I bought several items from there, they said they’ve been tested and we’re brand new and they were not. They were broken and didn’t work and the prices are way too high. Don’t give you your money back. They only give you a voucher to buy something else from their Junky
place. These are all Lowe’s or Home Depot returns ! so they were returned for a reason! You may as well just go to a store and buy a brand new. Their prices are not that great. They are 40% off retail. I found stuff cheaper on Amazon and brand new in the store. I will not be going back and I won’t recommend them to anybody.

She took care in handling the merchandise and made me aware how to stay in touch with the store and remain aware of specials that occur. Heard about this place from our neighbor. Excellent place to buy all home needs. We found great deals for fans and lighting much cheaper than retail stores. Each item is checked and then sold. Great customer service. Strongly recommend
I have been a customer for several years, but I decided that I would never return to this place. Also, I will stop recommending this place, I actually referred several people to this place, and for $20, they lost me as a customer. Be aware when you return an item to the store. Yes, they give you a store credit, but it is only for 30 days, which makes no sense. If you don't use it within 30 days, they will not owner the credit. Basically their store credit system is not professional and personally I think it's a scam.

“To good to be true”- trust your gut, just pay extra to go elsewhere or anywhere on Facebook marketplace but here. Lawn mower lasted a month.. it was outside the 7 day return period therefore all I have is a $120 paper weight. Asked to see if I can swap out but was denied. Thanks

Instead of trying to rectify the concern they chose to block me.
I purchased the item in the picture for 89.00, I looked it up on Lowes because it had a Lowes sticker and it showed that the item was priced at $140.00. I explained how the battery did not have a long life like 45min and that I had to buy a replacement battery which the cost almost added up to the original price.
You sold with the idea it was working properly when I replaced the battery it came up to the price of the sales price which is $120 with a warranty and I would have been able to return it if I had a concern. So giving 40% off on a damaged item is wrong.
This place just isn't for me. Prices are almost as much as a box store, Nearly everything I went looking for was broken (I guess that's why it was a return in the 1st place) I mean, some stuff was fixable but... The price should really reflect that more. if we have to repair it before using it. It should be REALLY inexpensive. I dunno... I'd rather pay a little more and have brand new I guess. ??♀️
Was just there. The team that was working on New Years Eve was extremely helpful & friendly. Kudos to the team member with glasses; he took the time to replace a glass plate on the light fixture I wanted. That’s above & beyond good customer service! Prices are good; always something you need for your home. I’ll always head here first before shopping anywhere for home improvement stuff! Even got a 7ft Christmas tree last week for $50! You just can’t go wrong!
Item advertised was not at the store days prior the sale. Bad customers service. Instead of making business the guy at the front desk was more concerned how to chase me out of the parking lot and was referring to police if I didn’t got out of the property. This unacceptable treating your customers on line and at the store.
Got a great deal on a large tool chest and safe here. Safe was about 80% cheaper than new and tool chest about 65%. Both items were in essentially brand new condition (original papers included and labels etc )with fairly significant cosmetic damage. For what I needed this worked great. If you come here expecting brand new items with no imperfections you will probably be disappointed.... you should go somewhere who is selling brand new items at full price.
If you want to find a great discount on a functional item with some small cosmetic problems this is definitely your place!
Decent deals, probably 50% less than what you would pay retail at the big box home improvement stores. Some products are customer returns, so there is some risk it was returned due to not functioning correctly. I bought a ceiling fan, got it home, assembled it, and the light did not work. They have 7 day exchanges/store credit and did give me another fan, so they stood behind their policy. If you're looking for a deal, it's a good place just be sure whatever you buy to verify it works within the 7 days.
Staff is super friendly and happy to help you with whatever you need. They have plenty of items to look through to see what may be a fit for you. Very reasonable pricing and great coupons and promotions too for even greater savings.
For those that don’t know, they carry items from Lowe’s and Home Depot that were either returns, open boxes, or overstock. Definitely worthwhile to get something new at a reduced price.
Their restock trucks come Tuesdays and Fridays I believe which is great to have first dibs on what’s newly available.
I just bought a house and need a variety of home improvement pieces. So glad a family member told me about this place!! They have a random assortment of lighting, tools, cabinets, etc. and they get weekly shipments of new stock. Make sure you give yourself plenty of time to look through. I got a great deal on a bathroom vanity and light. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend
So much to see! They have tons of ceiling fans, light bulbs, also has flooring, faucets, lighting and so.much more. Clients of mine told me about this hidden gem and I am so glad they did.
