From start to finish. I had a wonderful experience with the tent depot. They answered any questions or concerns that I had about my event. I would recommend them to family and friends.
The tent we ordered was clean and in great shape. Brandon and his company were quick to respond to questions and professional. We will use Tent Depot again.

This is the second time I've used them for chair and tent rentals. I always get fast responses and they've been able to accommodate changes for us as well.
Called with short notice for a surprise party. They checked in before coming to make sure the guest of honor had left for the day. Set up quickly. The tent chairs and cooler were in excellent condition. Very happy with the equipment and customer service.
I've used The Tent Depot for my sons graduation parties and they have always been a joy to work with. They are reasonably priced so I've always ordered everything I need for my events from them like the tents, chairs, tables, tent lighting etc They pretty much have everything you need to set up for your party. They're very communicative and made the reservation experience easy. The day before my events they called to verify a time for set up, they arrived on time the day of the event and had everything set up based on our instructions.

Excellent from start to finish! Best customer service and selection of items. Very intuitive on what was needed for our party. Fantastic extras including a huge cooler and table covers. Set up people were super friendly, quality people. Felt very confident about this company right from the start. Other companies I called made me feel a little concerned about their commitment, but no concern with this company at all. My gut told me to go with them and I’m SO glad I did. Totally worth it. Tent, tables and chairs were in perfect condition and very clean. Overall package was the best value. Can’t say enough great things about them!
The website is super easy to use for booking, paying and signing the contract. Also the people whom I've spoken with are all friendly and knowledgeable. The team went above and beyond while setting up and taking extra precautions with the thunderstorms to ensure the tent and tables were secure. Overall and great and easy experience, would definitely recommend.
The booking process was easy and I got a fast response and quote for this event. The staff showed up early and set up everything for us. They were friendly and asked us for our input. The cooler that came with the tent package was a huge plus! We will definitely be using you guys again for future events.
We highly recommend The Tent Depot for your rental needs. Their customer service is outstanding. You always get a response to any call or email you send them (whihch in todays world is very rare). Katrina is great to work with and helps with any suggestions or assistance you may need. Thier set up and take down process is amazing and the prices for the tent packages are great. You will not be sorry if you use them for your rental services; I know we were not at all. Becuase of their great tents and set up we had a great party (despite the Noreaster we had)-the tenst withstood the winds and rain and left our guests dry and comfortable to be able to eat and talk. I hired Tent Depot recently after being unable to get a callback from several other companies. I was absolutely blown away by their customer service, level of detail, and full set up and takedown provided. The cleanliness and pristine condition of the equipment is unrivaled in my opinion.

Tent Depot was amazing. I rented their tent for my son's graduation party. They made is so simple. They came on time to set up worked with me to set up tables etc. They even stayed as we made last minute adjustments. The tables, tent, cooler, cornhole, lights were all clean and very professional looking. My family commented they felt like they were at a country club. I also called several other tent companies and there prices were the cheapest around. I will definitely be renting from them again. Also all staff from my first phone call to pickup were amazing polite. I can't say enough about them. Thank you for making my son's graduation party amazing!!
So happy we chose The Tent Depot, Ltd. for my sister's baby shower! They were super friendly, very responsive, and the tent/tables/chairs were beautiful! The cooler and corn hole game were added bonuses. The best part was not having to worry about anything - they set all of the tables and chairs up beautifully so we didn't even have to touch a thing!
Absolutely a great company to work with! Prompt on time delivery and setup was flawless. The price was very competitive with other companies and all the products from the tent to the tables and chairs were spotless clean!
