My experience with Rocky at Auto Gallery was good. Good communication and follow up. I got a great FJ Cruiser from them.

Very smooth and transaction could not have been better. Rocky, CW and Glen could not have been better to deal with. Buying a car in DE when you live in NY made me a little nervous. I had an outside company down there look at the car inside and out on my dime. The transaction could have not gone better and I highly recommend this dealership and company. A+++

You con not find better people to do business with . I had a break problem and on my way back to home in Pa . They put everything aside and repaired my car . Their is a sign in the shop that says ( you come in as a client but you go home as a friend ) truer words were never spoken , Jim

Auto Gallery in Lewes Delaware is FANTASTIC .I went in to look at their vehicles and was taken back at the variety and quality of what they had in their lot Rocky , CW, and the entire staff are great They gave me a very fair price for my trade in and purchased a vehicle at a very fair price The process was painless and quick Nothing but a pleasant experience 5 stars for the business and the staff They offer extended warranties at a fair price and show pride in everything they do there 👍👍👍

Worst possible experience ever. Purchased a Dodge Nitro from them that was basically A LEMON & riddled with issues. Tried to return it and owner refused to return it or to fix the vehicle; never returned a dime. Left a single mother of 2 without a reliable car and out of over $11,000 👎🏾👎🏾

Lewes Auto Gallery Review: I am writing to express my utmost disappointment and frustration with Luis Auto Gallery, specifically regarding the unethical treatment my elderly mother received from Brian. This dealership took advantage of her, selling her a 2014 Chevy Equinox that broke down after barely a year. When the engine blew, Brian brought the car into his shop, charged her $600 upfront to diagnose the vehicle, promising it would go toward a $1200 total fee. Now, he’s trying to charge a staggering $10,000 to repair the engine, a cost that far exceeds the car’s value, which isn’t even worth $6000. For the past three weeks, he has been giving us the runaround, telling us one thing while telling the insurance company another. This delay is particularly egregious given my mother's health issues. She has critical doctors' appointments she needs to attend, including appointments for possible cancer and existing heart conditions. Lewes Auto Gallery’s treatment of my mother is unacceptable. Their lack of integrity and compassion is shocking, and I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this dealership. They prey on vulnerable individuals and prioritize profit over honest and decent service. This experience has been a nightmare, and I hope no one else has to endure such mistreatment.

Auto gallery is not only a great place to get a good car.. Getting your car repaired there is a truly good experience... Not only did they do a very good job, but they worked with me to keep the expenses down . It's rough for older people, but they worked with me and really helped me out a lot.i am truly grateful

Had a ceramic coating put on my 2024 black z4. It looks awesome like it has a glass coating. Brian’s team does excellent work and at a great price compared to others.

I have all my cars detailed here every year given the potential for sun and salt air damage. They do an awesome job and are very customer friendly. You can save a few bucks finding a place a few dollars less expensive but you will not find a better car detailer.

I had a great experience working with Rocky and Bryan. I had bad luck the first time I went, 2 of the cars I was looking at got sold while I was at lunch thinking about the purchase. I told Rocky my price and mileage range for him to keep an eye out for me. He called me back the next day offering me my price on a more expensive car that I had also test drive and loved but it was out of my price range.I have nothing but good things to say about this team! Thank you for making my first car purchase a great experience!!!

I would put negative stars if I could, worst experience ever.. I bought a 2010 F150 it started smoking the day I bought it and has had problems ever since! When I call they tell me I have to speak to the owner who conveniently is either on vacation or out to lunch. Never received callbacks about fixing the truck and when I went down there they said they would order the part then tell me the part came in and then when it's time to make an appointment for repairs stall and gave me the run around and then explained I would have to talk to the owner who once again I could never contact. Completely unprofessional and dishonest. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NO ONE PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THEM! I'm almost positive from talking to people in Dover about similar experiences and reading REAL reviews that this is exactly why they moved their business out of Dover. HORRIBLE BUSINESS!

BUYERS BEWARE: THIS DEALER USED DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICES & BROKE THE FTC USED CAR RULE TO SELL ME A 2011 DODGE NITRO HEAT! 1ST OFF, THERE WAS NO BUYER'S GUIDE EVER DISPLAYED ON THE VEHICLE FOR ME TO KNOW THE VEHICLES CONDITION AND BUYING TERMS. INSTEAD, THE BUYER'S GUIDE WAS SLIPPED INTO THE SALE PAPERWORK AND NEVER SHOWN TO ME AT ALL AND I WAS GIVEN A PAPER TO SIGN STATING I RECEIVED THE BUYER'S GUIDE I HAD NEVER SEEN. 2ND, I WAS GIVEN NO TITLE TO THE VEHICLE AFTER PAYING OVER $13,000. I WAS TOLD THE "TITLE CLERK" WAS NOT WORKING THE DAY I CAME TO PURCHASE THE VEHICLE AND THAT THE TITLE WOULD BE MAILED TO ME. TO THIS DAY, I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A TITLE. 3RD, AFTER ALMOST LOSING MY LIFE (WHEN THE CALIPER BROKE ON ME IN MID TRAFFIC), I TOOK THE VEHICLE TO A DODGE DELEARSHIP TO HAVE IT INSPECTED AND WAS TOLD: - THE VEHICLE HAD A HOST OF SAFETY ISSUES THAT ARE HARD TO MISS. - IT LOOKED LIKE THE DEALER WHO SOLD ME THE NITRO HAD "RESET THE CODES" ON THE VEHICLE. - THE VEHICLE IS UNSAFE TO DRIVE. SINCE THAT TIME, I HAVE TRIED ON MULTIPLE TO RESCIND THE SALE AND RETURN THE VEHICLE VIA TOW BUT, THE OWNER OF THE AUTO GALLERY OF DE (CW) REFUSES TO CANCEL THE SALE & TAKE BACK THE PIECE OF JUNK OF A VEHICLE! IF YOU WORK HARD FOR YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT WANT TO SEE IT SWINDLED AWAY FROM YOU, STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE. Driving around i ended up here at auto gallery and noticed a few cars i was interested in, saw one that i couldn’t pass up on, Amy and Jason did an outstanding job helping me with everything i needed To buy my first car as well as going out of their way to help more than they really needed to! He owes the customer the whole truth when selling used, and is NOT ACCREDITED with BBB. Two lessons learned here- Cant judge a "book" (car ) by the cover & most importantly - never accept AUTO CHECK ( he supplies) as most comprehensive car fact report !! They supply it ONLY because it's FREE- but it does NOT tell the whole story. ALWAYS get the REAL CARFAX. Sold me a beautiful convertible with a roof that turned out to be Dry-Rotted. It leaked in 1 week ( he offered silicone) & ripped after 6 weeks- he said well , ( "AS IS" ). Then next month- ( After I pay for a new top ) the convertible top MOTOR stops working while standing straight up in the air. PART TO REPLACE TOP MOTOR IS OBSOLETE. No wonder most everything on the lot is AS-IS. I feel they owe the customer a full disclosure of ( WHY ) it is being sold "AS IS". I learned later from ( paying for ) CarFax myself- there was also an Active RECALL ON BRAKES (claimed he didn't know) Additionally I learned that all issues are flagged to dealers at car auctions- ( I confirmed this with Manheim) prior to thier acquisition purchase. When I complained- HE THREATENED ME IN PERSON AT MY WORK. I took the loss & traded elsewhere for a 2017 Jeep. Trust ?? -What a nightmare- He turned everything around as if he was unaware & was totally clean & straight up. Hecksher owes it to prospective customers to disclose active safefy recalls rather than pretend he does not know of them. It's called being HONEST- What a joke. He should just stick to selling to ( his group ) of "FRIENDS". '.

Great people to work with an awesome array of vehicles and the salesman Mister Rocky was fantastic . work for me to get my truck on his day off . did everything he could and I got the truck I wanted . fantastic I can't say nothing more than fantastic.

This place is the most honest and beat place to buy a car firm. These people know what they are doing and treat you with great respect and tell you the positive and negatives of each purchase. My recommendation is Rocky. This guys has been in the car sales business for 20years he knows everything. I bot my first car form here and would definitely buy my second form here

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! Terrible experience. Absolute definition of typical lying salesmen. They tell you whatever you want to hear and as soon as you give them a check they stop caring and NEVER keep to their word. I've never been so annoyed and frustrated dealing with people in my life. Problems one after the other. The sign on their door says "Come as a stranger, leave as a friend", what a joke.

Just purchased our second used vehicle from autogallery yesterday. Brian and his staff are always very courteous informative, and they will do whatever they can to get you in a ride that not only suits your needs but also your budget. Twice, my wife and I have gone in telling our exact needs and both times we left happy, and had a great low milage used vehicle. Absolutely the best car dealership I have ever dealt with. I recommend to everyone. Even if you can't find what you're looking for, you will still be glad you came.

I had heard all around this beach community how great it is to purchase a car here. I can validate that here. I did go to other dealerships to test drive a car or two. Researched the kind of car I wanted and looked online a many dealerships from Salisbury to Dover..and came back to Auto Gallery again and the price and quality were hands down best here. I had a few follow up things to discuss with him and he was eager and quick to deal with it.
