They used to be better about taking care of the yard and keeping everything cleaning in order but nowadays going there they don't care about anything that goes on I'm constantly picking up nails and all kinds of crap in my tires I'm tired of taking so many sets of tires it's not a good place to go the new management the new company it's just not doing what's supposed to be done right. Every time I go I get a nail in my tire if not in my truck and my trailers
Place needs to address the unprofessional behavior of their yard staff. I was skipped in line to allow four trucks ahead of me. When I complained, the staff member was rude and told me to take my business elsewhere. This kind of service is unacceptable.
People at this place are very rude
Even if you wear green or orange shirts with safety lines, they ask for a safety vest just because they want to be bossy
My boyfriend had a horrible day here today and I’m warning yall don’t come here! We spoke to the manager and things will be addressed as the very rude weight station New York lady “as she called herself” ignored the clients questions and tried to charged him 60 dollars to wear helmet and a vest, when the manager said they don’t charge for that so please be warned the New York lady will steal and scam. Super rude! We will continue to speak up about this with the company.
This dump site used to be great, friendly and convenient to go to now. You'll be lucky to leave the place with only 4 nails in your tire every time you go to dump at the bears location... Now you get turned away for construction. Debri and materials that have never been an issue to dump at this location. The guys in the yard even cut bags open to make sure you're dumping the right stuff absolutely ridiculous......... .

They will charge your card whenever they want without explanation or communication.
Told and agreed on one thing and was charged 4 times that amount.
Said they were over weight by 4 Tons dumped about five wheel barrels off then charged me for 4 tons plus.
Charged for asphalt contamination yet dumped the asphalt out.
Left a empty dumpster not requested. Of course people started putting trash in it I also got charged for that.
People working there are rude and obnoxious. Unfortunately it’s probably family. Then they try to rip you off by selling you a vest and hard hat for $30. They have quite a scam going on there.
Dry van drivers beware, it’s a driver assist load because the forklift guy couldn’t unload by him self those heavy pallets. So I helped him to unload and then they say they didn’t need help and told that to the agent/broker and also told them that I didn’t help. So no pay for driver assist load. Basically work for free in Florida heat if you want to deliver here. Liars…..
I dump between three and six trailers a day 5 days a week the Pinellas County Angelo's location it's one of the quickest and easiest places by far. They do cost a little more than the county landfill yet the time you save is well worth it.
You bring free concrete to benefit them when other places pay you for bringing concrete and they still have the morals to charge you $10 for a vest if you don’t bring one
Terrible service. The worker at the window was dismissive and disrespectful. Left without dumping. Never coming back.

Got there at 425,I was given an attitude as soon as I drove up and told they were trying to close,when they told me before that they take the last truck at 445 and close their gates at 5PM.. then when I did get inside to dump there were 3 employees standing around talking trash to me and my business partner.. they were being so rude.. if they don't like their job or don't want to work then they should not show up.. I felt very uncomfortable and disrespected.. I will drive clear across Tampa to avoid the rudeness of the employees at this location in lutz.. I pay good money to dump there .. they can keep their attitude i will pay another site.. me saying something about the 4 experiences that I have experienced probably won't make much of a difference anyway because the same employees are still working there.. I know of alot of people who have said the same about this site. Results of them never returning
Horrible! This is the most expensive place to dump materials such as Tree debris. The scale is always broken so your really sure what the actual weight is.. always seems higher then it should be. After all said and done I wont go back to this place and I'd advise other's to stay away from here aswell.
Pulled up with a hydraulic dump trailer at 4:24pm on 12/18/20. Immediately greeted with " Really, really? I close in 5 mins" very rude conversation. Especially after I let her know I'm a small commercial dump trailer hauler. I was turned away.
I apologize, your Google maps hours says 5pm. I use your tampa and dade city locations and they are open until 5pm. Drove to this location because it was near my drop. Now this just added a 2hr extra trip for me in the morning since I can't drop at clients house.
I have been 2 times in the past and it was ok (although expensive) except that they are not really that friendly and for a 1st timer, there are minimal instructions on what to do or where to go. I got told by one person I was in the wrong place after being told by another where to go. I was just doing a simple construction debris dump.
All of that does not compare to today where I were turned away at 4:32 after a 30m drive to get there. Before I left, I checked the time open on Google and it said 5pm. When I got to the drive-up, I was rudely told they were closed and that they closed at 4:30. I said that website said 5pm and she said the gate says 4:30. I replied with "well, I did not drive down here to check the time on the gate". I called into the office as well and it said 5pm on the recording. I wasted over an hour back and forth and have to go again although I hope that the Pasco county dump is open again. Less expensive and they are always friendly and easy to deal with. It would have been nice that she could have let me dump, I would have been in and out in 5m with my small load.
Would highly recommend Angelo's! These guys do a great job!! They are very responsive and provide great service. Reach out to them for all of your waste removal needs.
We have used Angelo's on multiple construction sites over the past few years and are currently using them now. They are always responsive to all of our request and billing is accurate. The sales team and the dispatch team work well with our supervisors and provide excellent customer service.
$40 for one ton trailer and can't combine 2 loads to equal out to their minimum. Essentially being forced to pay $40 for my half ton trailer when needing to make two drop offs totaling $80.
Melissa is one of the best scale house employees that work for Angelo's I dump here very often and if anybody knew the amount of stupid people she has to deal with you all would understand. Thanks Melissa for all of your hard work
Be careful, these people will scam you every way possible. They tell me my dumpster was delivered, and they never did. Then I told her it was never delivered she puts me on hold for 10 minutes. Made up that they tried delivering it at 4:30am and they couldn’t get in the gate. Even though they know there is a gate because I told them and that they needed to call me to get through. I have heard every excuse in the books from these people. They are scammers. Not sure how they are still in business.
I didn't use their service but after witnessing this morning one of their trucks flew by in a school zone. I slowed down at the beginning of the zone with the truck behind me, he zipped right around me almost clipping my back end with no regard to children's safety or mine. I even blared my horn but he paid no mind to it. I was going to call their main office but after reading their reviews you can tell that they probably wouldn't even care. It's only a matter if time before one of their drivers kills someone. I did get license plate number and I will see about making a call to the appropriate authorities.
We have used Angelo’s a few time no problems. We only put concrete which they take to their own yards and dump. Mind you it is FREE to dump concrete. I paid for my can no problems with the price going up $25. Then I get a bill for $363.08. It is free to dump. They SAY we were over 6 tons. I am no scale I can’t tell might cams weight. If it’s below the line it’s fine is what we have always been told! It’s funny how Sarango and sons NEVER Over charges or even cares. They also will deliver crushed concrete for you up to 18tons. I will never use Angelo’s again! If you need a can for any construction job DONT USE ANGELOS !!!
