the repair for $780 with a nice veteran’s discount and treated me as a valued customer. I heartily recommend All Pro for your auto or truck repairs.

I brought my car to All Pro after several trips and several thousands of dollars spent at Key Hyundai for repairs that did not take care of the problem. The guys at All Pro found the issue immediately and took care of it at an extremely reasonable cost. I also brought my car there for new front brakes and a new battery. They completed the job in a very timely manner and at a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend them and will be taking my car there from now on.

Incredible customer service and workmanship appears top notch. I normally like to do all of my own automotive repairs and as of late- just don’t have the time. I’ve sent them 3 vehicles to date within the last 2 weeks. Very fair pricing and high quality work. Communication has been great, too. Found a great shop. Thanks!

I had my eye on a classic car I wanted to buy at an auction at Amelia Island starting on 3/7/25 but I had concerns that the engine the sellers said had been rebuilt did not have any invoices to back up that claim. So I called the owner of All Pro up Mike, and he sent Matt and Mario out to do a compression test and also a general inspection of the car in question. After seeing the horrible results of the compression test we all concluded that the engine had not been rebuilt and in fact was on its last legs. So I feel elated to walk away from a car which I might have spent $60K on, only to find out after I got it home that is was nearly worthless. Matt and Mario FaceTimed with me after they got to the car, gave me their preliminary impressions and then did the compression test. So I am very happy with them in every possible way since they saved me at least $60K and maybe more. Never buy a car without getting it throughly inspected first. These guys are really good.

We got down to Amelia Island for vacation and my check engine light came on. Mike was extremely empathetic and helpful. Moved things around to get us in on a Saturday. He diagnosed the issue and didn’t try to upsell us on any services we didn’t need. Very friendly group of people at the shop and would recommend to anyone. Bonus points for the shop dogs Riley and Hershey

I normally write reviews when I’m not satisfied, but this is not the case this time Mike and Mike could not have been more polite, courteous and friendly. We’re here in Fernandina (permanently moved from Connecticut) three weeks and I’m happy to say I found somebody who I trust to service my cars, thanks guys

I had some car trouble while my husband was out of town and the guys at All Pro could not have been more helpful. I know almost nothing about the inner workings of a vehicle, but they took time to not only explain it to me, but make sure it was fixed correctly.

I took my truck to All Pro to have it repaired last year around the middle of October. Dropped it off on a Wednesday I think. Called over the next couple of days to see if they had gotten to check it out. They said they hadn’t but would check it out over the weekend. I got a call Monday morning from the owner. He said he had some bad news. One of his guys wrecked my truck SATURDAY. SATURDAY!!!! My truck was totaled because his guy pulled out in front of someone within a block of the shop. He (the owner) tried like hell to get me to let him fix it. (He’s a slick talker so I was almost convinced to do it. I decided not to and allowed my insurance company to come pick it up to valuate and compensate me for my loss. He (the owner of the auto shop) talked to his (agent/claims person) , so she called me to see if it was okay for her to come by and do the estimate for me? As we talked over the phone information was exchanged and the truth came out. She thought that I had wrecked the car and took it to him to fix. Once I told her “no, I did not wreck my truck, one of his guys did” she completely changed her tune. “Oh, he didn’t tell me that”. Then she told me, ya, you should go ahead and have them (my insurance) come and get it to valuate. There is so much more to this story but I’m trying to be somewhat brief. The damage may not look like much but I bought this truck brand new in 2009. I was proud that I had taken care of it and was going to drive it til the wheels fell off. I NEVER WRECKED THIS TRUCK In all the years I owned it. I understand accidents happen, but hiding it, then trying to swindle me by conning me into letting him do the work and then actually collect the money and fix it with junkyard parts for a profit is seriously low. So, now my insurance is going up, because his guy totaled my truck. I was without a vehicle for almost 2 months and I was ready to have an absolute meltdown over the time I dealt with all of this. Do yourself a favor. Avoid going to AllPro Automotive . THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY INSURANCE COVERAGE IF THEY WRECK YOUR VEHICLE, IT IS ON YOU AND YOUR INSURANCE. Just so you know!

I cannot say enough amazing things about this shop! I called early one morning with hearing brake noises asking how much to just look at it. They said it was free and to bring it down that they’d fit it in for me knowing I’m traveling cross country in my van. They not only checked it for free but did my brakes and roters for under $600! Same day! Steller service and awesome guys! Mike and Mike! I told them I almost didn’t call because their pictures made me think it would be an expensive shop. They laughed and were so happy because after so many years working hard they recently updated everything. And kept their same pricing! Reputable, honest, one stop shop.

Guys were great, and the work was great. Came in late afternoon with a flat and they fixed it almost immediately I'm from out of town, but they would definitely be my go-to shop! Good people!

I can't say enough good things about the staff and the service. My daughter broke down three hours from home. Not only did they arrange a tow truck for her, they came and picked her up because she had her dog with her. They gave her water and a snack for her and the dog!!! Thank you so much All Pro Automotive for helping my daughter get back on the road and for being so kind! It's hard to find great customer service like this anymore!!

I had a flat tire I went to the circle K to get air, some idiot cut the end of the hose ? so I pulled around to all pro automotive a mechanic was out side I asked for some air he filled my tire up, we could hear the air leaking out so they plugged my tire. They were so kind and professional the inside waiting area is really clean and cute. The owner is very welcoming and nice. It’s so pleasant to find friendly helpful people with awesome service.

They are not consistent, unfriendly and rude! Was supposed to call me from a GEICO order to repair a crack in windshield. Fail to call when they stated they would. I had to call them, after the the small repair spot became a full crack across the passenger side windshield. Finally got the windshield in, dropped off at appt time of noon. Stated they’d call when done. I had to call them 10min to 5pm and advised this info that no one called me. Stated “It’s Done” and hung up on me. I pick up my truck and wasn’t going to give me a copy of the work order, requested a copy and acted like it was too much trouble. Would never recommend or use them again!! Letting GEICO know to remove them from selected service company to use also!

Was traveling though the area and malfunction light went on. Brought our car into Auto Pro as it was nearby. They figured out the problem quickly, gave us the scoop, and charged a very, very reasonable price. And my daughter absolutely loved the sweet dogs Riley and Hershey who hang out there.

My water pump failed while on vacation. I called two other shops that couldn't schedule a replacement until the following week. All Pro Automotive was able to replace my water pump the next day and even gave me a ride back to my vacation rental! Excellent service and hospitality by All Pro Automotive, thanks!

The guys did a great job on diagnosing and getting my A/C working properly. And also did it in a very timely manner, less than 2 hours. If I have any more vehicle issues, this will be the first place I think of. Thanks guys!

Bought an 09 Volvo used and shortly after noticed a leak in the rear diff. Had to drive from VA to FL for work. Did a google near my hotel and these guys popped up. Stopped in and told what the issue was and they jumped on it like it was their own car. Topped off my fluid twice while it was there, helped me diagnose and even drove me to my hotel so they could look at it the next day. Unfortunately I had to drive back home or they could have fixed it while i was there. They didnt charge me anything but helped me out alot and got me back home. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone.

Great place to get your vehicles worked on from cars and trucks to busses and semi trucks

We couldn't say how appreciative we were of all pro automotive! My wife and I were traveling on are speciality vehicle (Polaris Slingshot) and started to experience a power issue. All pro automotive was able to diagnose, locate parts and fix in a matter of approximately 3 hrs. Thus was amazing and to top it off they only charged about $100 labor which is awesome. Thanks All Pro Automotive for everything.

Great guys run a top notch group of hard working honest mechanics who seem to enjoy truly working for their bosses. That too me says a lot in it's own. They treat each customer like a friend and not a wallet and have been very forthright as to what needs to be done and what doesn't and have even thrown in small fixes because they were in that area already. I couldn't ask for a better garage to take it to than the one I feel I can trust the information being relayed as well as the work provided.

The guys here are great people. I needed to replace an alternator and they took me right away and had it fixed quickly. The price they charged was very reasonable. I have been a long time customer and I have never been disappointed. Mike and Mike understand that service is important and they are experienced and knowledgeable. I feel I am treated like a friend. They are sincerely good people. Highly recommend.

Mike and Mike (the owners) were tremendously helpful. I was on vacation and had an issue with my Jeep. Visited All-Pro and told them I smelled something on the way into town, but could not pinpoint or replicate the smell. They checked out the vehicle and didn’t find any leaks. Mike had the idea to see if he could move the vehicle in neutral but it did not move and determined the calipers had basically seized up. I showed up at 1:30 -2pm and they ordered the parts for the brakes, replaced rotors, calipers, and pads and got the vehicle fixed and back to me before they closed same day! And I was planning on leaving that same day! Gotta love same day, quick, reliable service! Highly recommended!!! Thanks All-Pro Auto!

All pro is great. Years ago they rebuilt the top end of my 2000 dodge ram, I had a cracked head. Their work is top notch and their prices are reasonable. They check everything out if you have a problem and instead of throwing parts at it, they fix the problem. If you need auto work, call All Pro and talk to Mike or Mike.

Had such an awesome experience with this shop. Would definitely recommend it to anyone in town. My girlfriend and I were visiting from out of town and on the way to the island we noticed a grinding noise from our car. I could tell it was the wheel hub assembly. I called a couple of shops in town and was told it would be $500+ to fix it. I called all pro and even though they couldn't get my parts through their supplier they let me bring ones from AutoZone and then just charged me labor. In total to replace both wheel bearing it's was only $250 total. I would also like to thank Mike for the ride back to the beach house we were staying at and then picked us up when the car was fixed. Mike made a possibly very expensive and stressful situation much easier on us and made an effort to explain everything to us. Very very highly recommended!

Update 5/23/20: Same great service. I'm really happy with the thought and care they put into making sure my A/C was fixed. Thanks, again! Original review (sometime during the middle of a scorching summer 5 years ago when my A/C broke): Super nice staff. They gave me a ride from the shop and back to it while my car was being worked on. My A/C completely stopped working one day, and within a few hours they had it fixed and the A/C completely serviced for around $200. I couldn't ask for more. Thanks guys!

I've been there three times now and every time I go they are super nice. I never feel like I've been taken advantage of because they' have great prices. One time I took my car in because there was a metal piece under my car that was bent and they fixed it for only $10. Wait times aren't very long and whenever I get my car back it always seems to drive much better.
