Had to stop at Autozone to have my truck battery checked. I needed a new battery and had the pleasure of having met Toni an Autozone employee. Toni checked battery and went over what options I had. He was very friendly and professional. I purchased a new battery and Toni installed it in no time. All in all it was a very positive experience and couldn't have asked for better service than what Toni provided.
Great store, really clean and they know what they are doing. Not only that but Andy the Store Manager is AMAZING!!! He helped me from start to finish replace my wiper blades for me and did a great job. Great selling and service goes by too unnoticed these days so I wanted to recognize him and his very nice store in Lutz!! Highly recommend and if someone from Corporate is reading this, Andy is a guy you want to promote!!! Fantastic service and just a very nice guy and his help was very appreciated!! Go here for any of your car needs the store is great and so are the staff. One of the other employees Loia qas also helping a guy with his battery while I as with Andy outside and she was also super nice and very helpful!! Great place!!!

Daniel was a huge help when my Jeep’s battery had a loose connection. He quickly figured out the problem and got everything tightened and working again. Thanks to him, my Jeep is starting perfectly now. Highly recommend his help and this location!
I had great experience with the service, i purchased my battery previously and yesterday had an issue with it and went to Auto Zone to check battery, was still under warranty and they replaced it with no issues. The person that helped me was very helpful and professional. Very happy with the service and experience.
I had the occasion to visit the auto zone located on SR54 Lutz. There I met a gentleman employee by the name of Kelton Sanders. Mr. Sanders worked quickly and efficiently to solve my issue as well as 3 other patrons. Most importantly Mr. Sanders saw that i was having a bad day. He took the time to speak to me in an empathetic manner which at that time was quite helpful and uplifting. Mr. Sanders should be commended for his actions that day. He brings great credit to the AutoZone Franchise as well as himself. He is exemplary employee who deserves high praise for the manner in which he represents the company and himself. He should be recognized for humanitarianism, empathy and leadership. If you could do something to elevate his position, grade or payment you would be doing Autozone a great service as well as this great employee.

Tony was awesome. He walked over to First Watch to jump start our car and then offered to check our battery. We ended up buying a mobile charger from him. Great guy!

I needed a new battery and this store was so helpful. The lady took my call and let me know that the store wasn’t busy so it wouldn’t be a long wait. It was quick to purchase and they installed it for me. When I got there it seemed everyone needed a battery and they were quick and kind with everyone that came in, giving realistic expectations for wait times and working as efficiently as possible to help everyone.
If you come to this autozone make sure you get Tyler to help you out this kid is super professional offered me the best that they have. Best service i’ve gotten by far from any autozone thanks Tyler!

Came in to buy a battery and get it installed the guy that was supposed to do the installation clocked out and left. The other guy was too busy doing “paperwork”. It’s been 45 minutes and no sign of anything happening. They got 3 people here but only one can change a battery. Do better.
Yesterday I was in this store and I want to thank one of the guys who works there. His name is Tony. His attention was incredible, friendly, helpful, persistent, he never lost hope of helping. This just happened for the last time I will rage if it happens again!
This is the third time in a this auto zone I have been overlooked by the staff to help my husband who wasn’t inline or even next inline as I was. I was literally at the counter 2 different times here and both times the boys at the counter help men behind me first when I’m next inline.
My dad was a mechanic and I grew up in the store. We were always working on trucks together and now I go to buy parts for my truck and they ask my husband what he needs help with and I get ignored. I was literally at the counter and my husband wasn’t even in the line.
It’s very diminishing to constantly be overlooked. The store is always clean and stocked so 2 stars and I took the rest away for consistant disrespect to women.
Maki and Mark were absolutely amazing. Outstanding customer service. Saved the day and $$ on a battery change. Even had a wonderful contact on a mobile mechanic. Can’t say enough good things!
Maki was extremely kind and she helped us install my new headlights! I will be back to this store anytime I need parts for my car :) she also is a very kind lady and always has a smile while helping us out

I came here to get my battery tested and it needed replaced. Maggie tested it and noticed it was only 2 years old. She also noticed it was from a competitor and was probably still under warranty. I called the competitor to verify and sure enough it was. Maggie was willing to lose the sale in order to save me $260. Kiddos to an honest employee with tons of integrity! Thank you, Maggie!!
My serpentine belt got shredded and Isaac was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He went out of his way to explain the issue and even helped me replace it.

Superior service! Maki assisted me purchasing and replacing my battery last Wednesday, May 1st. She then went above and beyond when my car still would not start. Her calm and caring support kept me positive when my quick battery replacement turned into a 2 hour visit. She helped find the solution and got me back on the road. There were 2 other employees that were also very nice and seemed happy to help! My entire experience was ‘small town’ vibes, where people genuinely care. The Store was also clean and stocked. I have even suggested to my son that he apply for a job here. All around, great Store!
I needed to have my car jumped yesterday because the battery didn't have enough energy. This morning I looked online at all the auto parts places in the area. AutoZone has the best price on the right size I needed. When I got to the store a young man was very helpful and tested my battery. His name is Isack. He was honest and knew his stuff. He installed the new battery quickly and I was on my way. I am impressed with how he and the store manager treated me as a first-time customer at that store. The manager even gave me a 10% discount.
