I’ve always had great service here until today. The man at the counter was hesitant to even help me. And when he finally started speaking to me, he was noncommunicative and didn’t want to answer any questions and I found it very strange. I’m going go to another similar shop.

Arturo truly went above and beyond today! He not only performed complimentary testing on my car and clearly explained what needed attention. He also resolved an issue on the spot with impressive speed. His attitude is always upbeat and welcoming, and his expertise shines every time my husband or I visit for purchases or diagnostics. Sharing a very bad experience that we had after my husband placed an online order for some brakes on June 14th. We were charged at the time of purchase allowing us to pick up the brakes from this location. We just noticed on June 18th that we were charged a second time for the exact same purchase in the exact same amount for the exact same products that we paid for in full on the 14th. We have called corporate regarding this online experience and have had no one returned our calls whatsoever. We have gotten nowhere and feel that we need to be reimbursed and contacted immediately, I would not advise anyone to place any order at all online unless you want to be ripped. If I could leave zero Stars I would., and as for this experience we will never ever be spending another cent with this company, as I can see others feel the same way based down their ratings.

They were very helpful, i went in looking for something on my own. They immediately called me to the counter and found my items for me and even went to get them for me. Great service.

Awful service, rude kid (maybe 20 wearing a flat bill hat) behind the counter who couldn't tell his hand from his foot making snide comments and faces when he thought no one was looking because he's not brave enough to do it when they are. And Jon, who might be the manager, sat there watching. 0/10. AutoZone offered a lot better service, and $100 less on the exact part I was looking for.

Friendly service and good advice. Installed battery for me for free, which includes cleaning all the contacts and making sure everything was working great before letting me go. Definitely recommend just for the service alone. Nice selection of auto parts of course.

Helped replace a battery in my car and reset the weird battery setting on a Volkswagen. Friendly and did a good job. AutoZone wouldn't even touch the car.

I wish I knew the workers names but I forgot to ask them. We were from out of town and in a bind and when I called the lady was so nice, friendly and very informative. We got there and she helped right away...explaining everything and doing her job with pride. Then a guy did the installation and he was friendly and just overall was great. Great customer service. They both did everything with the highest quality which made our situation less stressful. Great job!

This was not my first trip to this location of Advance, but definitely the first trip for my car's issue. Tony assisted me with identifying the correct radiator fluid for my Ford Edge and also directed me towards the stop leak. Showed me where to fill the coolant up to on the reservoir. Being a woman, I appreciate the service. Tony did not make me feel "inferior" or stupid.

Employees seemed pretty rude, and like they didn't wanna help. Told one man what I was looking for, and he took me to something completely different than what I needed, and just walked off and didn't say anything else to me. Overall not the best experience, and will probably try out a different auto store.

By far the best customer experience I've had with a national company... After committing an error online, was able to find the correct battery and have it installed , for free , for my daughter in a different town, all on a Sunday morning. Next morning I called the 800 # about the billing and , surprise , found the billing corrected this afternoon. Hats off to these people.

Jacque is, by far, the friendliest, most helpful & most knowledgeable employee of any auto parts store... no, any retail or food service establishment...I've encountered. Her happiness is infectious and her can-do attitude is refreshing. If only all shops and stores had a Jacque the world would be a much happier place.

Although they were willing to help, the employers that my husband & I dealt with, lacked the knowledge that we needed to replace the brake lines in our RV😏 which obviously added undue frustration to our already aggravated situation.

Great Place! Never have an issue with these guys! I have issues with my car, and told Tim or Mark what was going on, and they helped me right away! If they didn't have the part, Mark was calling other stores to see who did! Couldn't ask for better service!

Smaller store and the inventory variety can be a bit limited, but the staff is great and they can check your engine codes as well as the electrical system on your vehicle.
