Staff was super helpful and so nice. They were pretty busy when I got there for a battery replacement, and they still had me in and out within a half hour! Highly recommend.
They are always so helpful and knowledgeable about what you need to buy. Their service is great. We needed a back wiper blade and the service was great. They located the correct wiper blade and installed with minimal effort. Thanks to their service we always use Auto Zone for what we need. Good service is hard to find and they do a great job.
Had a great experience today. Yari made sure I could find the proper windshield wipers for my new car and installed them. Gave me tips on what to look for in the future when I need to replace them again. Highly recommend this store and Yari.
I'm not huge on cars and have never really gone to these places often. I got my Autozone card when I was 19, in Salt Lake City. Now, at 29, I can honestly say that my experience here was better than any automotive store I've been to. Like, it wasn't outrageously extravagant or something crazy, but the employees actually invested their time in being helpful, and I really appreciated it. Thanks, guys.
The Auto Zone in Rehoboth is really the best. Nothing's ever a problem, . I don't know, I'm not sure is not in their vocabulary. They install a battery for free. Who does that. I cheked around. The dealer wanted $75 more for the same battery plus installation as did the local mechanic in our neignborhood. Plus installation? For a battery? It took less the 10 minutes at Auto Zone to pull the old battery out and replace it.
They also do free diagonostic checks. FREE. The dealer wanted $185.
Mean and Rude The staff that working there at night had attitudes that made me uncomfortable. I paid for my stuff by my money I am not asking it for free and their attitude towards me was very contemptuous. I am local I always came here to bought stuff for my car whenever I'm here at night looking at their face with a real bad attitude? So what is happening???? if u can't work at night so quit your job then. They are closed at 10pm I came at 8pm by the way. Be better.
AutoZone employees will recommend a product based on their “knowledge” and then screw you over by not providing returns if that product doesn’t work and has been used. The company itself could do better in helping people out.
Awful customer service, whatever happened to smile, hi how are you today, let alone the young lady, took the product from without even looking at me, scanned it, I used my credit card and looked up to get my receipt from her , she literally vanished without bothering to even hand me my receipt. We as customers are a burden anymore when we show up, how dare we interrupt their social media scrolling, sad!
I came into the store and Justin immediately greeted me and ask if he could assist me. I told him I needed a new car battery and he looked it up quickly, went over the options, and got the one I selected. All within minutes! He asked if I needed it installed, and I asked how much. FREE! and he could do it immediately. He told me it would take 25 to 20 minutes and I only think it took 10.
Justin was so courteous! I wish all salespeople could learn from him. I will always go to Auto Zone from now on. No more guess purchases at Walmart! THANK YOU JUSTIN!!!
I’ve got to be honest, I didn’t interact with anyone and I didn’t purchase anything.
My one star is because I went in for a rear windshield wiper and stood there for a good 5-10 minutes trying to figure out the right wiper while the staff joked around with lots of unnecessary swearing while yelling across the store. I actually left and came back and same thing. Messed with my wiper outside and the staff members came in and out of the store and not once did anyone ask if I needed any help or offer to help.
I didn’t even ask for help because I had no confidence in any of the staff I saw.
Bought the part I needed from Amazon.
Me and check engine lights. Everything one comes on I can audibly hear my wallet sob. This Auto Zone has helped me twice in the last few months. They can plug in and tell you why that light came on. The first time all I needed was a fuel additive and the second time the gas cap wasn't on straight. Better than spending hundreds or thousands at a dealership or mechanic straight out of the gate. Even if you decide to take it to a mechanic, you'll have an idea of what's wrong so you know you aren't getting ripped off.
I know next to nothing about vehicles, so I stop by the Auto Zone in Lewes. John and Justin are always so helpful and patient. Great guys. I really appreciate all they do.
I’m so grateful that Arnold was there to help me today. My oil light was flashing in my truck. Arnold checked nd put oil in my truck…the oil level was was very low…Thanks again Arnold you are Appreciated.
Went in for windshield wipers a very little young man, Robert, recommended Bosch and installed them free of charge. It's nice to go to find a store that still believes in customer service!

The man was so nice . He came out in the dark, 10 minutes before they closed and installed them for me.

Had a great experience with Derek and Andrew at this store. Andrew showed me around to a number if things I needed and Derek helped me get my hands on the tools to do the job right there on the spot. Unexpected generosity and very friendly — makes a big difference!
Just left Auto Zone in Lewes. Due to many recent experiences with under experienced employees giving me a poor opinion of the business as a whole I had almost given up AutoZone entirely and moved on to the next local parts store. Today I bought a couple of belts for my truck & a tensioner pulley to go with it. I had to remove the belt currently on the truck in order to find the correct one. Not expecting to have to do so I left my tools at home. I was becoming growingly frustrated with how my Friday night was starting out. An employee By the name of Derek was not only kind enough to let me use his personal toolset but also took a moment to assist me in my relentless, ongoing struggle against the new tensioner pulley which needless to say was doing its job ALMOST as well as he was. Between Derek and the nice lady behind the register who’s name I didn’t catch, my opinion of the business has been swayed back in to a positive direction. If I have learned anything in my life it’s that you take care of your good employees and they will take care of you. It is my hope that In writing this review the employer will recognize these individuals. As they should be valued and appreciated by AutoZone as much as by me, the customer. Thank you guys.
I had an amazing experience here. Every single person I worked with was very helpful. Caleb was great, fast, attentive. Kevin went out of his way for me multiple times. Kudos to the entire team. Helped save my family's vacation.
Derek helped me exchange an old battery for a new one. Located replacement at once and came right outside and switched the batteries in minutes. Total professional...knowledgeable and skillful. Made the visit efficient and comfortable...great customer service and a great guy. Thanks AutoZone!!!

We were having a rough day, we came from Baltimore to go to rehoboth beach when are alternator went up, (fast forward) we was able to make it to this auto zone and car completely died, Chris and Kevin was nice, they assistant my husband to change the alternator, told me where I could take my kids to get food and offered us somewhere to sit til he was finished, they charged our phones. This was the best service I have ever had at a auto zone, We are so thankful!
Awesome crew! Dalton was so knowledgeable and willing to help at the talk that we had through the phone. I arrived at the store 15 minutes after we talked and Dalton and Christopher did their best to help me with the headlights issue that I had. They found what’s wrong and made the right recommendation.
