Unfortunately when I bought a light bulb that would not replace it thankfully it was quick and easy and I did it myself will not replace headlight lamps
Went to have my battery checked and had the pleasure of having the help from Natalia. She determined that the battery I purchased last year was testing bad and brought me back inside to inform me that they would replace battery for free due to still being active warranty. Not only did she do all of that but she also installed the battery for me as well! Thank you for your kindness and service with a smile!
Well, my cigarette lighter power is no longer charging my phone. I went in for help, to find out the part # needed to replace the equipment inside fuse box. He said, "no, ma'am, we can't do that here." I said, "what?? You can't give part numbers so I could purchase and take to replace myself?" He responded with, "No, we don't do that here."
So...nice place. Evidently, they don't do much of anything. Going back to the long line at Autozone. They said, "Sure, we'll help you, come on back!"
They tried to find me a part it was hard to find one end up having to go online but thanks guys for all the hard work trying to find that little rascal
The customer service at this store is amazing. I’ve worked in customer service a long time and immediately recognized we were in the right place for customer care. Our greeting from Rich was of genuine concern for our needs. We had to revisit a couple hours later for another part and received the same service. Just plain super service oriented.
Excellent service from the guys here. We were having trouble finding the right size wrench, but they were patient and helped us with it. In the end, the car was fixed and good to go again. Thumbs up, and many thanks!
