The lady that answered my calls today is not friendly, she’s rude actually. The business could have made money from me if she wasn’t rude, I understand maybe they are busy but be professional. The company hire her is to take of their business not turn customers away and bring bad impression. I hate to put this kind of review but her behavior was not acceptable. When I said maybe I’ll come some other time, she just hung up right away. Not a good business practice, that’s my opinion.

Had an issue with cylinder 1, Employees did a great job simplifying and helping me understand the issue!

I went in 15 minutes before closing and the gentleman employee swiftly asked if I needed any help. One of my headlights blew out and he made several suggestions. After I made a purchase, he enthusiastically took out the old ones and installed the new headlights for me, right in the parking lot. Kudos to this young man who went totally above and beyond 🙏🙏.

I recently visited AutoZone and had an outstanding experience, thanks in large part to Giovani. His knowledge and professionalism made a significant impact on my visit. I had several thoughts and concerns about my Honda Civic, and Giovani took the time to listen and provide insightful advice. Giovani went above and beyond helping me find a part for my wife’s Kia. Great service, very knowledgeable and takes his time with customers. I will visit the store again for that level of care.

I’m writing this review to hopefully help at least one person from getting their car damaged. I went in this past weekend to get a battery put in my chevy truck. They replaced the battery and I drove off. Heading down the road I realized NO turn signals/ NO brake lights and the AC stopped blowing cold air. Drive it back to Auto Zone to find out 1) The kid that did the battery was one week on the job with no upper manager supervising. When I told him the situation he said Oh we can fix that. That is a chevy dealership thing they have to reset the computer. Dropped off at the dealership to find out all the bolts were overtightened to the point of snapping all the fuses in the holder on top of the battery. NEVER agin will I go this this store. Very unprofessionally run. The manager seemed really annoyed when people asked for help.

I stopped in for help buying and replacing headlight bulbs for my Hyundai. Eltee quickly found the perfect product, helped me expertly install the new bulbs, and made sure everything worked. He was fast, friendly, professional, and saved me whole day (and night!).

Amazing service I was in there a week ago and I was greeted as soon as I walked in and helped by a very helpful and well mannered young man I believe his name was Tyler. Wonderful kid he went out of his way too help me get everything I needed for my jeep and even offered to help me install some of the parts as it was pouring raining outside. Thank you

We came in for help getting our license plate off and (Rad or Raz)was super helpful and kind to help us out with it! Another place quoted us $200 to drill into my car but the guy took it off himself with some pliers. Got some new screws and we were on our way, thank you so much!

Rad was incredible. He created a very white glove experience for us and he went the extra mile to help get us the correct parts and products for our Toyota Corolla and he was very patient and knowledgeable and he is a great brand ambassador. There’s no pushiness or pressure to buy anything he is, an exceptional representation of AutoZone .

I was immediately greeted and offered assistance by Michael C. Michael happened to be my cashier as well, and he went above and beyond to provide exemplary customer service. I am highly likely to return to this store because of my experience, even though I pass two other locations to get here.

The Technician Anthony was very knowledgeable and efficient, he installed the lights and battery, and ran multiple diagnostic test to make sure everything was handled correctly. I left at ease with all my questions and concerns answered. This will be my home for all vehicle related issues from now on.

Chris was heaven sent!!!! I came in with a completely flat tire, and to my surprise, there was an Allen wrench stuck inside it. Chris went above and beyond not only did he help me with the situation, but he actually switched out my entire tire for me. He was a a kind, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the whole process. I was stressed out, but his positive attitude and expertise made everything so much easier. Truly a lifesaver! If you ever need help, Chris is the guy to go to. Thank you again for your amazing service!

So long story short, I had to jumpstart my very corroded and acid-leaking battery last night, so I knew I'd have to run down to an auto part store to get it checked out and likely replaced. When I pulled up there was a young man named Chris N helping another customer outside, and he politely greeted me and told me he'd be right with me. I only waited a few minutes before he came inside, and he knew exactly what battery I needed and what other products I needed to prevent future corrosion. The whole time he installed my battery, he kept pleasant conversation and was overall very personable. It's clear he's very passionate about his job and really enjoys working here. I will return to this autozone for all my car related needs in the future as long as Chris is working!

I came in with my dad to get a new battery for my ‘03 Jag, and we were helped out by Chris. 10/10 service, he talked cars with my dad and was really funny and kind. Very smooth experience, hoping my car battery doesn’t have any more issues, but if it does, we’ll be back!

Chris was extremely personable and helpful. I had purchased a car battery at Costco, however they would not do the replacement. I stopped by AutoZone and Chris said he would have no problem changing it out. I was in and out in no more than fifteen minutes. Thank you again, Chris!

I stopped in today and spoke with Mr. Bill He was mighty kind and gave me some solutions for the problems of the day with my car! 😊 I ended up coming back to Autozone a second time today. A young man named Chris Met me at the door. He opened the door for me like a true gentleman! He was eager to help me and said that he loves what he does! He solved my problem in minute's. He was able to determine the size of bolt I needed just by looking at it. He wanted to make sure it was correct 💯 so he went out to my car and matched it perfectly! I feel blessed to receive his help today!!

I Wes so stressed about my auto. Wasn’t sure if it was just my battery! Went to Auto Zone and was taken care of by three great people! Christian, Hugo, and Eva helped me . They were amazing! Checked my battery and confirmed it had a dead cell! Replaced it for me right away! They were friendly and kind ! Hugo and Eva were still in training yet they were right there helping! Christian helped me to feel secure and cared about! So much better than many other places where they take your keys and you sit! Thank all three of you for caring and helping!!! I know the very basics about cars. One of my windshield wipers wasn't working so I decided that maybe I needed new ones. One of the managers looked at my wiper and saw that it only needed to be tightened to work and he fixed it. He was also honest about me not needing new wipers immediately. I really appreciated his honesty.

We had the pleasure of meeting christian velez, my car died and when i call auto zone after 3 different locations he was the only one that was willing to come stated his shift will end in 5 min he was able to come and jump start my car excellent service. Definitely speaks a lot. Would be greatly appreciated of his actions

I just stopped in for a battery, and couldn’t be happier with the service I just received from Christian and Daniel. Not only were they knowledgeable they were also super friendly, which is hard to find these days. Christian installed my new battery, and had me back on the road with a quickness. Christian Velez was knowledgeable, personable, and extremely helpful! He helped me with the installation of my new fog lights which he helped me find (he made that process super painless) and he made the installation fun! My battery had died. Was told to go to this auto one and they will be able to help. They were so great. Jim was thorough, knowledgeable and thorough! Not only did he change out the battery effortlessly, he noticed my air filter needed changing and did a cost comparison for me. Overall experience was excellent! Friendly, kind, patient, knowledgeable and professional!

Bought a 2020 Mustang GT in Land O' Lakes and was driving 4.5 hours home when I realized the A/C was blowing warm. I stopped at this store on a Monday afternoon and they helped me purchase an A/C diy kit for my car. I struggled a bit so two guys came out and showed me how to do it. They stayed with me until the A/C was blowing ice cold. The A/C is still perfect. This store and all the people were incredible.

What an AMAZING EXPERIENCE !!! battery for the car was dead gentleman named ASH was super helpful. Answered all of our questions. Replaced the battery for our car and even went above and beyond and while we was talking he cleaned the leaf catcher that was full of leaves and sticks. He definitely didn't have to do that. What a great experience we had here. Definitely would recommend to any friends or family. Will be returning for any of our car needs.
