Brought in my truck for an overheating issue. They were able to squeeze me in the following day. The work order and quote were provided quickly and thoroughly explained what was needed. I was able to call and speak with them further learning they offer a discount for teachers, military, police, or fire. Originally, it was going to take a few days to get my truck finished but they were able to complete it by the following afternoon which was amazing! Spectacular service all around and highly recommend!

Excellent experience at Quality Care Automotive Center. We brought our car in for a brake inspection due to mileage and uncertainty about prior service. Lisa was able to fit us in the same day after a cancellation, and the service was outstanding. Sean thoroughly inspected the vehicle, explained the condition of the brakes clearly (front and rear both in good shape), added air to the tires, and didn’t charge us anything. Honest, professional, and no pressure. We will absolutely return and highly recommend them.

Friendly front desk experience, and they took care of my water pump replacement to get my GTI back on the road! Dustin is amazing and his team is top notch! Lisa is an awesome receptionist!

Been here before to check my tire pressure and the employees are very polite. There was also one time when a turtle was on the road and the employee was nice enough to help me move it. Very nice people work here and i highly recommend them based on how they treat their customers.

We were previously taking our car to the dealer and as it is getting older we have been finding that a lot more services/repairs are being recommended, not to mention the overall cost of the work is going up. The Quality Care Automotive team was very helpful and only recommended what was truly necessary to keep our car running smoothly. The staff was friendly, the work was done quickly while I waited, and the price was very fair. We are very thankful to have found this shop!

These folks are professionals and nice. They guarantee thier work with fair pricing. I trust them to do work on my BMW's when our warranties run out and non warranty items such as oil changes, tires, brakes etc. The work is just as good as a BMW dealership and half the price!!!

Just had Cheryl car oil change a d filter completed and it was a great experience. Justin was professional and got us in a d out in 1 hour....looked over the car a d said all looked great.

I've gone to Quality Automotive for longer than I can remember. They are the best automotive business I've ever been to in the 40+ years I've been driving. I do want to mention that they work on all types of cars. I thought they only worked on domestic cars, but that's not so. I feel so blessed to have a place I can definitely trust to do business with. Call Lisa and she will get you in as soon as possible. They are super busy and are only open Monday through Friday. Definitely worth waiting for if something happens over the weekend. They do have a drop box for keys if you have to get towed during hours when they're not open. Trust me, you will not be disappointed! Meet Lisa, the main gal at the shop.

I almost don't want to post, lest they get too crowded! A hidden gem in the car repair space. Honest, fairly priced, responsive, good quality work....... basically everything you could want in a car repair place. They share my philosophy on cars - drive 'em until it no longer makes $$$ sense to. Because of that, I've never hesistated to take their advice (which I've asked for a few times, & they gave without hesitation). Lisa is awesome, Dustin is great! I'm sure the other guys are too, but I don't know their names.

First time taking my GMC Sierra here and was very impressed. They ID'd an A/C leak the dealer wanted to charge me 3K to replace the evaporator, but Quality Care found a leak in the supply lines instead. Total cost under $800 to fix out the door. Their fix has lasted over a month so far with no issues and they said they warranty it for up to a year or more. Some places you just have that bad feeling, but this place felt...dare I say....Honest....for a repair shop. If they continue to be this honest and professional, I may just have to take my other vehicles there. Looking forward to a lasting relationship. Thanks Quality Care. Follow up a year later and this place still rocks. Have taken my 4 vehicles here exclusively for the past 3 years. Had new tires put on a vehicle, but rims were damaged in the process. Owners gave absolutely zero blinks and offered to order new rims and make it right on the spot. THAT is how you run a business!!! This place will continue to get my business. Thanks Dustin, Lisa and the whole crew there.

Great local shop. Very honest giving me options to help save money. Let me know I could save a few $$ ordering part online and bring to them to install. Needed trailer tires and gave me 3 options. The most expensive was still lower than I was paying elsewhere. Will always go here first.

Honest and reasonably priced, I take all our cars here. Had one vehicle with an oil leak that needed valve cover gaskets. Brought in another vehicle with the same issue. It turned out to be a loose oil filter. They easily could have sold me another valve cover gasket job and I wouldn't have questioned it. I've been using them since about 2006 because I trust them not to mention the fact they are very good mechanics!

HONESTY, AND INTEGRITY Yesterday, I took my care to Quality Care Automotive to replace a tire pressure sensor. I advised Lisa that the sensor light was coming on when I pulled into my garage and hit the curb stop with the right tire. The mechanic came out and advised me it was NOT the right sensor,, but was the left which they replaced. Well, I got halfway down the road and the light came back on. I called the shop and was told to bring the car back in which I did. When I returned today, I was told it was indeed the Right sensor. I expressed my dissatisfaction to the mechanic that I was not happy because I told them yesterday it was the right sensor and i had no choice but to pay for another sensor. Well, when I checked out there was NO COST to replace the other sensor. NOW, NOT ONLY IS THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, BUT THIS SHOP'S ACTIONS EXEMPLIFIES HONESTY AND INTEGRITY. Based on these actions I highly recommend Quality Care Automotive!!!

Awesome Service and Prices! I've been to Quality Care Automotive twice now, and both times were amazing. Lisa at the front desk is super friendly and makes you feel right at home. Their prices are really fair, and they don’t hit you with any hidden costs. The team works fast, so you’re not left waiting forever to get your car back. What I love most is how much they actually care about you. They explain what’s going on with your car and make sure you're cool with everything. Customer satisfaction is clearly a big deal for them. After watching what I watched today and reading a recent (now deleted) post from a unsatisfied “customer”, I could not sit idle and not express my opinions on this business. Several years ago before my family and I embarked on a long trip, I thought that my wife’s vehicle needed brakes and was ready to drop big bucks to get the work done last minute. I told the shop that I was sure I needed and brakes and they gave me an estimate on what the job would cost. The estimate was very reasonable but still not money that I wanted to spend. They took my vehicle and after an inspection said that my brakes were fine and the only thing my vehicle could use was an oil change. So instead of just doing the work that I was already prepared to pay for and taking my money, this business “did the right thing” and saved me hundreds of dollars for our trip. Since then I have not and will not take my vehicles anywhere else. Every car in my family goes to this business and I would recommend them to anyone. This business is FAR FROM “CROOKS” and shows the integrity and customer service that exemplify what a great business should. It’s amazing what some loud mouth will do to try and slander a local business and then show his true colors by his actions while still on the property. Yes , Mr. Hinton, my vehicle was being worked on while you threw your tantrum in the parking lot so yes I witnessed exactly what Mr. Mazza described in his review and I will not stand by while you try to demean this business. Maybe that’s why you deleted your comment. Maybe you realize the witnesses around and how your actions could adversely effect you. Shame on you Mr. Hinton and keep up the great work, Quality Care Automotive!!

I just had my wife’s Sentra serviced at Quality Care Automotive and I am extremely impressed with the entire process. I highly recommend them for all auto repair and maintenance. They are competitively priced, do great work, and very honest! I will bring all my vehicles there for service from now on.

Thrilled to find this shop is an understatement. I had searched for a trustworthy mom and Pop shop in the Lutz area for a while. I have finally found it!. What helped me make my decision was the google reviews. I am so thankful that I did. From the time that I made the appointment with Lisa to coming in to having my appointment and services completed was phenomenal. While waiting for my services to be done, I noticed every customer that either called or came in was treated with respect, love and kindness. You can’t beat their prices either. Thank you Lisa for everything you did to get me in sooner for my appointment and the mechanic (I have since forgot is name, my apologies) that worked on my car and taking the time to provide knowledgeable details regarding what was done and how to resolve issues that my car was having. This will be my go to shop from here on out.

These guys are the best. They come in clutch any time I need an emergency fix (and I'm a bad enough driver that I need those quite frequently 😅) They're always honest and upfront with everything they do, and they'll work with you to find the fix that works for you and your wallet. Lisa is absolutely a rock star. So incredibly knowledgeable and always gets me in and takes care of me. She can run circles around anyone! Staff is efficient and always on point with there top notch skills. I have sang their praises to so many and everyone at my office has now been a converted Quality Care Automotive lifer.

Wow! Just stop going to what ever shop it is you're going to for auto repairs, and go here instead! Quality Care Automotive is amazing. Not only are they honest about the work that's needed, they don't charge an arm and a leg either! There were some jobs recommended to me from another reputable shop, including CV axle work and rear brakes. I wanted a second opinion and also a more reasonable price, and I'm so glad I found this place! Not only was the price more fair, but they also ensured me that the CV axle work was not even needed at this time! Purely cosmetic..... It's hard to find trustworthy mechanic shops, and if you've been burned before (which I know most folks have), look no further! Call this place with confidence. Quality Care, you have earned my business as well as my family's. Thank you so much for everything.

Quality Auto had to diagnose my car after Jiffy Lube made a huge mistake during two of my visits there. Not only is Lisa, the front desk lady, the sweetest person ever and so very helpful, but they figured out the problem in no time and were also able to figure out some other things that my car needs done to it. She put me down for an appointment on the 21st of July and promised to find me the best deal possible on 4 new tires but they continuously kept me up to speed throughout the day on what was happening. I HIGHLY recommend then, as they were highly recommended to me by a close family friend. Honest, integrous, fair and quality work. I will never use another shop again. Thank you Quality and a big thanks to Lisa!

These guys are fantastic!!! Always reasonably priced and the service is wonderful and fast. Lisa is always so friendly and helpful. I take both of my cars to quality care and they have always done a great job. Finally an honest mechanic!!! I couldnt be happier with them!
