This is an extremely competent, professional place should you have the unfortunate experience of an accident with major damage to your beloved vehicle. Everyone on staff was helpful, warm and knowledgeable. The bodywork was excellent (like new!), and communication frequent and consoling during our wait for the completed work. We highly recommend this collision shop to all who need this kind of expertise. You will not be disappointed!!
The work they did on my car was fine, but it took way longer than expected, and they did not communicate very well when changes were made that lengthened the process
Horrible experience. My boyfriend took his car here for minor repair on the trunk. It has been almost a month with no updates and he still doesn't have a car. Customer service is very rude and constantly delays services, keeping the car without working on it. Do not go here! They said 1 week to fix the car, it's been a month!

But I had a hit and run bumper fender repair on my Red Jeep Wrangler Sahara that I decided to roll the dice and give them a try.
They were the most professional of all the shops I called about 4 or 5.
They dealt directly with insurance and car rental and they came in at the most competitive estimate ...
My car was clean when I picked it up...and it looked better than new/ It wasnt driven meaning no miles were added from when I dropped it and they got the job done within a week...Scheduling was about 2mos out but once my apt day came up I was back in my car by Friday morning
My only recommendation is that Ive noticed many body shops have huge amounts a debris on the ground and I didnt like seeing my car parked around ontop of so much broken car parts but I checked my tires and they were all puncture free.
I had to deal with Kenneth as an estimate two months later he never sent the estimate over to the other insurance party. I called him to ask him if he could send it over. He was rude to me and hung up on me twice and would not let me speak to anyone else. Would not recommend him at all
We were in a time crunch, moving back out of state, Chris and Chad went ABOVE AND BEYOND, to help us and get us our car within a crazy fast turn around time.
Being in management for years, this level of customer service and caring is 10/10.

Today is Nov 1st, I returned for the 3rd time to resolve computer error messages resulting from a collision that should have been resolved in the first visit in mid September 2023.😢😞😫
Very professional, friendly and explained everything in a clear and concise manner. Repairs were complete in the promised time frame and everything looks great.
Chad, Shanice and the team were so great to work with. They went above and beyond to repair my car so it was as good as new. They focused on every detail and didn’t stop until they got it right. Chad even made a housecall when something went wrong and we weren’t sure if I could safely return to the shop. Overall, I had a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!
All I can say is wow and let the photos speak for their "quality and attention to detail". Needless to say, they are in the process of redoing the work for going on 3 weeks now... Also, I find it odd that the same franchise, Hertrichs, cant use the same estimate that was done at the Dagsboro location due to individual tax ID's??? Took it to Dagsboro first and was suppose to recieve new spray in bedliner as they were suppose to remove the bed and NOT do spot treaemt. Also wasn't waiting 3 months for them to perform minor body work. Chad was ok to work with as i pointed out the defects. But
their techs, grant it you only have 3,... Need corrective lenses if they can't spot their shotty work. Won't recommend or use this group for any future work. Talk to some people and you'll soon discover you aren't alone neither.
Took my new Honda Accord in for front fender damage and they had it done in less than 2 days. Car was washed and looked the best I have ever seen it. Staff was professional, courteous and very helpful. I would definitely recommend! Thank you 😊
They did great body repairs on our customers Corvette (fiberglass) and he was very grateful. He called around and couldn’t find anyone to do repairs! We called auto works and they had a fiberglass guy on staff! Beautiful job!
We are a small family owned pest control company with a fleet of trucks that seem to have damage to them quite a bit we have used a bunch of shops near us and this was hands down the best experience we have had getting a truck repaired the staff was amazing and it was a very quick turn around time which is really important to us since it was a work truck that was getting repaired! Heather the body shop manager has gone above and beyond for us our insurance company has dropped the ball on some stuff and she some how made it all go away. This was truly an incredible experience!
My wife and I dropped both vehicles off to be repaired for damages to the vehicles. The shop splashed paint on the drivers seat of my wife’s car - and then denied it. They did not repair all of the dents to my truck after having my vehicle for nearly two weeks. Hardly an apology from the shop and said they would try to “get us in to fix what they missed”. Very disappointed and I would not recommend to anyone unless you want half the work completed with additional damage to your car.
Worst customer service ever. Took over two weeks to order parts for one vehicle. We eventually took vehicle to another shop as one of the parts never showed up. Had another vehicle in there. Seemingly minor damage. Gave us a quote. We paid the deductible in cash. Six days later got a letter from our insurance company saying that the car was totaled. Auto Works didn't contact us at all to give us this information. Still don't know any details. Their front desk person has appalling customer service skills. No updates, ever. Now we have to wait for them to send us a check for the deductible. If you can go anywhere else, I would suggest you do.
I had a poor experience with this shop. They did not work well with my insurance agent (laying blame on insurance for slowing the process when in reality they were still ordering parts after the entire estimate period of 10-12 days. The repair ended up taking 21 days. When I asked what was taking so long, I was repeatedly told "this is our process, this is how all shops work." Part of my repair was getting my driver door replaced. When I picked the car up, there was a noticeable draft coming from the door when driving. I returned to get this fixed, only to be told that the car was like that before the repair and that it couldn't be fixed. I was repeatedly frustrated with this shop, in their timeliness and quality of repair, and their professionalism. I recommend avoiding this shop.
Auto Works Collision Center is wonderful They called me every day that they had the car to let me know the progress of the repair. It was completed before the promised date.When I picked the car up, it had been washed and cleaned on the inside.
Most of all, the repair is perfect. I have looked at it several times and couldn't even tell that there had been any damage.
I highly recommend Auto Works.
