Since I have been taking my car to this mechanic my a/c has been breaking every couple of months. They have been lying to my face, telling me nothing is wrong with it when it is actively not blowing cold air, but still charging me for diagnostics lmao. I told them they bent a piece of wire where the coolant is poured in and the caps went missing after I took it in and they told me that was impossible. When I paid for yet another diagnostic I got it back and the caps were magically replaced, even though they told me to my face my car must not have had any to begin with. I took my car for a second opinion and found out the problem was with a part they had replaced the very first time I took my car to them, and the warranty on that piece was almost up. They were clearly trying to mislead me until the warranty ran out so that I would have to pay for it again. They are untrustworthy and take advantage of women, but what else is new?

You are in good hands taking your car into Willow Bend Automotive. Their repair and car maintenance charges are very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

We just moved to the area from being stationed overseas and bought a 2 year old car from a dealership that started having problems pretty quickly. This auto shop was a little out of our way but the reviews were good so we trusted to bring our car there. We brought it there in November and they said we needed new spark plugs, charged us $842 (included an oil change) and gave us the car back the next day. Immediately I could feel the car was still driving weird but gave it a couple days and the check engine light came back on so we brought it back again at the beginning of December. They then said it was the fuel injector, charged us $1,171 and gave us the car back again the next day. Again, I drove it, still didn't drive right and the check engine light came on again within a couple days. At this point, I wondered if we should go back to Willow Bend but I figured we already spent $1900 to try to fix whatever the problem is and this time they’ll definitely get it right and fix it. So we brought it in for a third time where they replaced the other 3 fuel injectors and charged us another $1,140. Same thing, I drove away and within a couple days, the check engine light came on, and my car was now even in worse condition than it was when I first brought it to them. Finally over winter break, we asked them to take the car and really figure out what is wrong with it and don’t give it back to us until it is figured out. They had my car for two weeks this fourth time and finally came back and said the car needs a completely new engine, which means that for the past two months going back-and-forth with them spending $3000 was all going to to go waste. We went to them four different times to try to fix our car and ultimately was never fixed and we are now out $3000, around Christmas time. I feel like if we trusted another mechanic then we wouldn’t be out $3000 and for us, that’s a lot of money. We are super disappointed that we spent all that time and money, and trusted Willow Bend to be told. Ultimately everything that they did, didn’t even need to be done.

One tire at a time one to go out of four.works for me,retired close to house I drop off and pick up when done.convenient for me . 7/10/2025. Went and bought last tire yesterday. Now I have four good tires and a nice spare.Praying for no nails or punctures. Willow bend has been good for tires. And they do a whole lot more.I would Recommend them for service .I know I'll be back I came back and I was very surprised to see after all the tires I bought that a came for tire rotation and went to breakfast and Jay said your missing a lug nut. How is that possible when they but on all the lug nuts in the past.on top of that Jay said your breaks on front are 2 percent left. And you need a cabin filter for 65$. And breaks will be over 500$. and 11 dollars for lug nut. So I said just wrap it up on rotating and I'll Take back to Tampa Hybrid to check my brakes.. I'll go to advance auto and buy a lug nut and cabin filter.since it did need replacing cause it was dirty.Since a year ago Tampa Hybrid showed me how to replace cabin filter in. So I did and replaced cabin filter. I saved 45$ .And It was 6$ for lug nut and I replaced it myself so now I saved another 5$. As far as the brakes I will take it to Tampa Hybrid and set up appointment to check my tire idiot light and check my brakes and if there correct I'll them do the brake job as well. I tried to make a bond with Willow Bend for last year on tire work.But seems like the text I'm do for rotation was just bait to get me in for more work to be suggested. I won't change my stars on review,but I won't come back there again I will put my trust in Tampa Hybrid in the future since all they work on Prius only. I feel the lug nut should of never come off and I'm disappointed with WILLOW BEND ANDTHATS HOW I FEEL ABOUT THEM NOW.

Nice courtesy place! People are respectful and friendly! No hard pressed sales! They seem to be honest about what repairs are needed for your vehicle!

Our car got a flat almost in front of their garage and they were able to squeeze us in with no issues. They also provided a quote for some things that needed tending to but no hard sell to get any of it done. Overall a good experience for our first time there.

Top notch service here folks, they did an amazing job with mounting & balancing four tires and alignment on my 2024 Lexus NX350 Fsport! Waiting area is super clean and very pleasing to wait in. Everyone I encountered was very professional, knowledgeable and super friendly! Highly recommend this shop!

I needed service work on both my cars, I called and spoke with Cheri, she was very knowledgeable about my needs and quickly booked my appointments. I got both my transmissions serviced, fluid and filter even for my Chevy CVT transmission! The service was handled by the qualified, experienced experts who knew exactly what to do using the right parts the first time! I was so impressed by the speed of service, and Jay was a pleasure to talk to about all the questions I had. The service was performed with care and speed, both my vehicles were in and out on a clockwork schedule even during the busy holidays. I would recommend this repair facility for any vehicle repairs that you may need. They even changed my oil correctly! My large commercial van can be difficult to service due to its very specific process list which they have extensive knowledge of. Afterwards my vehicles drove better and I have a new shop that I can really trust close to home without the hassle. They really know what they are talking about, I would trust them for any auto repairs. Worth the money, 5 stars all around!

this review is long overdue, but this shop is great. i'm genuinely sad i have to find a new shop since moving out of state. cheri and jay are amazing, and i couldn't recommend this place enough. so sorry i had to torment them with my accord that ran on hopes and dreams, but she's in a better place now (a single mother's driveway)

The good: Friendly, honest, and they can usually work you in pretty quick. On the downside, they seem pricey. They charge a mandatory $115 "diagnostic fee", which is not subtracted from the cost of repairs. So, for example, even if you know you need brakes they are going to charge you $115 to tell you that you need brakes! The real purpose of the $115 diagnostic seems to be to check out your whole car (fluids, brakes, battery, etc) so they can recommend additional services/repairs. Parts seem to be marked up excessively. I needed two window regulators/motors. I could see the after-market parts for $50-$200 at NAPA, Autozone, and O'Reilly, but they quoted me $396 (x2). So basically, almost a 100% markup. They quoted me $532 for rear brakes, Jiffy Lube quoted $500, and I had Firestone do it for $476. So again, pricing is on the high side PLUS the mandatory $115 diagnostic fee. UPDATE: Another local body shop fixed my rear windows for under $400 with quality NAPA parts. I saved over $700.

I went back to Willow Bend Automotive.because they've always been good to me. The customer service is exceptional. The technicians are so so knowledgeable and honest and I will continue to bring my vehicle there because I trust them a 100%..

Refreshing to find a high quality, reasonably priced, HONEST, local skilled service. Had a tricky electrical issue. Repair came in under quoted amount. No nonsense recommendations for'extras" Respectful and pleasant experience. Definitely will make this my auto repair place.

Very good shop. Went in for radiator petcock leaking.fixed it for very reasonable price. They did pretty though check on the car and told me there were a couple of issues. The busted motor mount being my biggest concern they gave me a very reasonable price.so I had them do it. I already knew about all the issues they told me about so they weren't try to sell me things I didn't need. Very hard to find honest service today I can now recommend Willow Bend Automotive. Would not hesitate to go back.

I have not needed a mechanic in years because I can usually fix things myself. Recently, I had an air conditioning issue arise that I was not capable of addressing. I did some research and ended up choosing Willow Bend Automotive to help me. I must say that I do not regret my decision. They were very fair, comprehensive, communicative, and thorough. Their prices are fair and I will definitely return if the need arises.

My son had his radiator repaired at a friend’s but it kept over heating I suggest he get a second opinion and fresh set of eyes on car! I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the Cheri was professional, honest, and friendly. Jay and team quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly! The repair was completed, and his car has been running perfectly since. It’s clear they take pride in their work and value their customers. Overall incredible experience working with Willow bend. From the initial phone call to speaking with the tech about the diagnostic to paying everyone was so friendly. I was spoken to like a human and not made to feel dumb just because I don’t know a lot about cars. The genuineness is there and I would highly recommend! Cheri and Jay are who I spoke with through the process and you can tell they are good people!

Jay was great! Even tho they were busy, was able to give me a quick turn around of my car... Thought it was a dead alternator but ended up only being a bad battery (5 yr old) in FL that's expected 🙄🥵 appreciate Cheri (office) too she was always very pleasant on the phone and in person. 🙏🏽 Glad to deal with upfront and honest people especially when it comes to car issues. They know what they're doing 🙂

What a great experience I had with Willow Bend Automotive to give my car a detailed inspection and analysis and promptly fix the items they recommended to be done. Starting with the first phone call through pick-up everyone Jay, Linda, the mechanic/technician who did excellent work and even the front desk person checking me out… they were so friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. It was a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend this shop for honest dependable work.

I have been taking my car and my wife’s car to willow bend for all my auto repairs for the past year now. The price is reasonable, service is excellent, and the waiting area is always super clean and nice. I would definitely recommend this repair shop for any of your auto repairs if you are in the land o lakes and Wesley chapel area.
