Very upsetting experience.
I took my elderly father to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. We explained in great detail that this car would be used to transport my two-year-old daughter and provide safe, reliable transportation for my elderly father. We made it clear that dependability was our top priority.
The staff assured us that this was one of the best vehicles on their lot and that it had no significant issues. Unfortunately, less than an hour after driving off the lot, the check engine light came on.
Since purchasing the vehicle, we have been forced to spend more than $3,000 in repairs, including replacing the water pump, serpentine belt, computer, and addressing numerous other mechanical problems that should have been disclosed before the sale.
What is most disappointing is the dealership’s response. Rather than standing behind the vehicle they strongly recommended, their attitude was essentially, “You bought it as-is, good luck.” There was no concern for customer satisfaction, no accountability, and no effort to help resolve the situation.
If you are looking for a trustworthy dealership that stands behind its vehicles and values its customers, this was not our experience. We feel completely misled about the condition of the vehicle and regret making this purchaseJun 12, 2026 -
Do not, I repeat. Do not purchase a vehicle from this place, and they will lie to you. Sell you a vehicle, then let you know that you bought it as is. And they will not help you fix it. The second you drive off the lot, a 1000 lights will come on. They get the vehicle. Just good enough for you to be able to drive it off the lot. That's all this place we'll do for you. And they will scam you every single chance they get after it.Do not trust them

This was the easiest move we’ve ever had and thanks to everybody rides it made it even easier! Thank you Destiny for being very polite, explaining all details and for the easiest reservation request, paperwork for pick up and return of our 26’ U-Haul. Thank you Mr. Bill for returning my wallet and thank you for making this a pleasurable experience! You’re the man!! The truck was very clean and updated. The ac was ice cold and the windows were spotless making it easy to see out of. I wish I could give 10 STARS!!! We will definitely be recommending Everybody Rides for all your moving needs!! Thank you again!!

I had a great experience they were willing to work with me so I could get the truck. They were very upfront about it and answered all my questions. They told me if I have any problems with the truck to let them know and they would fix it even though I know I am buying as is. I highly recommend them to buy a car.

I purchased two vehicles from this company: a 2009 Ford F-150 and a 2015 GMC Acadia. Before purchasing the vehicles, I test-drove both of them. During the test drive of the GMC Acadia, I noticed that the vehicle was misfiring, and I brought this concern to the attention of the sales representative. I was told that the issue was likely caused by the battery, and the battery was replaced.
After taking the vehicle home, I noticed that the car was still misfiring even after the battery was replaced. I contacted the dealership to inform them about the ongoing issue, and they asked me to bring the vehicle back so they could inspect it. After checking the vehicle, they told me the problem was related to the catalytic converter, and that it needed to be sealed because the previous owner had attempted to repair the catalytic converter themselves. So the mechanic from the dealer charged me $50 to seal the converter, I drove the car and it still kept doing the misfiring. I called them and I told them that this problem was still happening. She told me that the mechanic drove the car. The misfire was not happening when he drove it. Maybe I need to change the gas.
After purchasing the GMC Acadia, I continued experiencing several mechanical issues, including a “Low Engine Power” warning, engine misfiring, and the vehicle shutting off while stopped.
Because of these problems, I returned the vehicle to the dealership so they could inspect it. Prior to bringing it back, I had the vehicle checked by an independent mechanic who provided an explanation of what might be causing the issue. When I relayed this information to the dealership’s mechanic, he became upset and stated that my mechanic “did not know what he was talking about,” and he began yelling during the conversation.
The mechanic then told me to bring my mechanic to their shop so they could discuss the issue together. I was confused by this request because I expected their mechanic to be able to diagnose and address the problem directly.
The following day, I returned the vehicle and asked if it would be possible to exchange it for another vehicle due to the ongoing issues. During a phone conversation with the owner, he became upset when I mentioned that I had taken the car to another mechanic and discussed the estimated repair costs.
According to the independent mechanic, the vehicle may require catalytic converter repairs (front and rear) as well as repairs to the fuel line, which could be causing the misfiring and engine performance issues.Mar 12, 2026 -
Best place to get a U-Haul in town. Everyone is so nice and their process for hooking up and moving trailers is a lot more efficient than any other U-Haul affiliate I’ve dealt with. As far as the bad reviews for used cars, I see people complaining because they bought a high mileage car that needed breaks 1 month later. Lol cars need maintenance people, breaks are a wear item. All of the bad reviews are posted by room temperature IQ people. If you are buying an older car with higher mileage, chances are it’s going to need some maintenance.

We moved about six hours away, and my girlfriend and I were up to date on our payments.never missing one , On the last day of our move, after driving back and forth for hours, a tow truck showed up to pick up the car. At that point, we let it go because the car was already in really bad shape coming with so many hidden problems .
Out of curiosity, we later checked their website and saw the same sorento back on the lot — the same car we had so many problems with and that clearly wasn’t worth fixing.
Safe to say, this place only cares about making money. They do the bare minimum and seem to hide issues until you’re off the lot. I wouldn’t recommend going there for a vehicle.Feb 20, 2026 -
No, in Florida, a used car company (lender/creditor) cannot keep or sell your personal belongings found in a repossessed car; they must inventory your loose items, notify you, store them at their risk, and return them upon reasonable request (though they can charge for storage/inventory costs once you claim them), but they can't hold them hostage or demand payment for the items themselves. Items permanently attached to the car, like stereos or spoilers, generally belong to the lender as part of the vehicle, but loose personal effects (clothing, electronics, child seats) must be returned. But yet they are keeping mine for repo fee .witch is illegal. And the vehicle had multiple serious issues and was broke down more then it ran

Bought a minivan after a horrific car accident because we needed a way to get to doctors appointments and places with our 6 week old and 15 month old. The first day the van shut down and the air stopped working. We brought it back they replaced the battery and could not recreate the AC issue. mark stated that that if anything happens bring it back and they will take care of it. Within a month the AC stopped working and the brakes were grinding. We took it to a friend who was a mechanic and he literally pulled the seal that they put on to cover the brakes so they would not have to replace them. I need new pad calipers and rotors. I dropped the car off with Taylor at Everybody rides to be repaired. They said they would not be repairing. When I went to talk to Mark I explained I can’t even get my kids to the doctor. He said I don’t care if you can’t take your kids to the doctor. He also said he isn’t fixing the car and then his saleswoman to call the sheriff and get me off the property. I had someone with me to witness the event. These people are crooks! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

What you see, is what you get. Test drove many options available and made my selection of a Dodge Dart. Experienced issues with a faulty odometer and speedometer. I was allowed to bring it back to the lot for something different. The Ford Focus I chose had a bad battery, but was replaced. Had tail lights out, but was replaced. I'm very happy with my experience with this group.

We bought a 2013 chevy cruze from everybody rides, on the test drive with their employee in the car it overheated. We get it back to the shop and find no coolant in car at all. They assured us they would get right on it. Called the next day saying all was good. We went for a second drive all seemed well so we bought the car. We have made every payment early in spite of the fact that their repair job gave out causing a second overheating. Where we found the patch was no good. Fast forward just over 4 months blows a head gasket. We get it to their shop on a wenseday and are told by Mark that he will call us Thursday, then no call at all and 2 unreturned phone calls, so myself with 2 wittnesses go there a week later and have a discussion with John, and yes I was mad but did not raise my voice as i recorded my visit just in case. Now get a call from Nicole very snotty and mean telling me i need to bring $1500 to $3000 cash up front before they will touch it. IS THIS THE KIND OF CAR LOT WE ALLOW TO DO BUSSINESS IN OUR TOWN???

Stay away! This guy is a thief! I bought a 06 Ford Explorer, vehicle had a shutter issue at certain rpms, was told it would be fixed prior to pickup, picked up still not fixed, took back and dropped off. Finally was told it was just old and worn engine and I bought it as is! Sorry about your luck! So I left it on their lot, rather loose $1200 DP then 6k in the long run. Very Dishonest Owner and I am sure I am not his first RIP OFF

I think Everybody rides is a good place to buy cars, they work with you on fixing your cars. Even though the cars are bought as is they still work with their customers with fixing them. I got behind on my payments the manager and office staff gave me the opportunity to make small payments on my account, until I could resume regular payments. Now you tell me where can you find a place like this that's value their customers and works with you when you having hard times? People if you read a bad review about everybody rides disregard it, and try them . This place believes in giving second chances to help people in need when your credit is bad. Mark Ferry, Nicole, Carmen ,and Annette thank you for all y'all help.

Cars are horrible they do not fix these cars they are scam artists and amateurs do not get any purchases from these people they are con artist And money hungry they have very bad business they barely sell cars in general and the manager Mark does not fix the issue he looks over the problem slap some paint over it and makes a new diagnosis and tell you that you’re delusional and that’s not the problem that’s wrong with your car so be careful ladies and gentlemen nobody deserves to get their first car I have to deal with this much trouble I will be pursuing to call corporate or the state board whoever is in charge over them as a business I am tired of the unfailing promises and the disappointment that this dealership brings to young black new car owners

Bought a car from everybody rides. Turned out to have a a major issue within 200 miles of owning it. Brought back about 48 hours they fixed the issue. No charge. They said if anything wrong happens with it to bring it back and they would take care of it. They kept true to there word. Definitely give them a chance
