Worse experience in live load for dry van, Chk in at 4:00 pm and still waiting for them to load my trailer 11:48 pm right now, but they keep loading their own trailer ,they should respect the value of time, They don’t have a restroom for drivers, so think about it before coming here.

This papermill has been here since the 1940s. I do wish people would stop moving into the area and then trying to shut it down… It makes absolutely no common sense to me. I’m not sure why they moved to a place with a papermill when they could’ve just kept going south to West Palm Beach or Miami or the Keys or Cuba !!! Please consider that before you try to change things and eliminate people’s livelihoods. TY

Drop and hook would be five stars but had to wait 40 minutes for yard jockey to come inspect trailer. Easy check in&out. No Overnight parking❌

Was here for live load , Waiting here for my trailer since 4 hours , these guys don’t respect drivers time , they just left you with bobtail waiting and you just kept waiting when your trailer gonna come loaded , hopefully someone from the management sees this and make some changes to improve loading process for live loads .

- No overnight parking and they don’t do live loads after 4pm - please clean your trailer before check in -I had a pickup from this site, waited for 4hrs 30 min, still no clue of my trailer if it’s loaded - Big potholes in the yard - Rude security guard

Drop and hook in and out. Paperwork in yellow box by door. In front of stairs. Drop trailer grab yours and ur gone. I only know Drop and hook. Early morning is the best time. Afternoon. Is a mad house

Came to deliver paper rolls not wood. They let me unload a day early. First come first serve so I was about 4th in line. Unloading only took about an hour and half

Sign said something like... Sign in AND come in guard shack. Sign in sheets were just outside of the door. I read it very clearly as sign in and THEN come in and once I did guard was very rude and said you weren't suppose to sign that. And I said I sorry and he said "that's why you come in before signing". THEN FIX YOUR SIGNAGE! Place was a mess inside as well. You can only move a few feet every minute going in. Stuff all over in random places.

Took me a hour just to drop a empty there. As I watched the hostess, drivers, go back-and-forth. And nobody wanted to come insp ect the trailer. They had 3 hostler drivers. And i've seen it done With just one quicker than they can do it. And this, is it 4 o'clock in the morning

Out of all west rocks this is the only one I dread. First deal with the guard shack. Then go have trailer inspected, if the guy is around who is miserable! Find a place to drop your trailer in the inspection area, bobtail to get your paperwork where the window is 7 ft off of the ground. Then the lady just throws the paperwork at you. Yeah thanks have a great day!

Gate keeper very patient and nice, make sure safety hat, glasses and boots. Only 3 trucks allowed inside at a time. Fast unload and speed are 10pm no exceptions

A gathering of toddlers on Starbucks is more organized than this place. Make sure the trailer, if empty, is cleaned out. Because yknow the dirt you’ll get picked up from here will help make that matter any. If you can avoid coming here, do it.

This place is horrible. Way too much going on. But the Hispanic/Mexican/ Cuban ( not really sure of his ethnicity)shipping clerk put the icing on the cake. When I was trying to confirm where my load was, he says I already told you once after telling me several things all at once plus it being extremely noisy. He then insults my intelligence by saying “It’s not my fault you don’t understand!” As a new truck driver, his attitude and behavior was totally hurtful and disrespectful when we sacrifice our lives to move your heavy product across these highways. I will never return here.

This place is horrible, especially if you've never been there, nobody knows where to pick up and they take you from one place to another. If you're going to pick up rolls of paper, you have to pass by the side of the scale. You don't have to weigh yourself at the entrance or exit. on the right side of the scale and you will see a parking lot on the left there they check the trailer and tell you where to leave it then you go to Botail you pass the train line to the right you will see a gray trailer that is the office they pick up the bowl and yes it's live load right there you wait for someone to load you, someone will notify you and give you the bowl then you pick up the trailer where you left it and get out of there there is a love in 95 south that you can weigh if they load you 13 rolls you will be fine moving the tamdens in the hole 13 good luck

Easy check in with Security. Challenging outside dock to back into, but easily doable from the correct angle (lots of truck traffic). Fast unloading. In and out with BOL's in last than an hour.

4/30/22. Had a good experience. Ship clerk was helpful. Preload was not ready but they loaded a trailer and I was on my way. 41k weight.. Trailer inspection no problem. Guard was nice though difficult to understand at times. Yard guys were super nice. Cool view of port ship.

Make sure you don’t arrive too early only 30 minutes early or 30 minutes late. The guard smiles and makes you leave. You can tell he loves doing that. Came back in the morning and different guard was there but looks like he was walking dead ?. There is only one dock to unload and it takes forever so if you come here don’t be in a hurry to pick up another load. You will be here for a while. Heads-up!!! The place is a dirt muddy mess playground!!!! Your truck will get dirty for sure. Truck Life Hope this helps anyone that’s heading up this way. Good Luck. Overall not a bad place for drop and hook. Just have your own hard hat and safety glasses or you can borrow one from the guardshack. Would not recommend polishing your wheels or front bumber as it's a dusty dirt lot with many potholes. If you have a nice owner op truck I wouldn't recommend. If you have a low bumber you cant come here period. Friendly service

If you have a polished truck avoid this place like the plague. Whatever they dump on the ground (to fill in the million potholes) will stain your polished aluminum. It is always wet because it’s on the water and low land. They never fix anything only patch things. There is broken springs scattered all over the ground and they will not pay to repair anything (They will ask for three estimates for the repair which is ridiculous).

Delivery of scrap paper w 53' dry van. By appointment only. Can check in 30 minutes before appt. Use gate 5 and scale in and check in at guard shack to get further instructions. Vest, hard hat & eye protection required ( they have loaners). Also need to check wheels and tandems back. No overnight parking.

Security guard was very rude and didn’t pay attention as a security guard should. Facilities were not well. No one is allowed on premises without a badge or CDL and I was just riding with my dad in his truck and I had to sit at the main gate in a bush at night just so no one saw me.

Aside from the friendliness of a slight few, as a truck driver, I can think of no good thing to say about this place. There are at least 3 to 4 different entities operating out of this place and none of them work cohesively - there is a massive lack of communication from entity to entity, which results in one person telling you one thing then someone else complaining about that and telling you another, and it just makes for an extremely less than desirable experience for the drivers. Also if you have a roll stock delivery appt, be sure to make it on time because having to reschedule can literally set you back an entire day, due in no small part, to the massive lack of communication

When picking up a dry van load pay careful attention to the guard when they tell you where to go to have your trailer inspected. I wasted 30 minutes because I parked in the wrong spot.

For Otr drivers drop n hook.Check in at guard shack in the otr area near the yellow poles. Provide ID and sign in. Guard will provide hard hat and safety glasses. Need reflective shirt. Go to the check in area. Slide tandems to the rear. Open doors and sweep out trailer. Put the empty trailer in assigned spot. Head around the check area to the back of the right of the building to the shipping office. Check in with shipping clerk. Sign provide truck number and date. Get paper work and seal. Go back to the guard shack provide paperwork and sign out. Leave hard hat and safety glasses with the guard. Make sure you to get your ID back from the guard. Find the loaded trailer in the lot right beside the guard shack. Put the envelope with paperwork in the back of the trailer. Close the doors and seal the trailer.

So we are not picking up your load. Westrock you would rather us NOT deliver your product? Instructions say NO BOBTAIL. Management you have problems. We won’t be back.
