The service was good. It took about an hour, but they got started late. I'm not sure what oil changes cost here because I am new to the area, but the cost seems overpriced. After speaking with others it sounds like they are not overpriced. I'm just getting used to this srea

Friendly staff very knowledgeable and the work was done quickly. My only observation was, I had two golf cart tires taken off and put on. The cost was over $50 seems a little excessive.

Very quick service on my Santa Fe, they checked and replaced my battery and front wiper blades within minutes of my arrival. It pays to get an appointment time because they are a popular auto servicing center!

Stopped by for an appointment in the late morning, was told they could get me in right after lunch @ 2:00pm that same day. Quick in and out. Arrived around 1:50, was on the road by around 2:30. They did show me that I had the wrong wheel lock key in the luggage pouch. They said they would rotate my tires when I found the right key. Very pleased with service and waiting area.

Service Date: Tuesday morning appointment I stopped by on Monday evening right before closing to ask if I needed an appointment for an oil change. The gentleman behind the counter wasn’t rude or disrespectful, but something about the interaction felt a bit “off.” It was the end of the day, so I chalked it up to that. He went ahead and scheduled me for 8:00 a.m. Tuesday. I showed up about 8:15 a.m., apologized for being late, and told him no rush — they already had several customers waiting and I didn’t want to cut the line. He took my keys and I waited outside, working on my website while they serviced my truck. The whole process took about an hour and a half — which, to me, is fine. I prefer steady, professional work over rushed service any day. When my truck was done, I walked in — nobody else was waiting at the counter — but neither of the two people up front acknowledged me right away. Eventually the lady handling checkout gave me the total, I paid, signed the copy, and she mentioned the truck being dusty. I told her I live on a dirt road. The original gentleman agreed, made a brief comment, and that was that. That’s when it clicked: through both visits, not one of the front staff actually made eye contact with me while speaking — not even during checkout. The only person who did was one of the shop techs outside, and we had a quick, genuine exchange about the rough dirt roads. To be clear — the service itself was solid. The oil change was done right, no issues with the truck afterward, the price was fair, and the turnaround time was good. But the overall experience just felt detached — not rude, just impersonal. I appreciate the work they did and the professionalism of the shop crew, but I will not be returning. This isn’t a warning or a complaint — just my honest experience. The service was fine; the customer connection just wasn’t there. Follow-Up: After posting my review, I was contacted directly by a corporate representative named Mr. Steve, and we had a very honest, productive conversation regarding my visit to the Sebastian location. As I said in my original review, I will not return to that location — that hasn’t changed — but Mr. Steve mentioned there are many other locations across the state and asked that I consider giving another one a try. Because of his professionalism and, more importantly, his honesty, I agreed. The fact that someone from corporate took the time to reach out personally — out of over 100+ locations — says a lot. It shows they actually do care about their customers and their reputation as a company. In a time where most corporations don’t give two shits about customer experience, that kind of follow-up sets them apart. So, credit where it’s due: Mr. Steve, you’ve earned my respect — both as an individual and as a representative of a company that clearly values integrity and accountability. My original review wasn’t negative; it was simply informative. And this follow-up is too — because experiences are personal, and I can only speak for my own.

They changed my oil, and the next day it was leaking.. must have screwed the bolt on the gasket too tight and stretched it out.. so now my jeep leaks oil.. never ever had anything wrong with my jeep before.. not happy at all..

I’ve never had a bad experience at St. Lucie tire and battery. Usually, I try to make an appointment and they are always on time and they do great work. Yesterday I had no appointment my car broke down in the middle of power line Road with the assistance of a wonderful police officer and tow truck driver Got my car to St. Lucie tire and battery with no appointment and got it back in the same day! I don’t usually like to recommend people to others, but I have no qualms about doing it with St. Lucie tire and battery. They’re a business that really cares about the people that they’re serving.

Drove in to St.Lucie Battery in Sebastian with a "almost" dead battery, checked in at 9:08 was out the door at 9:20! New battery installed, alternator checked and all four tires filled with air! Chris at the counter was polite and professional, great job! Thank you!

Got my idler intention done in my engine. No one told me I also needed an alternator because my bearings in my alternator are going bad. Service was great except for that issue. Went to another St Lucie battery and tire and that's when I found out I need a new alternator

Price was very competitive, and beat out the other tire dealers in town. Four tires and alignment, under 90 minutes from start to finish. 60,000 mile warranty, and complementary 13 month road hazard warranty included ! Glenn and Chris were on point with their customer service skills. Would definitely recommend Saint Lucie Tire !

I had a tire that kept losing air. Tire was new just was replaced. Not too long ago. Ended up having a screw in it. They repaired it. It's fine now. Didn't have to wait forever. Always had good service would Port St. Lucie tire and battery.

My appointment needed to be rescheduled as one of their techs needed to leave(life happens sometimes). Honestly, which they had contacted me before I arrived. Nonetheless, all went well with the reschedule appointment and they had me out in about 25 minutes. The car runs great!

The work done on my vehicle was great no complaints there. However, the store manager could really use some training in customer service. He seemed uninterested, didn’t greet customers, and gave off a very negative vibe. As the person leading the shop, he should be setting a better example. A more welcoming attitude would make a big difference.

Look, y'all....BRING YOUR CARS, TRUCKS, AND SUVs HERE!! I have some BIG kudos for the St. Lucie Battery & Tire for a few reasons: 1. I called this morning and asked if they could possibly get me in for a slow leak in a tire. The nice receptionist that took my call (I, regrettably, did not catch her name) let me know that I could bring it in but it would be a bit of a wait because "we have a pretty full house right now." I asked when would be a good time to bring it up or when I could schedule it. Mind you, this is NOT an emergency. It has been going on for a few weeks and I have been filling it up every couple of days like the procrastinator I truly am...BUT I am going on a trip in a few days and I will inevitably come back to a flat tire lol. She was super understanding and asked me to hold for a moment. After a very brief hold, she said she spoke with a manager and they could get me in in about a half hour! Omg I was so relieved!! When I got there, their front desk clerk, Glenn, was super friendly, checked me in super fast, and even let me add an oil change because my car is overdue by almost 500 miles! What an AWESOME place!! One of my friends recommended this place to me when I asked where to take my car for a tire repair. I'll DEFINITELY be a returning customer and will be sending all of my friends here too!
