Stopped by today to see about having some work done on my vehicle.I was only a couple of steps inside the door when a man sitting at a desk about 10 feet away put up his hand and gruffly said “do not come any closer” and what do you want”. After I explained he said they don’t take outside work anymore, they only do postal trucks. I explained that Hazards had previously work on my cars he said it didn’t mater. I must say that for all the times I have used HAZARDS this was a shock. I guess I will take his advise and go elsewhere.
Extremely courteous and knowledgeable staff who went the extra mile to charge my battery and install a new connector free of charge. I will always give them our business.
So I just want to say what a fantastic job Hazzrds does for me. Their shop rates are so fair and they always communicate what is going on so I can understand my cost. Thank you Rick and tech crew!!

Price is a little more than average, but they don't weasel you into things you don't actually need, or lowball until your car is up on the lift.
Often busy. I'd recommend calling them first before being towed there.
They quickly went out of their way to help an elderly woman who had just picked her daughter up from surgery at Beebee. Her 2 month old CRV had died in the Walgreens parking lot when she went to pick up her daughters' medicine. I tried to jumpstart the vehicle myself with the woman's battery box, and then w/cables from my vehicle w no success. Hazzard's was there to help within 5 minutes of my call to them. They charged a small and fair fee, compared to the $120+, on top of a 2 hour wait from her dealership in Dover. From my own personal experiences with Hazzard's, this is the ONLY place to get a front end alignment done properly. Their pricing is fair, and their quality work is appreciated. Support your local, Family owned business. There is good reason these guys have been around as long as they have. And their Secretary is always pleasant, organized, and helpful. 5+ stars.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! Damage was done to my car from the back bumper all the way to the front bumper on their property. Owner was extremely rude and denied everything and said his workers would never do this. Terrible customer service and do not waste your time taking your car here to get serviced you never know what damage they will do to your vehicle and deny the entire thing.
