O’Reilly Auto Parts is my favorite place to go for my car’s needs! The staff is extremely friendly & professional at this location. Angel & Kenneth really stood out to me with their knowledge and guidance . I will be back again! Thanks !!

After checking the website to see if they provide charging services, I confirmed I can bring in my whole vehicle and the mechanic at the store should be able to assist em with a battery charge. I came into the store, am the only person there, and as I walk in an employee behind the counter yells something that sounds like a name, and walks away. I wait at the counter, he eventually comes back. He starts helping me, but then takes a customer phone call and helps them. I wait for him to finish. When he helps me again, I ask about getting my battery charged. He stares at me. I asked “you offer that here, correct?” He says yes. I indicate my car out the window, and wait for him to instruct me on what to do next. He doesn’t move, I asked “do you need me to move my car to a mechanic bank or something” He said no, and asked if I wanted my battery charged. I said no, I had just had it charged at the oil change, and that I had been advised to find an auto parts store and get a charge. He said he could do that. He said I’d have to bring my battery in. I told him it’s in my car, but I don’t have tools to remove it. He asked if I wanted it replaced. I said no, I need it charged. He said he could test it. I said I just had it tested, had the readings in a photo, and just needed a charge. He said he didn’t understand what I want. I started over, saying I checked the website, it said I can bring in my entire vehicle and get my battery charged. He said yes. I again iterated that I cannot take it out on my own. He said he still didn’t get it. I advised him I was going to leave since we were getting anywhere. He dropped his head back and flapped his arms, and said he didn’t understand what I wanted. I said I need to get my battery charged. I cannot take it out of the vehicle I used to get it here. I need him to do it. Since he has the tools to replace it, he should be able to remove it. He glared at me. Another customer who came in at the end of the extended said she thought he means I would need to uninstall it, bring it in separately in another car. I asked how am I supposed to do that if it powers my car I use for transportation. She told me to get a ride. I told her that’s not what is asserted per their own website. He glared. I left. I went to advanced auto parts down the road and got all the help I needed there. Jose is awesome there. Felt like I was in the freaking twilight zone here….

I went in to the o’Reilly’s in Fernandina to get my battery tested because my car kept dying. Dot the manager was beyond extremely helpful! She was very polite, hands-on, knowledgeable, and persistent! I was in the store for quite a bit and she made sure that I would make it to my next destination before I left. I have never had such amazing hands-on customer service experience before! I will go out of my way to go back to that store in the future! Thank you again Dot ?

0 stars because all they do is sit behind the store smoking cigarettes, littering, loitering in their private vehicles parked on the trail, and yelling profanities at people on using the trail. Bad attitude for a supposedly professional business. Won't be shopping here anymore. City of Fernandina also did a terrible job whith this "park". Wasted lots of tax dollars on this project for O'Reilly's employees to ruin it for the public.

Kara is the WOMAN! I've never had someone go so above and beyond. We were stranded at a local Marina in need of an alternator for our boat. Her location didn't have one so she looked on the internet and found one at a competitor. We called the competitor and they said they didn't have it. We tried a few other stores and came up with nothing. We tried Kara one more time and she said she'd call the competitor for us. Not only did she locate it, she said she'd bring it to us!! She was there in a jiff and even made a other trip to bring another part we needed. Kara is an angel and a priceless employee. Thank you so much Kara!

A huge shoutout to Ms. Dot at O’Reilly’s Auto Parts for helping me the find the car battery that I needed for my Ford Fusion Hybrid. Her customer service was outstanding, she was very friendly and she answered any questions that I had with ease. I will recommend her and the Fernandina location for any automotive needs!

If I could give a rating higher than 5 stars I would. The woman (Angela?) that waited on me was amazing! She saved me money, gave me great advice, was extremely kind and made me so glad I went there. It is so difficult to find customer service like that and a company that stands behind their products. Thank you and well done!!

On vacation here in Fernandina. Had the clamp on my downpipe (v-band clamp) come lose (6.6 Duramax). I called, talked to Angie, and despite issues with the driver/navigation, they made it happen! Would recommend them, for sure.

Been here a few times, once the guy working the counter wouldn’t look up my windshield wipers with his computer and told me to bring them in and he’d match them up. I looked them up on my phone in the store and bought what I needed. On my second visit months later I got to the store and they was closed before 9 and was out back smoking.

The GM Torey went above and beyond today to help me when my car would not start. He drove over to the parking lot where I was stranded and determined I needed a new battery. After we got my car started I drove over to his store and he personally installed a new battery for me.

Staff is amazing and knowledgeable. I hardly ever hunt for a part, rather I ask them for what I am looking for and get their advice! They also can get parts in stock extremely fast! I definitely will continue to use them and recommend them to others.

I have a fleet of automobiles including cars and trucks this company meets all my needs and last vacations of an auto parts dealer. Very knowledgeable staff if they don't have it I got it next day and ready to go back on the road.

Went in on Monday afternoon to buy a replacement glass piece for my passenger side mirror. They took my name and number, ordered the $12 part and said it would be available at 0730 the next morning. I went in the next day after work at 1730 and they had no record of my visit, nothing was ordered and they wanted to sell me a $240 replacement (but couldn't tell me why it would cost so much). I hate leaving negative reviews but there's more deserving people out there who work harder for your money.

Went in to see why my engine lights blinking and I asked the guys after they checked it out what I needed to get (needs tune up) and they literally told me to go ask my boyfriend what HE thinks I should do. Sorry, I thought you guys were the professionals. Terrible business ethic you have there; being rude and unhelpful because you don't want to talk cars to a female.
