I went there and tried at least 7 cars and. Not one of them would start... they said it was because they were in the sun ??? ... but I had a car sitting for over 6 months in the sun and it started right back up ... the secretary is a monotone robot ... just repeating herself like she has to read from a script ... it was actually creepy ... like it might be one of those clones they keep talking about ... definitely find somewhere else to go
I took my son there and he looked at several cars one car stood out to him they said he had to have insurance so we left to get insurance and come back and saw the lady was telling my son to put a deposit down well they don't explain to you if you put a deposit down they keep your money that is not right if you change your mind but then that period of time it's not like you waiting 30 days it's not like you waiting three or four weeks they should give you back your money so don't put money down because she was trying to get him to put down $1,000 and that means within 2 weeks they take your money and you don't get it back so whoever's trying to get a car there don't put money down just you might change your mind you might find something better in the car was leaking oil the cars didn't have power steering and it could have been other problems with that car because they get it from the auctions so they take advantage with prices so some people find good cars some people don't
Horrible place to do business. The guy Brook is an arrogant, shady piece of work. Talks about all his customers behind their backs, laughs if someone has an issue with their cars, and even almost got into a fist fight with a relative of his while we were there. Oh, did I mention racist as well?
If you are BLACK Terrible service and dishonest people wouldn’t recommend if you need a GOOD VEHICLE pass them by they will tell you a different price when you sign then a few months later they will up the charges GO ANYWHERE ELSE
Please save yourself and DO NOT SHOP HERE they are scammed thieves and DO NOT CARE about people with a family. They are selfish disrespectful and I will be suing them.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Went towards the end of the day. My son was in dire need of a set of wheels. Guy told us to look around and we did. Found something in his range that he liked. Went to ask the guy to take it for a test drive and he said no and that he was leaving as he had been there since 9am. This was about 4pm. Will not go back again and we wound up at Lewis family auto and bought from them. They were nice and friendly and took the time to help us.
The only thing good I can say about The Car Store is that they will get you in a vehicle. But you are gambling your money when you go to the car store because some of their vehicles that they are selling are lemons. And you wouldn’t know that until It’s to late. If you can just go to a real dealership PLEASE DO if you can’t look elsewhere. We keep bringing the vehicle back because the check engine light is on the vehicle keeps breaking down and every time Its brought back no one knows what’s wrong with it and then all the maintenance fees get added onto the loan. Brook also wants a pacific type of insurance and if you don’t abide by what he wants he will text and call constantly and threaten to come and get the vehicle.

Do NOT recommend, They sold me a car that they new was going to overheat. When i took it back they said they fixed it and then it continued to overheat. There was many problems with the car i bought. Very rude also, would give a 0 if i could.
Since I have gotten my 2007 Dodge Charger SXT/SE this year March 2019 to Present I have been having nothing but good experiences with The Car Store. When your car needs fixing Brooke has been Amazing in making sure that it gets handled and with New parts to. Christa has been very helpful as with her kind personality, documents get handled and more. The Car Store is very much a Professional place that thrives in helping there Customers the best they can. Definitely a place everyone should stop by and check out
Do not buy a car from here!! They band aid the car long enough for you to drive it off the lot then when you call and bring it to their attention all you will get is, o well sorry but its 20 an hour if you want us to fix it. If you want to stand around and watch the owner and his son get in a screaming match and talk trash about the customers right in front of them, this is your place.
Very impressed with the service we received. They make you feel very comfortable in purchasing your vehicle and in servicing your vehicle when something is wrong.
Today turned out to be an Awesome and Blessing of a day. I got my Dream Car I been wanting for years on 3/23/2019, Christa Thistle at The Car Store in Sebastian on US 1 assisted in the process of making my dream a Reality (plus she is a Great friend and so is Chris). My husband and I bought a truck there just yesterday. Check engine light came on before we even got it home. After cleaning the windows and looking around we noticed roaches crawling around and some dead. I have sprayed inside hoping that helps. I called to schedule for the truck to come in to check the engine light to be checked and asked why they never called back on a car I had been looking at. Funny. Because of my part-time job the OWNER DON feels the need to charge me an extra payment pre month of 175.00. I’m sorry. Where I come from in sales and retail you don’t make the rules and policies as you go but was told by Brooke that you do at Buy Here Pay Here place. I’m sorry again; my Dad owned a Buy here Pay here when he was living and never did he treat his customers differently. Everyone is treated the same. Just wish I had know that before my husband bought the truck. Wonder which one of our lawyers would love to hear this story. Don’t Buy There....Get Everything In Writing.... Hell maybe even lie about your jobs and wages.
Do not buy from these scumbags. I bought a Ford explorer, completely paid off. The truck is now junk, they have a lien on my title because of a GPS tracker that they put on and will only take off with appointment. So I am supposed to tow the lemon that they sold me, wait for them to take the GPS tracker off, then tow it back to my house....all for a vehicle that I "own".
My husband an I bought a 1995 GMC Yukon from here. Never had a problem one with it. Very nice people. Chris and Brooke are great people. We are actually going have Brooke look for us a newer GMC Yukon 4 door 4x4 for momma in the near future. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS CAR LOT TO ANYONE.
Don't buy cars from here. Most cars are not in good running condition, you'll end up paying alot of money to repair the cars, plus on top of that, they will end up taking your car repossing it for being a. Month late. They repossed our truck after we put in labor and replaced many parts, not to mention would not give our truck back . when it came to billing, our balance was a total 20,000 for a 2003 chevy Silverado disel truck. But the sale was 12,999 plus our 1200 deposit. Somebody explain to me why we ended up with a 20,000 balance?
NEVER AND I REPEAT NEVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!! He lies to you about everything about the vehicle. I bought a F-150 from them. When I bought it, he said they had replaced the engine there with an expedition engine but he failed to mention they didn't have the proper computer in it for that engine. So within a month the truck was unable to drive. Ford dealership told me about the computer issue and that it'd cost thousands to replace! I called the car store and he said it wasn't their fault and changed his story to we didn't put that engine in, even though he gave me the copy of the paperwork for it. Said the only way he could help me was to take it to his trusted mechanic and add it onto my payments. At that point I told him to take the POS back! They came and towed it. Later I find out that they swapped the engine again and are trying resell it! It's all part of their game! They know the vehicle will break down and will be costly to repair and hope that you will just give it back to them so they can rig it and sell it again. My neighbor bought a car from there too and the same thing. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. I'm warning you, Nothing good comes out of doing business with the Car Store. He's not a business man, he's a con man. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE HERE!!!!!!
