Bought front brakes and paid cash. I needed to return and get rear brakes but the receipt they gave me was a quoat not a receipt. They said I paid $100 less than i paid the purchase was ran under a corporate account the person that sold the parts to me gave me quoat print out rather than a regular receipt. He ran it under a corporate account. Daniel the manager basically called me a lier. The person that sold the parts to me was Angel.
Taylor is great and a huge help as always. The inventory is always stocked, and the staff is friendly. I always get the correct part the first time around.
I needed a battery. The gentleman that took care of me did a great job. He looked it up. He pulled the old one out and installed the new one all in about 45 minutes. It was the easiest and most pleasant car repair that I have had done in a long time. I will be going there from now on.
I needed immediate help with my car fob. The battery wouldn’t allow turn on. The dealer had only give me one fob. So I was in a bind.
I called and asked if I could buy battery there or bring one i had bought and pay for them to fix (if that was it). So I went in and “Daniel” an older man was extremely kind. He changed the battery and checked to see if that was it, and Vola! He didn’t even charge me and was so kind.
Walmart and another auto service wouldn’t give me the time of day. They said “ No way!” WM-other place said they didn’t dare in case they broke it. “It would cost hundreds to replace “
But, Daniel was not hesitant and said we would get through this together. And we did. Thank you for having reliable trustworthy service providers. Thank you to Daniel.
Depending on the need, depends on when I go in. With that said, the same people are never working from the a previous visit. Each visit has been well greeted and helpful. Unless I want, I have never had to wonder the aisles of products that I am not accustomed too. Besides, it's all done on their computer, I ultimately choose, just with ease. And, I kinda dig that.
When all the auto parts turned me away for help and said no. This place said yes, Angel was especially helpful. They will be getting my service from here on out
I got everything that I needed to get at a good price. I didn't need any auto parts, just cleaners and such. The store was clean and the staff was friendly.
Red the manager is a stand-up guy. I always choose this store bc of the excellent service and knowledge I get from him and his team! Good job, guys! We, the community, appreciate people who have a brain and integrity and know how to use them! This is my go to place for parts!

I went down today to have a battery swapped out and the atmosphere was comfortably casual. Thomas was of great help with a great attitude that was friendly without compromising on professionalism. His help was much appreciated and I’m sure I’ll be likely to return here over the nearby auto stores.
Thomas expertly checked my battery, starter, and alternator. It was confirmed that the battery was the issue. I bought a new battery and he installed it, taking the time to clean the cables. And I drove off happy that the problem was fixed.
Everyone is always very helpful. Tonight, we went in for an item and could not locate it. Red took the time to look it up and check the aisle. He saw the item was not on the shelf but went and found it in the back of the store. He made our day!
I stopped in the store for some oil, and was pleasantly greeted by Red. He took his time to come look at my car as I had an oil leak. He suggested an additional product to add to my oil. He was very informative and attentive. I will definitely be using this store from now on due to this great interaction!

I went in yesterday to exchange a part that was just over a year old and under warranty the new store manager was extremely rude and refused to honor the warranty and told me getting upset was not going to help since it was HER store and she could do as she wanted we have used this store since they opened well Lisa you have lost us as costumers I will drive to palm bay or vero before I step in your store oh and being rude to my friend last week when she needed a new battery she won't be back as well
The battery on my sailboat stopped taking a charge while on the ICW. I was able to purchase a new battery over the phone and one of the guys delivered it as close as possible for me to pick it up by dinghy/on foot. Saved me a ton of time and trouble.
My main auto parts store that I go to all the time. I go there so often, I should have stock in that store. Very clean store and knowledgeable employees. Anything you need for your car or truck, go to the O'Reilly's Auto parts
Unfriendly guy at counter ask for light bulb,sent me down to to the bulbs. No other customer in the store, you think he would come over and help or a least ask not a chance. I left went to advanced they net me at the door help me fund the bulbs thanks Advance for knowing customer service
When I went to pick up a part, I told the cashier that I was there to pick up a 90° elbow pipe that my husband ordered. Guy went in the back, came back out and said, "sorry we can only hold a part for 7 days and it was shipped back this morning." I re-oredered the part. Went home to tell my husband that news. He was not happy stating that he had only called him the day prior. Needless to say, we went elsewhere and they had the part in stock.
They are alot like the old time auto parts store. Good location, helpful sales staff. Excellent parts inventory. Out of norm for Sebastian. Special orders go fast too. Thats how its been for me anyhow !
